Can't say enough about Sierra Air Conditioning & Heating especially Drew W. (comfort Advisor) and the Technicians that work with him. It was time to replace my two units and Drew was courteous, polite and professional. He explained so much and gave me several choices to make at our meeting. The technicians that came out to my house to do the job were also very polite, professional and very knowledgeable, they also explained how the new systems worked and explained how to work the new thermostat. The job was done in one day, they cleaned up after themselves and the left my house spotless. I would highly recommend Sierra Air Conditioning.

Ulises H. came to give our unit its Spring service. He found an issue that others couldn't find in the last few months. He was professional, very considerate and personable. My husband and I were thoroughly pleased with Ulises throughout this whole process. He went the extra mile in customer service! We hope we get to see him in the Fall for our Fall services. Matthew D came out to service our air conditioners today. He was very courteous and friendly, even seemed to enjoy our cats watching him. He did an excellent job and explained everything, even gave us pricing on work that we might need to have done in the future. I will ask for Matt for all our service needs in the future.

Sierra, LLC is great. They gave us a couple of 4 hour service "windows" to choose from and called us the day of service to let us know who would be coming and approximately how soon the technician would be here. And, Matt showed up exactly on time. Thanks for a job well done.

John T. from Sierra, LLC was our field service tech. He arrived within the time frame we were told by the office, actually he arrived earlier than I expected, and did a very thorough job servicing my A/C unit and answering any questions I had. John made helpful recommendations for maintaining the efficiency of our unit and explained to my wife and I various service plans that were offered by the company to keep our HVAC equipment running smoothly. John was very professional and courteous and definitely is an asset to the company.

Ulisis was our man! He took photos of the problems to present his findings. He was not "pushy" and only made suggestions. He worked quickly and effectxonately. He has a good professional demeanor and I would recommend him to anyone.

July 11, 2019, A/C was out, 109 outside, 88 inside, called to schedule an appointment, arrived within 3 hours, checked out the system, repaired what need repaired, awesome service, would recommend the company. Tyler and Paul were awesome. Ask for them.

I've been using Sierra A/C for normal PM for 12 years now and will not change! Today, Tyler Collins showed up (early, may I add!). He was totally professional, courteous, and took his time explaining everything that he did. He also KNEW what he was doing. I have used Sierra for five years and find them to be consistently reliable. In addition, they go out of their way to help in a crisis or emergency. In fact, we have had occasion to call them twice in the past few weeks. Both times the service person was Jonathan, and he was so very nice and efficient. Good customer service, competence, and efficiency earn Sierra high praise and I would recommend them highly.

John T. completed a spring service call on the Lennox air conditioner and furnace we bought from them a few years ago. Everything checked out great and we will continue to do business with them.

Hilary got back to me in a few hours after I left email request for AC summer maintenance appointment. She quickly got me setup for the appointment and worked with my schedule.

Tyler was extremely professional and thorough completing the spring servicing of my HVAC system. He arrived promptly, got right to work, and completed his tasks quickly and efficiently.
