The folks at Sierra LLC have all been very professional, helpful and very nice to work with. A special word of thanks to Zach who persevered and searched for the reason for the problem I was having, ( Poor air flow) . He took the time to thoroughly check out all areas until he found the problem. He was knowledgeable, helpful, cheerful. He certainly was competent and well versed in his profession. I want to give him and all the people at Sierra the kudos
they deserve. A company I heartily recommend.

Jeremy Brackett solved a problem that had been cropping-up quite often. He was very thorough,
and he explained in layman's language the "whats' and whys' the problem had been vexing my heat pump system.
I really appreciated his meticulous service.

On July 4th I had Silverstate check my 4ton unit - compressor was going bad. They installed a new Maytag 4ton 14 seer. Once complete when I went to bed I would wake up sweating. Temperature rose 3-5 degrees. I had them out three times with their most senior technicians and they said the coolant was perfect, but I still kept getting hot.

I met someone a Costco selling Lenox A/C's and asked them if they could send out their best technician. They sent Frank out, he was here close to two hours it seemed and found out I was low 1/2 to 1 pound of coolant based on a sub cool number. He was very meticulous with his coolant monitoring equipment and very patient to make sure it was perfect.

The results are my A/C now works perfect, no more sweating and I did not even have to low the thermostat at night. What a relief! From now on I only what the people at Sierra to work on my unit. Thank you guys for ending a month long problem on a brand new unit!

Had a problem left an email at night, received a call early the next day. Very proactive, explained the initial charge, set up appointment. Technician arrived was very knowledgable, pinpointed the problem and explained the cost to remedy it, got me out of the hot very quickly.
Love Sierra Air! Thanks for everything. Will continue to use them

Greg was sent out to handle/fix our recurring AC problems. we are very pleased because he is very knowledgeable and knew what was causing our problems...He was courteous and very thorough...We will request him every time

Matt has been caring for my HVAC home system almost since install. It's a great feeling to know I have not just a company but a real person to call if things go wrong. Having an annual contract helps as well; I know I'll have a discount. I am very pleased with Sierra Air Conditioning and Heating.

DREW HELPED WITH THE A/C PROBLEM. HE MADE SURE COOLING WAS WORKING AS PARTS HAD TO BE ORDERED. THIS TOOK SEVERAL DAYS, AND WHEN THE A/C STARTED TO SLOW, HE RETURNED TO GET IT GOING AGAIN. PARTS ARRIVED AND DREW TOOK THE TIME TO COMPLETE AND MAKE SURE ALL WAS WORKING. A GREAT CO TO HAVE ON YOUR SIDE=====ED

Kevin from Sierra came to our house to find the best wi-fi thermostat that will fit our needs. He explained on how they work and sold us on one of the brands we were thinking about. He was pleasant and answered any other questions I had. I will request him from now on.

Kevin came out yesterday to look at our AC unit. They told me he'd be there between 2-6 and they were at my house at 2:30. He found the problem right away and fixed our issue very quickly. Our house feels great now! Super nice guy. Any issues you are having with your AC, just call Sierra and ask for Kevin. He was great!

We wanted to take the opportunity to express our deep gratitude for the exemplary service that was provided to us by Adam & Sierra. Would like it a lengthy review here but space does not allow. So will try and brief it up. Cannot recall when we've had such exemplary service from a service person. This young man was determined to asolve issue we had with our a/c. No matter how long it took! And it indeed took several hours but he did get us up and running. He was constantly updating on progress, always polite and assuring. Even though we knew he had ran into stumbling blocks. You'd never know it by his demeanor! What an asset he must be to Sierra. We feel blessed that he was here for us! Sierra is the place to go,for all a/c & heating needs!! Thank you Adam!!
