Service Tech Rohn G was efficient, polite, explained the procedures, and with a neat appearance. Completely satisfied with working with him and with all other services of Sierra, LLC.

I had a PM service and a few repairs performed by Sierra, LLC. Rohn was the technician. He kept me informed throughout the process and was careful about keeping our three dogs contained in the backyard. I helped him to confirm the symptoms and the repair results for our condensation drainage systems so he could make sure that they were working properly. He kept me informed of all charges as the work progressed. He was very thorough and conscientious.

Sierra Air has superb customer service personnel. I have come to expect nothing less than excellence. Alicia F. did not disappoint! She was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient while setting up my annual spring servicing and updating my annual contract. I have had nothing but great service and experience from Sierra Air and highly recommend them.

Richard at Sierra, LLC is an excellent technician. He explains everything he is doing in my Spring HVAC Check-up and is most courteous. I have used this HVAC Company for 12 years and I have always been pleased with their work.

I had my A/C serviced by Rohn G., and he is the absolute best. He took time to explain my zone thermostats, and explained all of his findings and observations. Then he also asked if I knew that my water heater (a box on the outside of the house) also requires routine maintenanceI did not. But what I do know is that when I get that service completed, it will be Sierra...and it will be because of Rohn. He was courteous, respectful, and he was on time. This is a professional company!!!

Sierra Air is great to deal with and always very thorough when working or doing maintenance on my HVAC units. I spoke with Dabari S yesterday to renew out annual agreement and was friendly, easy to talk with and explained all the details and answered all my questions in a professional manner. I appreciate that he called me to follow up on my renewal as I have been so busy and had forgotten to call myself to renew. Great Company!!

I love a company that provides a great experience from start to finish, and Sierra delivers just that! So hard to find the kind of excellent customer assistance from when you call in from emails conformations about the date, time and a picture of the technician coming that day, a common courteously call shortly before their appointment, to service technications that take the time to do a thorough job, to an end result of a very happy consumer! I have always had good service with Sierra and today was no different. Drew was quick and efficient, and explained his findings to me without trying to push me in to making an immediate decision. I have a furnace motor that needs some attention, but I can schedule at my leisure since there is no safety hazard involved.

I have used Sierra for several years now and have always been pleased with their work. My recent experience was no exception. My appointment was made by Robin who called me even on a Sunday to confirm that the technician, Keith, would be coming the next morning. Keith had to make two trips to my house because the chilling unit in a wine storage area had frozen solid and needed to defrost. He was able to isolate the problem and make a thorough repair. He also checked the condenser, fan and coolant level to assure that the unit would operate properly. He was thorough, knowledgeable and personable. Overall my experience with Sierra particularly Robin and Keith was excellent.

If all office/customer service people were as nice as Robin, there probably wouldn't be as many complaints! She cheerfully called earlier than the previously scheduled time frame and asked if I'd be willing to get an earlier call by a technician that was in the neighborhood. Yes I was and Greg P showed up 20 minutes later, replaced my filter and explained why it was sparking. He explained a notification my thermostat was trying to tell me and gave me a suggestion to keep a more stable temperature in my home. He was so helpful and has quite a sense of humor too.

I would highly recomend Sierra Air Conditioning and Heating. Incredible service, professionalism and dependability. It is evident that this company truly cares about their customers and employees. I have reffered several friends who say the same thing. Look no further. They are the best in Las Vegas.

I had a new HVAC system installed in my home by Sierra Air Conditioning & Heating in June 2017. Everyone involved from office staff to installers and technicians have been very professional. They have followed up, after the original install, on several occasions to make sure the system is running properly. I appreciate them being proactive and calling me instead of me having to call them. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

I had Sierra Air-conditioning to our home to do the winter service of our 2 furnaces and I also had them service my water heater. Matt did a very thorough and complete inspection of our heating units and made sure they are operating at maximum efficiency. Matt also drained my water heater, changed the anode and cleaned and adjusted the flame so it also works at maximum efficiency.

Matt was a great representative of The Sierra Air- conditioning brand and he explained everything before he did anything.
