Very pleased with the service technician, Jared and Sierra which I have been using for 4 years.
A call to the main office is always handled in a very professional manner. Their technicians are very skilled regarding AC equipment repair and maintenance. They are on time and very respectful.

I have been using Sierra Air Conditioning for over 11 yrs. and they have always done a great job in keeping my equipment working perfect. Sierra must have high standards, when hiring, because the employees are all polite, informative, helpful and friendly. In just two days I was able to schedule service for a seasonal checkup and have that service completed . Employees wear clothing that allows one to quickly identify them and in my experience have always been professional and courteous.

We moved into a new house last year and decided to get on a bi-yearly maintenance program. We chose Sierra Air. Getting information and making an appointment was very easy. Our Technician Tyrone was on time and very pleasant. He did our fall furnace inspection. After completing his work in the attic, he went over the items he completed. We received our contract and inspection sheets via email before Tyrone left.

Winter maintenance service. Robin called to inform that Moises was on the way and he showed up during the scheduled timeframe. He checked the system to ensure proper heating performance.

Prompt, honest, thorough, polite, knowledgeable, neat.

Recently used Jay for air conditioning & heating needs. He is a great professional, well skilled, knowledgeable & a very good man. I highly recommend Jay for all the a/c, heating & water heater needs. You can't go wrong using Jay. Sierra is fortunate having Jay with them, he really does superb work. Also provides answers to questions, plus making suggestions. Robin was very helpful in providing setting up the schedule for Jay's work. It's a superb trio: Sierra, Jay & Robin.
