I have used Sierra,LLC for heating and air conditioning since I bought my home in Las Vegas in 2004. Their service is professional, timely, and with a very, very affordable service contract I get two service visits per year , and a healthy discount on parts as needed. Their goal is to keep your equipment in good repair so that you the longest possible life out of your HVAC units.

Wayne was a professional and was considerate of my home, by wearing shoe covers, covered the floor before putting his ladder on it. He took pictures of the heater he was checking on, so I could see what he was talking about. He had previous notes on the previous visit to my home, so he knew what he had to look at again. Sierra a/c and heating is a good company, I repurchased another year of them to come out and watch over my systems.

Had my winter maintenance appointment with Sierra Air. Received a call telling me the technician (Jared) would arriving within 30 minutes ... and he did (in 10 minutes).. Service was quick and thoroughtook about an hour. Jared answered all of my questions and took care of business. Professional technicians, professional servicethat's why I choose Sierra. Great job!

I have used this company for a couple of times for problems with my home heating and cooling system. No matter who they sent it always appeared to me that the technician knew his stuff about system components and operation. I can say this as a retired professional engineer familiar with building heating and cooling systems. There are a number of airconditioning companies in the Las Vegas area to choose from but in my personal opinion I think this is one of the better ones. It also seemed to me that the office staff knew enough about the type of equipment they serviced so that the right technician would show up at the jobsite and quickly diagnose the problem. He was able to explain the problem to me in simple enough terms that I probably could have fixed it myself if I had to.

Sierra Air did an outstanding job of performing the first winter heating checkup on my eleven year old system. The technician, Dan, was very professional and courteous. He explained everything that he did and the summary check sheet was complete and easily understood. Sierra's office staff called me as promised with an estimated arrival time. She was pleasant, easily understood and correct.
