Don't ever buy from a dealership that uses this company, they don't want to cover anything!

I purchased a car in 11/ A month later I noticed I was having mechanical issues when driving long distancesI contact the warranty department and was told as long as I made claim before warranty was over it would be covered I brought my car to in-network facility they could not find the problem or fix it, they suggested it was a one time thing Last week I took a trip and I was stranded this problem is worstAnd I contact the warranty department and they state it will not be covered

When my car broke down, I immediately called the warranty company, and was told to have my car towed to a *** *** garage...I did so, only to be told days later that they couldn't work on my car because it's a hybridAgain, I called SilverRock, and was told to have it towed to a dealershipMy husband I and asked if they would cover the second tow since we paid for the first and had it taken where we were told and the person with customer service assured us that they would cover the towNow that the car is repaired, not only will they not cover any of the repairs but are now refusing to cover the tow charges that they assured us they would pay for

I Purchased a ford escape from Drive time on 02-23-and then on March 6th my throttle body went out so I called drive time and they told me to call silver rocki called silver rock and they told me to take it to pep boys which I did and they were unable to help so I took it to motions which was the next shop they told me to take it toSo my car was there for days and silver rock did not want to help me with a rental nor reimburse me for having to take lyft So fast forward to now on 08-my throttle body goes out again! I contact the shop that supposedly repaired and the owner of the shop stole all the money and fled the country so the new owners could not help me because they had no record of my repair so I took it to meniekeMenieke put a claim in on 08-and silver rock denied it saying that the throttle body is not a covered component so I spoke with drive time and they paid for it to be repairedWell while in repair the shop called silver rock on 08/to in

When searching for a reliable, time-conscious company, look elsewhere
My van was in the shop for a minimum of *weeks* for a transmission replacementSilver Rock sent a USED transmission (my van is a 2010, so it's not like new transmissions weren't available) to my mechanic and took their time doing it
Then, when it came time to pay the invoice, my shop faxed the invoice ThreeTimeswith no response and had the mechanic on hold for minutes when he calledI ended up calling Silver Rock with the intent of faxing the information from my locationI called Silver Rock myself and after my own minute call time (with about minutes of talking to an actual person), I get "our accounts department isn't sure what got misread on the invoiceI'll put it through again."
The runaround, circular logic, non-answers you get from the folks manning the phone are time consuming and frustratingI can't imagine what would happen if I were in a worse position when trying to get my only vehicle back on the road in a timely fashion
I'm still not sure if it would have been better if I had just saved up the money and paid it myself

Well I have had my car for two years with no problems at allThen all of a sudden my starter went out so of course silver rock replaced it and the a wee later my alternator went outThey replaced it with a new batteryI was out of 200$ but my car was fixed instead of being out 1000$Very greatfull

July 10, I took my car in to get repairs done for my Volkswagen Jetta I called SilverRock, DriveTime, and Volkswagen themselves last week to see what the issue with the car wasI was told last week that DriveTime would cover the cost of my repairsAll I needed to do was pay a $deductibleNot to mention I only had the car months so there shouldn't have been anything wrong with it in the first placeI take it to Ourisman Volkswagen of Laurel and they tell me the price of the repairs would be $They then ask me if I have warranty and I tell them yes SilverRockThey called the Claims department and they said what needed to be repaired is not under warranty? So I called SilverRock and Drivetime back and they both said that all I needed to do was pay the $deductibleI get to the checkout after 30mins of waiting thinking everything went throughLittle did I know SilverRock didn't even pay their part! I had to max out both credit cards in order to pay this bi

Everytime my vehicle breakes down silverrock always denies my claims even though in the warrnty it states any engine parts are covered by the warrnty and my mom has have to help me pay out of pocket theres was only one time when silverrock covered but it wasnt 100% covered and I still had to pay at least $dollars out of pocket and thats very diffcult for me because I have the car payment to make and also unncessary out of pocket expenses that should be covered 100%This is to much for me because I am just a college student who shoudlnt worry about car repair bills and should only be worried about my studies

I purchased a Toyota Highlander from *** on 8/23/in California and I purchased GAP insurance coverage by Silver Rock through ***
on 2/3/my vehicle was involved in a total loss accidentOn 3/27/my auto insurance company *** *** mailed a check for the amount of $7,to BridgecrestI logged onto my bridgecrest account (bridgecrest is my lien holder) and noticed they applied the insurance money to my account on 4/5/
I called Bridgecrest and they told me that is takes to hours to apply the insurance money to my loan and after that it take approximately to business days after that for silverrock to apply the GAP insurance and pay off the remaining balance on the loanI've called Bridgecrest multiple times since 4/5/and Bridgecrest/Silverrock still has not applied the Gap covererageits been over business days since that statement bridgecrest made to me and as far as I'm concerned SilverRock/Bridgecrest is NOT honoring our

On may I purchased a vehicle from Drive time with GAP coverage from silver rock insurance group The lien holder of the vehicle is Bridge crestMy car was in an accident 08/21/and deemed a total loss through progressive my insurance company which I had an additional GAP insuranceProgressive sent their check to bridgecrest on 8/29/Bridgecrest recieved the check on 09/11/and today 09/17/I have been in constant contact with silver rock trying to get documentation stating that they will payoff the remaining balance on what I owe for my former car loanThe bank that I am trying to obtain a loan from now to get a new car needs documentation that silver rock will cover the rest of that remaining balance but siverrock is constantly telling it will take to weeks for the process to be completed and they refuse to give me the documentation needed to secure this new loan which is only a simple letter stating that they will cover the remaining balanceI have tried

My jeep when it "Overheated" due to old defaulted Transmission Fan 06/11/17, I notified Silver Rock right away per guidelinemonth & weeks now, I have yet received my Re-imbursement per their contract that their customer should receiveI had been diligently patient waiting for the reimbursement of my rental car/towing fees and every time I call to follow up, they give me the run aroundI had followed up 3rd week of June, an agent assure me the check is processed and that I should receive my reimbursement July 1st week2nd Week of July I followed up spoken to an agent Vanessa, per agent they mailed the check without my apartment number and that they will re-cut another check that will be another more weeks for me to waitI then expressed my dissatisfaction Vanessa (agent) then consulted with the so called "Management" and asked for my Bank account# & routing# and promised me that the reimbursement funds will be available by July 19th,July 20th I called to follow

I PURCHASED THIS EXTENDED WARRANTY WHICH COVERED THE REPAIRS ON MY VEHICLE AND I WAS TOLD BY THE COMPANY TO GET A RENTAL WHILE MY VEHICLE WAS BEING REPAIRED THAT THE COMPANY WOULD REIMBURSE ME DUE TO THE REPAIRS BEING A SAFETY ISSUE THAT COULD HAVE SERIOUSLY INJURED MYSELF OR MY CHILDRENNO THE COMPANY IS NOT STANDING BY ITS WORD AND WILL NOT REIMBURSE ME FOR THE RENTAL

I regret ever using this company! I started to have transmission issues back in 08/2108 and it has been in the shop twice and it is still not working, and I am not able to drive it! The second time it went to the same shop and that shop stole my good battery and put in a old one after pushing on both visits for me to purchase a new 200.00 dollar battery. So now I am making payments on a vehicle that I cant even drive. I am not happy with this company at all, and I guess I need to get some advise from a attorney in regards to this as it IS covered under the warranty that I have purchased through them. Transmission is still not working, they don't care, and I am stuck with a repair that I cant afford to do myself. Yea its time to seek legal advice to see what I can do regarding this issue. DONT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!

Purchased a warranty with silver rock when I purchased a vehicle with Drivetime Auto and after two days the brakes began to vibrate and I was advised by a silver rock agent to take it to pepboys where the cut the rotors front and back and replaced the padsI had a repair shop of my own 20yrs ago and once rotors develop hard spots shaving them does not help they have to be replaced so they did not fix problem they patched itSecond I got a check engine light and I put the tester on it and it read cam position sensor right and left back and timing to far advanced they had me take it back to pepboys and they had my vehicle three days and never repaired it so I was given another repair facility by a silver rock agent to take my vehicle to and when I got to this facility I was advised by silver rock that I was over the mile warranty after driving the vehicle to two different pepboys locations and one Ntb tires shop with personal usage and running hundreds of miles between repair faci

We purchased a truck and a extended bumper to bumper warranty (which is covered by Silver Rock)from Drive Time right at a year agoRecently, the motor locked up and dropped a valve (this is only a year after getting the truck)Of course we go through the system of contacting drive time which sent us to Silver Rock, and ultimately denied the claimStating that they found something that was not coveredMy husband uses the truck to drive back and forth to work (nothing else)Now, we are out $and counting for a rental and a truck that doesn’t have a motor that we are still paying for! They refuse to help or honor their warranty after we paid so much for it when we got itAfter reading the reviews I see that they do not honor a lot of their promises, so how is Silver Rock still in business when they are scamming their customers?

This company shouldn't be in businessThree times now I have had issues with the car covered by this warranty, and EACH time they wanted to not PAY A DIMEFor what I'm paying for this warranty, they sure don't want to cover much, and when they do cover it, they make you take it somewhere where it won't even be fixedTook a car in to their suggested repair shop and it left with the same problems it had when I dropped it off

I am Dealer in springfield missouri, When we did any contracts with *** *** the only option for our customers that are getting a loan through them to get a warranty financed into there loan is silver rock warrantiesWe sold a bmw to *** *** who is living on veterans disability because he is a wounded veteranWhen his BMW engine went bad they made him wait over days for an inspector to come out and look at his engine to see if it was covered, then the warranty company themselves purchased an engine(instead of letting the Service Station)When the mechanic received the engine they noticed before they put it in that the engine purchased by the warranty company from a junk yard was also bad, had to wait another two weeks before another engine came inOnce that engine was finally put in the customer picked up the vehicle and leftAfter returning home he noticed a oil leak and contacted me and the mechanics, living miles away from us it took him almost a month to b
