Order *** for a SamsungGalaxy Smini (ATT/T-Mobile) phone was received 09/29/14. Simply Sellular typically processes orders in just a few days for payment. Unfortunately on this order processing time was longer than normal. The automated payment was not sent once
determined accounting manually sent payment as customer requested via PayPal. Full payment $was issued this past week. Again, we apologize for the delay and greatly appreciate your business

Order *** was placed online 09/17/we sent the return package to
customer on 09/18/from California. Likely sent the phone off around
09/24/based our experience with postal transit times. We know it
takes an average 10-days for USPS Business Reply Mail to reach
facility. We are waiting for the phone to arrive and payment of $is
set for the LG Spectrum 2. To date we have not logged any phones under
Order ***. Could be USPS simply taking longer than normal. If by
chance the phone was sent and received without any order slip or contact
information are logged in by the ESN (electronic serial number). We
can search our entire inventory for your phone by the ESN. The ESN is a
unique barcode number each phone gets from the manufacturer and is the
same number we use to log phones received. You can find the ESN on the
phone's original box or you can also contact your previous service
provider and they will provide to you on request. Provide the ESN to us
and we can search for the phone… Thanks!

I disagree with the Businesses explanation. I want my telephone back. I immediately wrote them and let them know I did not agree with the price and the web site stated 180 dollars. I told them to send my telephone back. Why did they mail out the check ?  As soon as got the check for $52.00, I mailed the check back to them immediately with-in one hour and provided the UPS tracking number [redacted] I sent the requested 5 dollars through automatic bill payment service provided by my bank I have not received my Cell telephone at this time.

$110.  Automated PayPal payment was issued on 11/19/14 however, customer
contacted us on 11/24/14 stating payment not received.  This was

Simply Sellular is denying ever receiving my phones, and on another response, they denied that I ever got in touch with them via phone.  Those responses are untrue.  I contacted them via phone more than 10 times, and received no responses.  I also mailed them the pre-paid package that they have sent me on August 14.

Hello,We issued the full $110 usd via PayPal the payment method [redacted] selected.  Presume the $4 usd in question are fee's applied by PayPal in accordance with their terms of use.   However, to resolve this matter with complete satisfaction.  We'd be pleased to issue payment via Bank of America check rather than PayPal this would eliminate any PayPal fee.  Just notify us and return the $110 PayPal payment received and we'll issue payment via check.  Simply Sellular understands every dollar counts especially during the holiday season.  We appreciate your business!

A replacement check is not what you wanted? Simply Sellular issued a new
check within 4 business days of your initial email on 02/18/15. Keep in
mind we processes over 10,000 payments every month. Such high
volume we have to handle all claims systematically. Each is important
and we work very hard to address every concern. Reviewed the emails and
see we updated the address to a PO Box. Yes, original payment was mailed
to a different
address. For piece of mind and complete transparency please find the
original postage log and all email correspondence below. Although USPS
failed to deliver the original payment we are confident the new check
will be received to complete this transaction.

This past Monday we emailed customer being the ESN they provided was not valid.  They had provided the Blackberry PIN not the ESN (imei).  Was just that simple customer provided correct ESN later that night.  The following morning we located the phone.  The phone was sent to us without an order slip received 10/28/14 and accepted for full amount $51.  Due to Veterans Day we matched the phone to their order [redacted] and mailed payment in full yesterday.  Postage log below:
