The ad on *** stated FREE product just pay shipping, I did not authorize further shipments or any charges beyond the initial shipping chargeThe ad did not ask for agreement to get continued shipments or chargesI offered to return product but was told to "keep it"Check the Internet websites especially *** *** and you will see many others with the same complaintsThe regular ad on the Internet asks for terms agreement but was NOT on the ad on ***.I will return 2nd product sent, I paid for shipping on first product which ad stated was free with that paymentI did not authorize any other use of my card beyond first shipping costThis company is definitely out to scam the consumer, it's too bad as the product looks niceIf they were reputable they would refund these charges and keep their name clean

Customer is falsely accusing of charges that were never made
Order records show that the customer was never charged $ Our
records show the following: Customer ordered on 2/25, called into
customer service to get a
trial extension for an additional days and
was advised to call before the days if she did not want to continue
Then, days later, the customer called in to cancel and agreed to send
back the unused portion of the product
Within the same terms & conditions verbiage the customer
provided, here is our returns process clearly stating policy:
"RMA Return Policy
If you decide to cancel at any time during the monthly auto-ship program or are requesting a refund, you will be required to return the unused portion of
the product supplied to us at your expense via an RMA number issued by customer
serviceFor returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are
responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the
return within the day periodCompany reserves the right, at its sole
discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements
Once your return has been received, a credit to your card or refund check will
be issued and an e-mail confirmation will be sent within days."
If the customer chose not to
read said terms, that unfortunately does not make those terms null and void As a good faith gesture, we will allow this
customer to keep the product

We have engaged the customer for additional info on return shipment for refund validation

The consumer placed an order for a day trial for our productWhen the consumer did not cancel within the days, they were charged for the products

Thank you for your response and your
willingness for a partial refund. I believe this is fair.
I regret your Customer Service agents would
not discuss this issue, as I believe it could have been helpful to ensure
future dissatisfactions do not recur. The CS Reps only spoke in “Talking
Points” and it was quite frustrating. I repeatedly asked to speak to a
manager, and was told none were available, and then he hung up. One did
call me back, but he only stated the same points
Per inability to discuss this issue with a
manager, I felt I had no choice than to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. I
appreciate your willingness to respond and for a partial refund. Below is
cut from the Revdex.com message:
This message is in regard to your complaint submitted on
3/3/2:14:PM against Skin Logic Skin Care. Your complaint was
assigned ID ***
The account has been closed -- no further
shipments or charges will be done but the consumer will need to contact us to
obtain a RMA and she can return the product that was shipped in January for a
full refund or she can keep the product and get a 75% refund Either way
