I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,
[redacted]
I have seen the same response to the same issue from other customers. If it was so clearly stated on the order form why are more people complaining about the same issue. I  don't recall seeing any of the information you stated appeared on the order form all I ask is that you make it clearer on the order form so other people won't get taken in by your company. This statement will end my correspondence with your company. No further emails are required from you
P.S. I HAVE SENT BACK THE PRODUCT

Hello,
If the customer chose not to read said terms, that unfortunately does
not make those terms null and void.
As a good faith gesture, we have gone ahead
and refunded the shipping charges of $10.90 as well.
We have only received back 1 item of the 2 that were sent but we have fully refunded the customer on both charges.  We show a refund was initiated in the amount of $86.95 on 12/30/14 & $89.95 on 1/4/15

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The response did not address my 2 issues. 1) I still have not received the products I am being charged for. 2) I did reply within the 14 days to cancel so should not have been charged. I would appreciate these 2 issues being addressed instead of just a restate of the terms and conditions. Thank you.

The consumer signed up for a fourteen day
trail on January 23, 2015 and agreed to the terms and conditions of the trial on our checkout page.
Per the terms and conditions, that were also included on our order confirmation email, the consumer had fourteen days to try the product
or call to cancel before being charged full retail price. Because she did not
call to cancel at the end of the trial period, she was charged full retail
price for the products on February 6, 2015. We received a phone call from the
consumer on March 13, 2015 which was after the monthly shipment had been sent
and charged. The customer accepted a 15% refund and the account has been closed -- no further shipments or charges
will be done.  We can allow a one-time re-rate but the consumer will need to contact us at [email protected].

The customer's has been issued a full refund for the Skin Optics and has been sent an email confirming the refund .The customer may also contact her bank and provide them with the refund confirmation to verify that the refund has been issued. Here is the refund confirmation : $89.95 Trans-ID: [redacted]. We apologize for any inconvenience

Review: On or about July 31, 2015 my web browser was directed to a 'free trial' of both Skin Logic and Eyetensive cream. The advertisement specified that the consumer would be responsible for 'the shipping charge for the items.' PERIOD. There was NO fine print, NO notifications, NO stipulations other than what was stated. That for a total of $7.90 ($1.95 plus $5.95) I would receive a 'free trial.' As a precaution, I contacted the customer service department PRIOR to submitting my order. I asked "will there be any additional charges?" The answer was NO. I asked "will there be recurring charges?' the answer was NO. I asked, "is it true that for this shipping price of $7.90 I will receive both items and that is the end of the story?" They said "YES". wonderful. I thanked her for her time and submitted the order.

Approximately five days later I received both items. Inside the packages was my receipt for my charge...$1.95 and $5.95. There was also a benign customer service number thanking me for my order. Please note, there was NO OTHER INFORMATION OR DISCLOSURES enclosed in the package.

This morning, August 7, 2015 I called to thank them for my items and asked if I were to order these products in the future what would the cost be...they told me each would be over $85! I said, oh gosh, that is too costly for me. Then I was informed that I would be "charged $31.42 for each 'item that I didn't return!!" I said 'what? are you kidding me? I paid the shipping fee as stipulated in the advertisement. There was no mention of any other charges OR having to return ANYTHING. Now they were claiming that what they sent was a '14-day trial offer' not a 'free trial.' After one full hour of back and forth with customer service representatives and hang ups and calling my credit card company I was disgusted. I am hoping you can help. They are scamming innocent people with deceptively false advertising!!! :( Had I not called to 'thank them' for the items I would have been blindsided.Desired Settlement: Not only wish for a formal complaint against this company to be filed. I want a full refund on my original shipping fee of a total of $7.90...OR I request that this deceptive company be forced to pay for return shipping fees! It is bad enough they are forcing me to return what I legitimately paid for 'according to their advertising.' I would appreciate your assistance and wish to be reasonable and flexible with resolution terms and agreement.

Response:

Ms. [redacted],

We recently received your complaint # [redacted]

from the Revdex.com regarding your Skin Logic account. I apologize

but I am not able to assist you with any orders you made with any companies

other than ours. We take complaints very seriously

and we hope this response will provide you with additional information.

According to our records, we received your order on July 31, 2015.

The terms of the offer that you agreed to

at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a trial period

starting from the date of your order in which you could cancel your account to

avoid further charges. The following was displayed directly next to where you entered

your credit card information:

By clicking the "Rush My Trial"

button, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have

read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Upon placing

your order today you’ll be shipped a 30 day supply of Skin Logic (Just Pay

S&H of $1.95). If you feel Skin Logic is not for you, cancel within 14 days

from today to avoid the purchase fee of $89.95 and enrollment in the

auto-shipment program which sends you 1 month supply every 30 days starting 30

days after your trial period at the low price of $89.95 (+1.95 shipping) per

month. You will be charged on the same card provided today. For further

information or to cancel anytime, call (888) 959-6072. Please note that prepaid

credit cards are not accepted. Please use a valid Visa, Mastercard, or Discover

credit card or debit card when purchasing.

When you ordered the product you also

checked a box indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a

customer checks that box we must assume that they have actually read what they

are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have

called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.

Please note that we do not offer samples.

We offer trial periods and shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover

return shipping costs.

On August 7, 2015 you spoke with a representative to

cancel your account. You were immediately issued a return merchandise

authorization number and return deadline date and sent a confirmation email outlining

your return instructions.

You did not receive any additional

charges other than the initial shipping fee of $1.95. Your account remains

canceled and you will not receive any other shipments or charges.

Thank you,

Customer Care Team

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

The respondant's in this case are alleging that they made their terms and conditions clear when a consumer (me) hit the 'rush my trial.' What they are alleging is absolutely FALSE. The fact that they are claiming to be a separate company is ludicrous as when I placed the order there was ONE ad and very little information. Simply, that I would receive a "30-day supply" (not a trial). I took a photo of the ad when I placed the order. None of the information that they are now alleging was on the website actually was not. In fact, if they had provided the truth from the beginning I never would have accepted the terms of agreement. There were no terms of agreement posted. Simply the cost of the shipping and handling and the order number. This SCAM they are running has captured many other victims. I ask the Revdex.com to inform this company that I am disgusted that they are failing to inform you of the truth. Had the information that they provided me been anywhere on their website I would have exited quickly out of the webpage and moved on. This is a tightly run SCAM. I will gladly return both products to you upon receipt of a RETURN LABEL!!! :) Happily and gleefully. In addition, I will make sure that many people know that Skin Logic and Eyetensive are running a SCAM operation. For their deceptions the least they can do is offer a return item label at THEIR cost. I accepted the terms of agreeing to pay $1.95 and $5.95..the shipping and handling for both items. Payment was submitted ONE time to what appeared to be ONE company. Dear Revdex.com, they are a full blown SCAM operation. Please advise them that upon receipt of a return label I will return their products. Period. I will not negotiate with them further and my credit card company has been made aware of this SCAM. Thank you dearly for offering to assist.

Review: I ordered a trial bottle of their Skin Logic bottle that they advertise

Skin Logic 30 Day Supply $0.00 (trial)

14 Day Trial, No Commitments, Cancel Anytime!.

When I received the conformation email, they said that at the end of the trial, I would be charged $89.95 for the trial bottle! I immediately called to cancel, and only got an automated system that told me after I requested cancellation, that my credit card would only be charged $38.71. Indeed, they did charge my credit card $38.71.

I emailed them a complaint, only received an auto reply, to call to talk with a representative. I did and talked with [redacted], who claims that I agrred to pay the $38.71, which I did not. I wanted a full refund, and he would only offer me a 50% refund. I don't want the product, I just want a full refund!

The website states:

"Upon signing up for your trial offer, your credit card provided will be charged a One-time processing fee of . If you contact customer service to terminate your trial enrollment within 14 Days of the date that you enroll in the Program, you will not receive any additional product and you will not be charged anything else."

Notice no amount is after the "One-time processing fee of"

These quotes are copied and pasted, so no typo error on my part.

This is such a scam! False advertising! It is not a free trial if they even charge you to cancel!!!!

I just know that hundreds or thousands of women are being taken advantage of that don't have the time to deal with all of this effort to get their money back.

Thanks for any help. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want a Full refund of $38.71. It can be refunded back to my credit card. (I am willing to eat the $4.95 charge that I did agree to when I ordered the free trial.)

We have already engaged the customer via email on 3/14/15, and currently working on a resolution. We advised the customer to return the product for a full refund.

Review: ~ ordered A skin cream from Dermalogix

~ received and tried it

~ the tandem company (Skin Logic) was to automatically send their product to me.

~ having not received Skin Logic after Two weeks, called and was informed that it had been sent.

~ informed USPO and our carrier stated she had delivered to our address the order and also stated same to Skin Logic

~ Skin Logic obviously did not insure their product, thereby leaving their customer the loser.

~ the USPO can only stand accountable for loss/theft if it has been insured

~ Skin Logic should protect their customer from such loss/theft by insuring all their shipments...even if they have to add it to their shipping and handling

~ Skin Logic disclaims any liability, stating that this is a matter between us and USPO. NOT! A product not insured is not USPO's liability.

~ hence they have,at this time, offered me only 15% refund (unacceptable).

~ I have paid out $89.95 for nothing.

~ I hereby add my complaint to numerous others against unfair practices of Skin Logic.Desired Settlement: Want full reimbursement for a product I did not receive.

Business

Response:

The consumer placed an order for a 14 day trial for our product. When the consumer did not cancel within the 14 days, they were charged $89.95 for the product per the terms and conditions on our checkout pages. The product that the customer received is the actual product that they were charged for. We have canceled the consumer's account and will refund the charge of $89.95 for the initial product that they received.

Review: Ordered the trial Skin Logic skin care and Eyetensive for cost of shipping 5.95 each on 8/21/2015 at 12:41 am. I have yet to receive anything. I also find that they have signed me up for the auto ship and charged my credit card 89.95 and 86.95 which I did not authorize them to do this. I contacted the customer service number and first spoke to a woman named Shin. I proceeded to explain when suddenly she hung up. I made a return call and spoke to Milan and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told he was the supervisor. He told me that I had to return the product to get refund. I told him I hadn't received anything as of 8-27-15 and he told me there was nothing he could do and that a tracking number showed it was delivered. I called the post office and they told me to contact them again to acquire the number. I tried that and got nowhere but he did change his mind and told me he would refund me 35% of my total cost. I told him that if he could do that then he could refund the total amount. I have had to cancell my credit card and have filled a complaint with my bank, and I'm planning on filing with the states Atty. General and anyone else I think should know that may be able to prevent this farse of a company from ripping people off. After some searching online I also find this so called company has one employee but I spoke with two so it appears they're moving up in the world. I want a full refund and to also let people know exactly what they are dealing with. This kind of thing should not be going on and you shouldn't have to research for hours to make sure your not being taken advantage of. Unfortunately that's the world we live in today.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund and nothing more to do with this so called company.

Regards,

I'm sending along screen shot of advertisement I responded to. In order to go to the place your claiming has this information I would have to give my credit info again and I wasn't going to do that again. This is a completely deceptive business practice and what I would consider bait and switch. Regardless of all this as I've stated I have received nothing from skin logic. A man named [redacted] from skin logic told me he had a tracking number that it had been delivered but refused to give me the number as I could have contacted postmaster to confirm this. In closing all I can say is they have taken money from my account and I have nothing to show for it and at this stage of the game I don't want anything from this company with there one employee except my money put back in my account. I've tried to contact them on several occasions but I always seem to be disconnected.

Review: Skin Logic and Eyetensive do not state clearly that after 14 days you will be billed $86.95 for Eyetensive and $8.95 for Skin Logic. These producets are advertived at $4.95 each and it does not state the outragous mark up price on your next shipment and recurring shipmentsDesired Settlement: They canceled my subcription and refunded me a 30 some odd percent. $31.48 and $30.42 on my credit card. Review: Business add promised a skin cream for $5.95, then charged me $89.00 for it a couple weeks later. What? Then two months later I find two charges on my Discover card for $95.00-one made in December and one made in January. I contacted Discover to dispute these charges, then talked to Skin Logic directly. They told me they had sent me some skin cream in November and had a tracking number to prove that they sent it to me. I've never received any product from them, except for the first item I ordered, which was supposed to cost only $5.95. They told me I had signed up for a monthly jar of skin cream at $95.00 a jar. And then they hung up on me. I hadn't signed up for anything of the sort. and to date, I have received only one jar of their snake oil. I'm sure they've hidden some sort of voodoo wording somewhere in their initial email that I responded to, but this classic bait and switch advertising, and I can't understand how this is legal. I've called these people twice, can't get to a supervisor, been hung up on both times. I'll admit I haven't been pleasant to talk to, but I'm pretty sure they're used to the rancor of the public they rip off every day. By the way, I'm 62 years old, on disability due to a stroke, on a fixed income, and this company gets to rip me off?Desired Settlement: I've disputed this with Discover. I want this company to give me my money back.

Response:

The consumer placed an order for a 14 day trial for our product. When the consumer did not cancel within the 14 days, they were charged for the products per the terms and conditions on our checkout pages. The customer has since returned 1 of our products and received a full refund in the amount of $89.95 on 1/22/14. We have already canceled the consumer's account and will refund the remaining charges once the products are returned back.

Review: I ordered Skin Logic and received an amount different that what was stated. I believed to be ordering a "trial" bottle for 4.95 and when the full bottle didn't arrive in 30 days, I called the company, as I had been charged for the full amount of $89.95 on 2/7/15. I was told that I had received the full amount, and because I had not cancelled, I was billed the full amount. I went to the website and saw that 1) the amount sent was not as portrayed 2) when used as directed lasted only 1/2 the time stated 3) the placement of the terms was not available until after the order had been placed. The terms were unclear and I explained to the Customer Service Rep that as written, I believed it to state that if not satisfied with the product, cancellation should be made within 2 weeks and I would not be charged or sent more product. He agreed, but said the bottle sent was not a "trial bottle", but was the actual bottle sent for a "trial time". When I told it was insufficient and not as promised, I requested a refund. He only continued to read his talking points. I asked for a supervisor multiple times and was denied: "no one is available". I again asked for a refund and to be removed from the program. After mutliple "holds", he offered a 15% refund and I told him that amount was insufficient. Again asked for a supervisor, was denied and he hung up.

An email arrived stating that I had been discontinued from the program. There was no amount refunded.

I tried to call back and the automatic answering voice said I had been discontinued from the program, said "Thank You" and hung up. There was no recourse other than the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Refund of $89.95

Response:

The customer received a 30 day supply and signed up for a risk-free trial that allowed them to try our

product risk free without pressure to purchase. If they did not cancel by the 14th day they submitted their order, they agreed that we would bill the

full price without further hassle and enroll into our monthly shipping.

The terms and conditions were clearly stated in the order confirmation email when they submitted their order. The

account has been closed -- no further shipments or charges will be done but the

consumer will need to contact us to obtain a RMA and she can return the product

that was shipped in January for a full refund or she can keep the product and

get a 75% refund. Either way the consumer will need to contact us at: [email protected]

Review: Somehow they got my debit account number and shipped their product and debited my checking account $94.90. I called them, followed telephone recording prompts and they ended by stating the orders would stop. I returned the product and Skin Logic credited my account. After that I received 2 more orders and I shipped them both back in the same container. They credited my account for 1 product not 2. I have the UPS Proof of Delivery Receipt showing the package weighed 1 pound which should prove there were 2 products inside when they received it on February 2, 2015. I wrote to them on February 10 informing them they only credited my account for 1 item not 2. I wrote to them again on March 9, 2015 and have yet to receive my refund of $94.90.Desired Settlement: Send me a check for $94.90 and stay out of my checking account.

Regards,

Review: I ordered two different products from this company and paid $8.95 for each product. Then, they sent me additional product without my permission and charged me over $180 for the unauthorized shipment. I called the company and offered to send the unopened product back and requested a refund. On the first call, they said that they could not do anything. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told that one was not available. This was on 8/8/15 around 8pm. I decided to call back on Monday 8/10/15 in the morning when I thought a supervisor may be available to me. I was able to speak to a supervisor, but they would only agree to reimburse me 35% of what they had charged my bank account. That came out to be around $60. I don't see where they had permission to charge my bank account as I do not believe that their intent to do this was adequately disclosed when I ordered the initial products. I just want my money back. I do not want the products. They did not work. I do not want others to have to go through this hassle.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the products, which are unopened, for a full refund.

Ms. [redacted],

We recently received your complaint # [redacted] from the RevDex.com regarding your Skin Logic account. I apologize but I am not able to assist you with any

orders you made with any companies other than ours. We

take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with

additional information. According to our records, we received your order on June

21, 2015.

The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your

order clearly state that you were to have a trial period starting from the date

of your order in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges.

The following was displayed directly next to where you entered your credit card

information:

By clicking the "Rush My Trial" button, you represent

that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have read and agreed to

the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Upon placing your order today

you’ll be shipped a 30 day supply of Skin Logic (Just Pay S&H of $4.95). If

you feel Skin Logic is not for you, cancel within 14 days from today to avoid

the purchase fee of $89.95 and enrollment in the auto-shipment program which

sends you 1 month supply every 30 days starting 30 days after your trial period

at the low price of $89.95 (+4.95 shipping) per month. You will be charged on

the same card provided today. For further information or to cancel anytime,

call (888) [redacted]. Please note that prepaid credit cards are not accepted.

Please use a valid Visa, Mastercard, or Discover credit card or debit card when

purchasing.

When you ordered the product you also checked a box indicating

that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer checks that box we

must assume that they have actually read what they are agreeing to. If there

was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service

team and they would have been happy to assist you.

Please note that we do not offer samples. We offer trial periods

and shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover return shipping costs.

Since

we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $89.95 on

July 5, 2015, and then received one additional package after that.

Your account has been canceled and you have not received any

shipments or charges since then.

Our

representative provided you with a 35% refund on your most recent charge in

lieu of returning your product, which you accepted. You

were refunded $31.48 on August 9, 2015.

Thank you,

Customer Care Team

Review: ordered a free trial sample of a skin care product and a seperate order for an eye cream had to pay shipping and handling charges of 4.95 and 5.95. I did not know this order entailed a commitment for a recurring order on a monthly basis. with automatic credit charges. I called and cancelled my order in the alloted time but was told I had to send back the unused portion of the creams and pay for the shipping charges myself. I did not see any terms and conditions when ordering this product but was told that they were on the order form on the internet. You are sent a thirty day supply for a fourteen day trial for a product that may not show results for four weeks or more. To me this is a clear bait and switch tactic and fraudulent advertising.Desired Settlement: That their terms and conditions are made more clear to the public when ordering this product and change the wording of the advertising so it is clear that you are agreeing to a commitment for automatic billing and the actual price of the products.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Regards,

I have seen the same response to the same issue from other customers. If it was so clearly stated on the order form why are more people complaining about the same issue. I don't recall seeing any of the information you stated appeared on the order form all I ask is that you make it clearer on the order form so other people won't get taken in by your company. This statement will end my correspondence with your company. No further emails are required from you

Review: I ordered a trial of Skin Logic on 07/14/15 for 2 products, eye and face cream and was charged for shipping - $4.95 for one and $5.95 for the second. The products were supposedly shipped on 07/20/15 - all this was verified today 07/28/15 with [redacted]. I never received the products so was cancelling today - within the 14 day time period to cancel. Unfortunately for me, even tho I never received the products, I have now been charged the full retail price of $ 89.95 and $ 86.95 were charged to my card on 07/27/15. So I didn't receive the products and was charged full price even tho I am still within the cancellation time frame of 14 days. I want to be refunded for all charges as I never received the products and I cancelled within the time frame so shouldn't have been charged. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for all charges as I did not receive the products and cancelled within the 14 days.

The response did not address my 2 issues. 1) I still have not received the products I am being charged for. 2) I did reply within the 14 days to cancel so should not have been charged. I would appreciate these 2 issues being addressed instead of just a restate of the terms and conditions. Thank you.

In receiving the email from the Revdex.com and the business stating that I had agreed to all the charges and conditions I looked up the business on the internet again to order the trial offer. There was no place at all to read the conditions for this FRAUDULENT company. I have called the company four times and each one I have talked to was "[redacted]". There are two companies rolled into one and the first time I called I was told that I could expect a refund in 5 to 7 days. My [redacted] agent listened to that call. That did not happen. I was NOT told that I must cancel the orders separately. Please do not use the Skin Logic or the [redacted] companies. Review: On 12-27/14I ordered a sample of Skinlogic and eyetensive cream that they advertise for $5.00 and gave my debit card to pay for this. I recieved this with a invoice that says order total $5.95 and I thought that was it. My checking account was not adding up so I went to my bank and found out that since this they have debited my account on 2-10-15 for two transactions of $94.90 and $92.90 . I did not authorize them to continue to send me product and debit my account. I came home last week and another shipment of there product in the mail and did not ask for it to be sent. I am a senior citizen and live alone and cannot afford for my account to be debited for charges that I did not authorize. I called them today like my bank ask me to do and the first customer service rep told me for skinlogic that I was enrolled in there program and that he could refund 15% if I would return the product that I never ask to be shipped to begin with. We argued and then he said he would cancel me and that I would not recieve any more products. I then had to call a different # for eyetensive and go through the same thing only this customer service rep told me that they did not ship samples and again had to cancel a so called program and that he offered to refund 1/2 of both skinlogic and eyetensive but not full refund. I called my bank again and was told to try and resolve this issue if I cannot for a full refund to call them back.

I just think this is a misleading and underminded business and they take advantage of people and should be aganist the law to debit peoples checking account just because they have your # and information even though you did not agree to such. I cannot pay my bills now and caused my account to be overdrawn .Desired Settlement: a full refund of $187.80 back in my checking account and no future debits.

I also would like for them to not rip other people off with there shappy business deals.

Regarding complaint [redacted]. Thank ya for responding about my complaint and I wanted to let ya know that yes this company refunded me in full and I also sent back at my expense the last unopened bottles of this product. I would love to see this followed up on however for future elder people that they are clearly taking advantage of and false advertising. Thank you[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Review: The online ad stated the trial offer would cost $4.95 which was charged to my credit card. Nothing is mentioned in the ad that states if cancelled, the unused portion would have to be returned or we would have to pay full price of $89 for it. This verbiage is copied from your disclaimer on their website:

If you feel Skin Logic is not for you, cancel within 14 days from today to avoid the purchase fee of $89.95 and enrollment in the auto-shipment program which sends you 1 month supply every 30 days starting 30 days after your trial period at the low price of $89.95 per month. You will be charged on same card provided today. For further information or to cancel anytime, call (888) 959-6072.Desired Settlement: Changes to verbiage on website clearly stating that if cancelled, unused portions must be returned or full price will be charged to credit card. From the Revdex.com's website, mine is not the first complaint against this company's practice.

Business

Response:

Customer is falsely accusing of charges that were never made.

Order records show that the customer was never charged $89.00. Our

records show the following: Customer ordered on 2/25, called into

customer service to get a trial extension for an additional 14 days and

was advised to call before the 14 days if she did not want to continue.

Then, 13 days later, the customer called in to cancel and agreed to send

back the unused portion of the product.

Within the same terms & conditions verbiage the customer

provided, here is our returns process clearly stating policy:

"RMA Return Policy

If you decide to cancel at any time during the monthly auto-ship program or are requesting a refund, you will be required to return the unused portion of

the product supplied to us at your expense via an RMA number issued by customer

service. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are

responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the

return within the 30 day period. Company reserves the right, at its sole

discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

Once your return has been received, a credit to your card or refund check will

be issued and an e-mail confirmation will be sent within 30 days."

If the customer chose not to

read said terms, that unfortunately does not make those terms null and void. As a good faith gesture, we will allow this

customer to keep the product.

Review: I ordered a free trail and only paid shipping of $4.95. My account was charged $89.95 on 11/29/2014 before the free trail was over.

The free trial specifically said to pay only $4.95 for shipping, Order Number: 31262. After receiving the product on 11/21/2014, I had 2 weeks to try it out before they were suppose to bill my account. They billed my bank account of $89.95 on 11/29/2014 which is in pending charges. I had to put a stop payment on the charge from my bank. That is only 8 days. I called customer service and they refused to refund the money stating that the trial started the day I ordered it. I told the customer service rep that I would be returning the product and she said that it didn't matter if it was returned or not that I would still be charged.Desired Settlement: I want my $4.95 back and they are not allowed to bill my account ever.

Business

Response:

The customer received a 30 day supply and signed up for a

risk-free trial that allowed them to try our product risk free without pressure

to purchase. If they did not cancel by the 14th day they submitted their

order, they agreed that we would bill the full price without further hassle and

enroll into our monthly shipping. The

account has been closed -- no further shipments or charges will be done but the

consumer will need to contact us to obtain a RMA and she can return the product

that was shipped in November for a full refund or she can keep the product and

get a 75% refund. Either way the consumer will need to contact us at:

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I only received a trail size which was only an ounce of the product. I was never told that the risk free trial was 14 days from the day I purchased the product. As I stated before I didn't even have the product very long to even try it to see if it was working before they billed me. I want all of my money back!
