The terms and conditions were clearly stated in the order confirmation email when they submitted their order.  The
account has been closed -- no further shipments or charges will be done but the
consumer will need to contact us to obtain a RMA and she can return the product
that was shipped in January for a full refund or she can keep the product and

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.I also want to state that there was no detailed message that the customer was informed of the extended terms which included an additional charge.  I specifically read each word on the order form that was provided. I was also informed that this set disclosure was specifically on your web site which the link I clicked on, did not take me to that page, but directly to the order form.  I have a receipt stating a 30 day trail.  But obviously your Mathematical skills are lacking since you charge my account within 14 days instead of the 30 days.  A professional business would generate a notification that the account will be charged the set amount prior to the actually posting.  I found this charge my reviewing my bank statement.  This deception is very unprofessional and I will never recommend doing business with this company. I have submitted the returned merchandise for the return of unauthorized funds of $89.95. However, I am out of the "so - called 30 day trial product" and shipping.

I'm sending along screen shot of advertisement I responded to. In order to go to the place your claiming has this information I would have to give my credit info again and I wasn't going to do that again.This is a completely deceptive business practice and what I would consider bait and switch. Regardless of all this as I've stated I have received nothing from skin logic. A man named [redacted] from skin logic told me he had a tracking number that it had been delivered but refused to give me the number as I could have contacted postmaster to confirm this. In closing all I can say is they have taken money from my account and I have nothing to show for it and at this stage of the game I don't want anything from this company with there one employee except my money put back in my account. I've tried to contact them on several occasions but I always seem to be disconnected.

In receiving the email from the Revdex.com and the business stating that I had agreed to all the charges and conditions I looked up the business on the internet again to order the trial offer. There was no place at all to read the conditions for this FRAUDULENT company.  I have called the company four times and each one I have talked to was "[redacted]".  There are two companies rolled into one and the first time I called I was told that I could expect a refund in 5 to 7 days. My [redacted] agent listened to that call. I  don't recall seeing any of the information you stated appeared on the order form all I ask is that you make it clearer on the order form so other people won't get taken in by your company. The consumer placed an order for a 14 day trial on both our products. When the consumer did not cancel within the 14 days, they were charged for the products
