The respondant's in this case are alleging that they made their terms and conditions clear when a consumer (me) hit the 'rush my trial.' What they are alleging is absolutely FALSEThe fact that they are claiming to be a separate company is ludicrous as when I placed the order there was ONE ad and very little informationSimply, that I would receive a "30-day supply" (not a trial)I took a photo of the ad when I placed the orderNone of the information that they are now alleging was on the website actually was notIn fact, if they had provided the truth from the beginning I never would have accepted the terms of agreementThere were no terms of agreement postedSimply the cost of the shipping and handling and the order numberThis SCAM they are running has captured many other victimsI ask the Revdex.com to inform this company that I am disgusted that they are failing to inform you of the truthHad the information that they provided me been anywhere on their website I would have exited quickly out of the webpage and moved onThis is a tightly run SCAMI will gladly return both products to you upon receipt of a RETURN LABEL!!! :) Happily and gleefullyIn addition, I will make sure that many people know that Skin Logic and Eyetensive are running a SCAM operationFor their deceptions the least they can do is offer a return item label at THEIR costI accepted the terms of agreeing to pay $and $5.95..the shipping and handling for both itemsPayment was submitted ONE time to what appeared to be ONE companyDear Revdex.com, they are a full blown SCAM operationPlease advise them that upon receipt of a return label I will return their productsPeriodI will not negotiate with them further and my credit card company has been made aware of this SCAMThank you dearly for offering to assist

of your order and offered a 35% refund on your most recent charge in lieu of
returning the product for a full refund.  You accepted that offer and a
refund of $31.48 was issued on May 25, 2015.

Before customers commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.According to our records, customer ordered our product the Skin OpticsSkin on a 14 day trial basis back on 02/25/2016 and paid the shipping and handling fee of $4.95. The trial expired on 03/10/2016 and due to the fact that the customer didn’t cancel they were charged $89.95 for the original shipment.Customer contacted our Customer Service on 03/24/2016 and requested for her subscription to be cancelled, which we did .However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus will be providing a refund of the charge on 03/10/2016 for Skin Optics $89.95. Refunds should reflect on customer’s account within 3 to 5 business days.Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.--Try Skin [email protected]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
I also want to state that there was no detailed message that the customer was informed of the extended terms which included an additional charge.  I specifically read each word on the order form that was provided. I was also informed that this set disclosure was specifically on your web site which the link I clicked on, did not take me to that page, but directly to the order form.  I have a receipt stating a 30 day trail.  But obviously your Mathematical skills are lacking since you charge my account within 14 days instead of the 30 days.  A professional business would generate a notification that the account will be charged the set amount prior to the actually posting.  I found this charge my reviewing my bank statement.  This deception is very unprofessional and I will never recommend doing business with this company.
I have submitted the returned merchandise for the return of unauthorized funds of $89.95. However, I am out of the "so - called 30 day trial product" and shipping.
