She subscribed to Smilebox and was billed $6.99 on 10/14/2016, for a monthly subscription. We refunded the amount billed to her Visa credit card ending in 4372 on 11/14/2016. Her subscription has been cancelled and she will not be billed again.

longer offer a monthly subscription option. Her paid account is under:[redacted]@msn.com This is not a fraudulent charge. She subscribed to Smilebox and was billed $47.88 on June 11, 2015 for an annual subscription. The first request we received was dated June 22nd, which is 11 days outside of the trial period. Before signing up, customers are shown the following screen [attached], which outlines our $47.88 annual price (equivalent to $3.99/mo, billed annually). Customers must also agree to the Club Smilebox Terms of Service, which outline our upfront, automatic billing policy. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  There should be no pending charges on my account as I cancelled the service, uninstalled the program and asked in writing for a full refund of $47.88 because I was unable to safely use the Smilebox site any longer.  I want a credit for $47.88 not a pending charge and I do not want to see any additional charges on this account.  I have read over 390 complaints of people being billed after they cancel.  My subscription was not even up until Oct so a pending charge this early is not acceptable.  I want my credit card information destroyed after my credit of $47.88 is given.

No renewal was processed in September/October 2016 as the bank did not authorized the transaction.
Due to the bank refusal, her Smilebox premium account was closed on 10/14/16.

The earliest contact on file from [redacted] is from January 17th 2016, which is 17 days beyond the end of the trial period. These automatic, upfront billing terms and no-refund policy were agreed to during sign-up. We have attached an image of the options shown, which are presented as annual and monthly. Her subscription has been cancelled and she will not be billed again.
