The gas service has been restored and several messages has been left for the customer to contact our office for an explanation, however the calls have not been returned and therefore the issue is considered resolved.

The last response was not to insult you, It's just that our services are regulated by the LPSC and this is the charge that has been agreed upon. If there is something indeed wrong with the meter, there will be no charge.

Customer had service with Entergy from 10/3/11 to 1/16/12.  We did not receive a good payment during this time.  The bills were mailed to the post office box address provided to us.  Unpaid bills are reported to credit bureaus.  When the customer paid the bill in November 2017,...

provided was not for a valid account number. Thus is why the bank stated no item was ever returned. The repercussion was that no additional check payments would be accepted on the account as the account was less than six months old. In addition there was a .10 difference in what was paid and what was due. Entergy recognized that this was merely an unintended error and thus removed the $20.00 return check fee and reinstated check writing privileges resulting in a $20.00 credit balance on the account. On 1/17/18 [redacted] called and filed a complaint with Entergy concerning the frequent outage.  The customer was contacted by our network and explained the causes for the outages revealed specific reasons including lightning, animal on line, vehicle ran through substation,...

vehicle hit pole and vines growing into power lines, it is not that Entergy are causing the outages however Entergy respond quickly to outages. The customer still was not satisfied.

The deposit of $365.00 was billed based on what the prior deposit already had on the account. In the complaint letter the customer states her account closed and reopened in that process the old deposit was used to pay off the previous debt and had to be replaced with a new deposit. The...
