I am rejecting this response because:The discrepancy involving the trade in was NOT addressedI have attempted to contact multiple people at Future Ford including the General Manager and have not received one responseWe were advised the trade in was $and Future Ford put $on the contractThe Finance Manager states they had a document that said the trade in was valued at $Either way, there is a discrepancyThis is highly unethical

I am rejecting this response because: I have called the dealership numerous times and not once have the offered to help me get my belongingsThey forgot to mention that I spoke with their sales person who agreed it was ok for me to keep the carThey have access to phone records I'm sure they could have pulled the call But hey that neither here or thereIf they are so glad to assist me with getting my things, why cant they make arrangements with their tow company for me to get my thingsI am avail days a week 8-I would like the location and time where I can get my stuffSimple

the vehicle was built on 03/10/the warranty start date is 03/26/the 5yr/60k mile power train warranty started on 03/26/and expired on 03/26/unfortunately based on time the powertrain warranty has expired

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI also want to make sure our credit inquiries will be removed once disputedI hope to have your cooperation during this process

I am very sorry that we upset you, but your credit was not ran the dealership did an OFAC inquiry as requiredThe letter you received is a form letter that has to be sent out if either credit or an OFAC was checked and again sorry for the inconvenience [redacted] General Sales manager [redacted]

We did make a mistake on new vs used coverageI explained the error and apologized, also our finance director called and explained the application would not be acceptedWe offered a refund or a new correct application but other than that there was nothing we could do to satisfy the customer

I am rejecting this response because: Thank you for your quick reply to our complaint As seniors, this is a lot of money to fix an almost new car, with an extended warranty First, let me say that [redacted] Ford did not tell u,s once they inspected the vehicle, this could happen within a few months In fact, they told us this would take months and months To confirm that, we called ***, the ***-Ford advisor we worked with and asked him directly He re-iterated this type of problem would likely take months of leaking to cause such damage Yes, it had been 10,miles and months since we were last in to Future Ford for service, but your technicians had serviced our car at 10,miles, 20,miles and 30,miles Then, just months and 10,miles later the system could leak to create that kind of damage??? It seems very strange that during all three inspections, no one saw anything beginning to happen They saw no cause to be concerned and recommend a re-check again in months Furthermore, the factory may recommend having the battery inspected and cleaned IF NECESSARY, every months, but how would we know that unless your service tech really inspected the battery, saw something and then told us We believe Future Ford is at fault We also believe if the last inspection, at 30,miles, was done properly, your tech would have seen something that just wasn’t right Maybe it was a busy day, maybe a Friday, who can say at this point, BUT, someone was negligent on the job, at our expense. Finally, there seems to be some discrepancy in what Future Ford it telling you and what [redacted] Ford is telling us We suggest that a neutral person may want to talk with [redacted] at [redacted] Ford and hear the facts directly from the dealer that saw the damage, fixed the damage and clearly is an expert on what and how this may have happenedRespectfully, [redacted] and [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me The dealership allowed me to return the vehicle for a full refund and agreed to refund the cost of getting the car diagnosedI'm happy with the resultBut, I would like to add that I am still not pleased with the sales team failing to reveal the lock and shock issues about the car, even when specifically askedPrior to opening the complaint they kept telling me I bought the vehicle "as is" and they had no obligation to help meI am very displeased that it came down to me having to open a complaint with the Revdex.com before anyone would work with me on this situationSince opening the complaint, the only person that I've dealt with is [redacted] ***, general sales manager, and he has been very accommodating and pleasant to work withI only wished the purchase of the car had gone as smoothly as the way [redacted] handled the return

I am rejecting this response because: This is resolved according to the dealershipThis is not resolved on my endThis can be closed down but I will continue to file complaints so that other consumers can learn from my mistake I was not informed properly on my warranty, I was never told my warranty dates back to ( yrs before I purchased the vechile), why would I pay $for a warranty that is only good for yrsI wouldn't itI will not purchase another Vechile from Future ford in the futureI will go out of my way to avoid this dealership in the futureNot a happy customer as Im out $4100, $for a diagnostic that I had already done for free and another $to fix the original problemyes the dealership fixed the 2md part of the car repair but only after a complaint was filed

I appreciate [redacted] calling me and allowing me the time to personally apologize for the fact that we were unable to provide a loanPlus the difficulties in obtaining the trade and down payment.I will call [redacted] again tomorrow after discussing one of the remaining issues with [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is still unsatisfactory to meAnd remains unresolved because they claim this is nothing further they can do

I am rejecting this response because:I too am sorry that we were unable to resolve the issue of alignment on the FI purchased from Future Ford without assistance from an outside sourceWhen I took the truck to the reputable shop, ( [redacted] ), I was told by the staff that they never worked on that truck and offered no warrantyAfter leaving and the truck still pulling, I did not call them back because I was told they offered no warranty and that they were doing the work on that day as a favor to both parties (Ford, and myself)At this point I did put in another call to [redacted] (Future Ford assigned employee to handle my due bill), letting him know the truck still pulled and something more needed to be doneI was told he would speak with a manager, and never heard backLets look at the facts: I have taken the truck to three shops in total [redacted] tires - Says it needs ball joints, tie rods and then it can be properly and safely aligned [redacted] - Says it needs ball joints and tie rods before it can be safely aligned (Quote attached) [redacted] - Said it was aligned, although it still pullsNow, the first two listed shops are total 3rd party shops that neither myself or Future Ford are related to in any wayThey both say the work needs to be performed before proper alignment and safety is achievedShop number 3, [redacted] , who probably does $250,000+ in business yearly with Future Ford of Roseville & Sacramento combined is saying the truck is fineI don't find that hard to believe at all, [redacted] and [redacted] at Ford both have an awesome working relationship with [redacted] and I don't blame them at all for siding with Ford on this topicFurthermore, after a few phone calls this morning with BAR and DMV investigations office, they say that the truck should have NEVER passed the initial safety inspection required by California vehicle code with the steering parts as bad as they areOn top of that, it should have never passed the required road test by an appointed technician with a hard pull that it had at the time of inspection and still has todayA simple solution is all I would to see come of these issuesI would like to have the front end parts required for alignment, replaced, and have the truck properly aligned so that it is safely drivableIf we can come to an agreement and have the work performed, I will drop all currently pursued courses of action and move onThank you

Ford is going to have to provide thatI don't have any documentation or pictures of what the sticker price wasWe were told when sitting at the negotiating table it was 28,and [redacted] even stated in his office when we spoke to him, that sticker prices are not written as uneven numbers like, "663" or ever ends in cents, like, ".09"Which on our contract our price for the sticker was written as, "$33,663.09"I would like a statement from [redacted] that this is factual

Ms. [redacted] can contact Mr. [redacted] directly @ ###-###-####

I contacted [redacted] about his issue and we discussed what would satisfy himWe allowed him to return the previous vehicle at no charge to himHe decided on purchasing a different vehicle, a CPO Fusion Hybrid that fits his needs more than the original vehicle

We are so sorry the vehicle is having problemsWe want it to be a perfect car for you, however Ford Motor Company is who we need to resolve this issueIf you would like our location to look at it I can provide a rental car

Business states that the issue has been resolved directly with the customerThe amount of $has been refunded to the customer and they were 100% satisfied

In these documents you can see the car was purchased on 5/1/for $33,which even the GSM stated they don't label there sticker prices like that and that is NOT what we were told sticker price wasIn the following documents you can see that we traded in the ford and received $7,and placed $2,in cash for our downThere are also documents providing all the service they had to do on the car dates were May 6, 13, 17, 27, and it was taken back in on June 16th for electronic issues that Ford didn't even acknowledged (only of the documents attached so I will be sending more separately)

I am rejecting this response because: In fact again this is a claimOriginally I spoke with *** *** about a Super Cab 4Xthat was currently located in ***This was the truck that I was planning on purchasing with the trade in of my vehicleThis was the deal that was originally agreed upon by Mr*** at the $42,out the door priceI would be getting the Super Cab 4xand trading in my vehicle for a financed amount of $40,with me putting $downThat was the first truck and transactionThe second truck was the Super Crew version which I spoke to Mr*** about on Sat the 19thThis truck is MORE expensive and I would not be trading in my vehicleMr*** told me verbally on the phone during the same conversation on the 19th that the out the door price would be roughly $39,The details of this vehicle were supplied to me by *** *** in the email that was received on the 19th as well along with the Out the Door price of $35,Again, I didn't confuse trucks with pricesThe email that was send, that was also delivered to the dealership on Sunday, Dec 20th and again on Monday morning, referenced the Super Crew 4XIt was an easy determination to make as the window sticker for this vehicle was attached to the email that *** *** sentIn the attachment, it is a clear as day that the out the door price listed, references the vehicle window sticker in the email bodyHow is it possible that I am confusing more expensive vehicles for cheaper vehicles? Within the email it references the VIN#This number was not provided by me, but by *** ***It's interesting to see how your story changes but my consistently stays the sameNot to mention that I'm the only one providing proof that contradicts every word you have writtenThe email clearly states an out the door price of $35,which included all taxes and DMV fees and references the truck via VIN number and detailed Window Sticker that the price is associated with
