Aaron did a great job from the startI had the whole SolvIT team here to bid on my basement, and after speaking with Aaron, I made up my mindYou can tell Aaron loves what he does, and he came up with all great ideas for the whole electrical system, switches, lights, dimmers, tvsI had an idea of what I wanted, but Aaron was able to translate that idea to a realityDefinitely very detail oriented, and gave me a very fair price

I am rejecting this response because:Solvit only issued the credit after I initiated a complaint with the Revdex.com. Their representative also promised a new protection plan for my water treatment tank ......which never materialized.As far as my "recorded" response.....anyone listening to it would realize that my acceptance was reluctant and can be compared to a "hostage" tape! If they had fulfilled their promises immediately....I wouldn't have been happy.....but would have probably gone away quietly Now I feel they lied and tried to take even more advantage of meJust like the first time I complained and the representative told me the computers were down...so she had time to get her supervisor on the line.I don't believe their prices are fair and still believe they "jack up" the prices so they can "appear" to give a 10% discount. Their people are like vultures waiting to oversell.We're also taking into account attempting to sell parts and services that are not needed.I still feel they should reimburse me half my repair cost back

I was very happy with the professional and same day service I received with the Solvit Home Services provided recentlyNot being able to reach my own furnace person, I was able to get same day service from this company, when no other plumbers handling boilers would service me for at least daysCold evenings were predicted for the next week during the eveningsFrom the start with my call to Solvit, I reached a live person, who was very helpful, advised I would have same day service and was given an arrival timeI was called back immediately when the technician would be a half hour later than scheduled, and was kept informed when he was on his way to my homeThe technician was courteous, found and solved my problem with the boiler, and gave me my estimate before servicing so there would be no surprises Because I was so pleased with this service, I contracted with Solvit for future servicingI would not hesitate to recommend them

We had SolvIT Home Services come in to complete a HES audit and workThe team that came in was right on time, introduced everyone, and went over the scope of the work explaining everything they were going to do and what we could expect from the workThey reviewed the entire HES booklet and had answers for all our questionsThe team completed the work as described in a professional manner, protected our house from damage, and cleaned up everything leaving the house as they found it

BACKGROUND: Customer called in stated her hot water heater was leakingWe traveled to the customer’s home at no charge to diagnose the problemTechnician stated relief valve which is the hot water heater safety valve is leakingIt basically prevents the system from overheating and over
pressurizingTechnician recommended a new hot water heater due to age as he saw water in the fire chamber and also the fact that this safety valve did release waterCustomer declined the quote and there was no charge for our timeCustomer called in at a later date and stated she called around and received other quotes that were lower than oursWe told her to get a written quote from a licensed and insured company and we would review it to make sure we are quoting the same service and equipmentCustomer was getting very loud and cursing and hung upShe called again and wanted to cancel her “Home Protection Plan” with usWe reminded her of the policy she signed that states that she is obligated for one full yearShe again was belligerent, threatening, and cursing and then hung upThe customer signed up for an annual “Home Protection Plan” for $plus tax and it would be paid monthly $Customer has been charged for months $Included in this plan are a heating maintenance, air conditioning maintenance, electrical inspection and plumbing inspection not to mention many other benefitsDuring this time we have performed the heating maintenance on her gas boiler which is valued at $She has also received discounts on previous work and we have not charged trip fees due to the benefits of signing up for this annual plan
RESOLUTION: This being said, we value each of our customersDue to your concerns we have stopped all future charges to your credit card for your annual service planThe water heater our technician spoke to you about replacing is one of the top brands therefore warranties are for Six years through manufacturer and by maintaining your Home Protection Plan you as well would have retained a Lifetime warranty for covered components through Solvit Home ServicePlease understand our pricing is structured based on time to do a job, environmental removal and disposal of your water heater and top quality brand items plus safety accessories most likely not included by others to do the work

Awesome service, Stephen did a great job. I had two other contractors take a look at this project and both of them ignored me. It was a pleasure to work with Stephen from Solvit, there was no way he was going to leave the job until it was finished properly. Customer service is practically non existent in this country anymore, it is great to see that one company still believes.

I had old insulation removed and new insulation installed as well as an Energy Audit done. Everyone I dealt with was professional and considerate and did a great job. They were respectful of my home and my things. They cleaned up fully when they were done. I dealt with Rich, Charlie, Tom, Derrick and Carl. They were all great. They did a thorough job and completed everything that was on my contract. I was very happy with the entire process and would recommend Solvit to my friends.
