Nick R. made a service visit to our home on a busy Saturday afternoon to fix a clogged central air conditioning condensate drain. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional, and we would strongly recommend him as an air conditioning technician. Very happy with his service!

In as few words as possible: Solvit was there when I needed a (plumbing) problem fixed. And it's apparent to me that they've got logistics down pat.

I would highly recommend Solvit services to anyone. While we were in FL in the Winter of 2014 my two furnaces stopped working. Following a call to Solvit from FL they had both furnaces up and running within 2 hours of my call. Needless to say, I was relieved that all became well in sub-freezing weather. I have found their service people and customer service staff extremely competent and very prompt. I have been called on several occasions simply to check in and ask if all was well. This is unusually good customer service in this day and age of ARUs. I find their annual service agreement to be an excellent value and would recommend it to everyone. This one stop service for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other services such as radon is a huge advantage to homeowners without the need to contact separate mechanics and wait for scheduling
I find their service very competent and responsive and have nothing but the highest regard for Solvit. I will be a customer as long as I live in this area.

Lukas was skilled and knowledgeable. He quickly determined the solution to our water system problem and was able to get the water pressure back to normal without a large expense. All Solvit engineers are friendly experts we rely on to get the job done. Thanks Lukas and the great office staff!

Our Plumbing Technician, Lukas, from Solvit arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the problem, reviewed the solution and cost and then proceeded to fix the problem. He was polite and personable and cleaned up after he was finished. This has been our third experience using SolvIt for plumbing issues and all three times we have had our expectations exceeded. I had Arron in my home today to replace a vent fan light in my bathroom. He was very kind and courteous and conscientious. If I ever need electrical work done again I will ask for him even if I have to wait fir an appt. He us a wonderful asset to your company. Thank you [redacted]

Quick, efficient and painless!

I was Happy with the service provided for an air conditioner repair in July . I also opted to sign on for a yearly maintenance contract for future heating and air conditioning services.

I am rejecting this response because:
Solvit only issued the credit after I initiated a complaint with the Revdex.com. 
Their representative also promised a new protection plan for my water treatment tank ......which never materialized.
As far as my "recorded" response.....anyone listening to it would realize that my acceptance was reluctant and can be compared to a "hostage" tape! 
If they had fulfilled their promises immediately....I wouldn't have been happy.....but would have probably gone away quietly.  
Now I feel they lied and tried to take even more advantage of me. Just like the first time I complained and the representative told me the computers were down...so she had time to get her supervisor on the line.
I don't believe their prices are fair and still believe they "jack up" the prices so they can "appear" to give a 10% discount. 
Their people are like vultures waiting to oversell.
We're also taking into account attempting to sell parts and services that are not needed.
I still feel they should reimburse me half my repair cost back.

First let me say that we are sorry about your service experience and know that we take our customers trust in us very seriously. In terms of pricing we subscribe to a national pricing service which prices by the job and not by the hour. Our thousands of customers welcome this...

because the repairs do not grow hourly with time spent.  I cannot  and will not comment about other companies pricing as it would not be appropriate to do so nor on their service capabilities but to say that in efforts to earn your business, companies at times may discount or make statements not always accurate or with full understanding. In fact our home protection plan for $249.00 covers "ALL" the home comfort systems, etc. in your home plus many other benefits which is "pennies" on the dollars of what our competitors offer. Our prices are at time much lower and at time higher than our competitors but our customers believe that the overall value of the products, services, total customer experience, employing background checked and drug tested employees, having licensed , uniformed technicians etc. is a great value for most. Our technicians are trained to bring to your attention things that should be or may soon need to be addressed. We always provide pricing prior to and receive acceptance before work begins. It appears based on your comments this did not take place and for that we are in error and we do apologize. We do have a customer satisfaction policy and want to do whatever possible to make our customers happy. In your case you did speak with one of our representatives and she did issue you a credit and you were pleased with the outcome per our recorded phone conversation on file. This being said we failed to issue the credit in our accounting department and have since credited your account. In closing we hope you are please with the outcome and hope to serve you again in the future.

First let me say that we respect the responses you’ve seen and heard from multiple outside sources regarding your vent cleaning. I know this can cause confusion and concern when having any service done in the home. We pride ourselves on our customer base and the feedback that they...

provide. Anytime we have a customer that is dissatisfied or requires further explanation we make every effort to provide them with an adequate solution or explanation. In this instance, and as discussed, we can debate the method of cleaning your dryer vent, however what is most important is that the dryer vent is in fact clean. As such we would welcome the opportunity to revisit your home, at no cost to you, and place a camera in to your vent to help provide you and your family with peace of mind that the job was done correctly.
