The service technician Brandon Wcared about the job that he performed and took the time to explain what he was doingAshley did a good job over the phone

So we are a customer of solvit They maintain our heating system Pay them a lot of money to be on callWe set an appt for yesterday to pm They call at pm and state that they are running late pm call and state we are running late My wife calls back at pm and they state that they are not sure they can be there before pm at the earliest( I took the day off for this?) So they reschedule for to am on Saturday They call at am and state it will be more towards It is and no one is hereThe kicker to al of this is that they fixed my heat in the spring and cost me I turn it on for the fall and it doesn't workSo they have no consideration for my time and can't maintain something properlyI must say that this company is not what I would call a triple A rated companyI don't think I will renew with themPoor customer serviceJust awful

First let me say that we are sorry about your service experience and know that we take our customers trust in us very seriouslyIn terms of pricing we subscribe to a national pricing service which prices by the job and not by the hourOur thousands of customers welcome this because the repairs do not grow hourly with time spent I cannot and will not comment about other companies pricing as it would not be appropriate to do so nor on their service capabilities but to say that in efforts to earn your business, companies at times may discount or make statements not always accurate or with full understandingIn fact our home protection plan for $covers "ALL" the home comfort systems, etcin your home plus many other benefits which is "pennies" on the dollars of what our competitors offerOur prices are at time much lower and at time higher than our competitors but our customers believe that the overall value of the products, services, total customer experience, employing background checked and drug tested employees, having licensed , uniformed technicians etcis a great value for mostOur technicians are trained to bring to your attention things that should be or may soon need to be addressedWe always provide pricing prior to and receive acceptance before work beginsIt appears based on your comments this did not take place and for that we are in error and we do apologizeWe do have a customer satisfaction policy and want to do whatever possible to make our customers happyIn your case you did speak with one of our representatives and she did issue you a credit and you were pleased with the outcome per our recorded phone conversation on fileThis being said we failed to issue the credit in our accounting department and have since credited your accountIn closing we hope you are please with the outcome and hope to serve you again in the futureRegards, Management

In as few words as possible: Solvit was there when I needed a (plumbing) problem fixedAnd it's apparent to me that they've got logistics down pat

I had a furnace failure on 2/14/when outside temperature was minus 13F I had to have a contractor out in a hurryI found this company through internet research and decided to give them a try and was not disappointedFrom the first phone encounter and throughout resolution, I experienced great customer service and follow-throughIn this review I want to recognized the following people: Chris HThere was amiss with phone communication, but Chris was kind to adjust his schedule and still make a service call to my house late in the day He took appropriate time to diagnose the issue, explain the details and provide me with optionsExcellent customer service, Chris! Dan M & Leland D were the installers of the furnace They came promptly as scheduled and did the installation without disrupting anything aroundThey worked efficiently and kept me informedDan answered questions I asked, explained the difference in the operation of my new unit vs old and provided instructions on how to get to the filter to change it Good work guys!

Solvit responded quickly to a problem with our hot water heater, scheduled an appointment the same day, and then ~min later called back and said they could have someone there within1/hourThe rep immediately diagnosed the problem, went for a part, and replaced the deteriorated rod, all within an hourWe are very satisfied with this service

I scheduled an appointment for repair of a year old water softenerThe technician spent a short time in the basement and then told me "a little about how Solvit works"He outlined an annual service contract and inspection of my heating, water and electrical systemsI asked for written information about this and was told I would be given a list of covered services if I signed up for it that dayHe mentioned possible replacement of a water holding tank for $2,Back to the softener...He didn't realize that " of water in brine tank was ab! " I am not familiar with this model"I had put it on bypass which he did not recognizeFor $he would do basic maintenance (which I had explained I had already done) If there was a part that needed replacing I would have to order it myselfWhy would I want a service contract with a company that sent a technician who clearly had no clue how to fix what he was sent to fix? I feel THIS A SCAM

Our Plumbing Technician, Lukas, from Solvit arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the problem, reviewed the solution and cost and then proceeded to fix the problemHe was polite and personable and cleaned up after he was finishedThis has been our third experience using SolvIt for plumbing issues and all three times we have had our expectations exceededGreat job Lukas and SolvIt [redacted] **

Helpful, courteous and efficient

I would first like to acknowledge receipt of Mr [redacted] concerns over workmanship and have been in constant communication with him Mr*** had already spoken to myself and then to [redacted] our Service Manager about the price and doing the work prior to performing the workThe work was performed by our plumber and another company who provided the machinery and diggingShortly after performing the work, Mr*** did call in to speak with *** about the work*** agreed to visit the home yesterday with the plumber who performed the work and the landscaper who provided the diggingThis is a course of action as the situation must be assessed in person rather than over the phone Yesterday morning, *** came to me very upset that his father just had a severe stroke on his left side, was paralyzed and he completely lost his speechHis father was rushed to [redacted] where he remains today in ICU Before [redacted] left the building yesterday 10-29-to go to the hospital, he asked [redacted] in our call center to explain the situation to Mr*** and rescheduleMr*** felt she was not telling the truth about the situation, threatened to litigate and began telling the [redacted] , the CSR who he felt was responsible etcWe record inbound calls so the conversation is on file We understand that Mr*** may have concerns but we do need to review the situation “on site”If found that there is an issue and it is found to be from workmanship we provided and or the landscaper or their machinery, we will resolve the concern together as we do as a course of business There is no need for Mr*** to threaten legal means as he repeatedly does stating that he is a lawyerWe are contacting Mr*** today and trust his concerns will be addressed Regards, [redacted] President

Dan was on time, neat & clean Very pleasant and responsibleEverything went fine

We are very sorry about not responding sooner, however we show no record of receiving the initial complaint from the Revdex.com on 4/28/as statedWe pride ourselves on quick responses to all customer concerns as our file should indicate This being said, we have taken care of all plumbing related repairs and damage and have received a sign off from the owner releasing our company of further costs As its stands today, we believe the customer is happy with the outcome Regards, Management

I was Happy with the service provided for an air conditioner repair in July I also opted to sign on for a yearly maintenance contract for future heating and air conditioning services

The technician was well prepared (had all the tools needed to complete the job), knowledgable (experienced working on the equipment and had proper training) and thorough (not hurried and verified equipment was working properly before leaving)Customer service kept us informed by calling to inform us that the technician was on the way
