As per customer complain, we have investigate the case, on 18th July customer made the reservation online for a round trip tickect from JFK to LHR at 11:25AM at 12:PM [redacted] wife call us for the changes our agent advised her the difference in the fare, however she decided to keep the existing reservation as it is later she call back to cancel the ticket at 1:50PM till than the ticket confirmation and invoice was already send to the customer email the $that our agent advise is the processing fee in order to cancel for the full refund and she accepted the same.Later on 19th July [redacted] call us again for the dispuit of the processing fee of $ and on the same day we advised him that we will refund back the amount back to his card and also we have send him the confirmation email as well.Please find the attachment proof email.If [redacted] still have any question he can reach us at [redacted] for the refund department or via email at [redacted] Thank you!Tina A***

This is in response regarding regarding the complaint made by one of our consumer who had made the reservation from our website whose booking was cancelled due to no response for verification.We would like to inform you that after the booking is processed on our website we have our company policy of doing verification as the booking details and payment details are concerned without which we do not release the electronic ticket.In order to complete this verification we had contacted the card holder on the same day of booking to verify certain details as below in order to ascertain that the booking is legitimate and that the payment is being authorized by the card holderHowever, we could not speak to the card holder and had to leave a voice mailAnd at the same time we had sent an email asking the card holder to call us backBut we did not receive any response until 18-May-where we were bound to cancel the ticket and Void the transaction.Therefore we would again like to reiterate that www.justairticket.com will release electronic ticket only if the card holder fulfills all verification requirements that are mandatory for all.NB : Call back email attached

Hi,Greetings from Justairticket!We never cancelled the ticket for signature policy the ticket was cancelled because customer did mention her correct name which is on her passport and as per Airline rules and regulation passenger name should be as per the passport and also it was clearly mention on our website at the payment page where customer details is required as the ticket was confirmed with the wrong name to make sure customer doesn't face any problem while travelling we requested her to speak with the airline for the name change.She called us back advising she has spoken with the airline and requested us to change it however we did not received any email from the airline that the authorization was given to change the name we informed her clearly that we cannot change it as there was no authorization from the Airline we tried several times to contact her on her billing phone number which does not accept any calls so to avoid any inconvenience we cancelled the ticket and left a voicemail on her day time phone number regarding the same.And we have already refunded her back the ticket cost.Thank you

This is in response to the complaint made by one of the consumer regarding the policy of justairticket.com as per the payment verification is concerned.We would like to state that if the booking is made by the card holder for someone else,like any family member, friends or relatives, we undertake few verification measuresto make sure that the purchase is legitimateOne such verification to protect from any fraudulent activity and to identify the card holder is by having the authorization form filled and signed manually and sending to justairticket along with a scan copy of a government issued photo ID and also of the credit/debit card front and back.If an incomplete information is submitted or if our verification team does not find the documents submitted satisfactory, then we have a liability to cancel the reservation and process full refund.Therefore even though tickets were issued we were bound to cancel the tickets and the transaction and had provided a full refund due to documents submitted found not satisfactory

Hi,Greetings from Justairticket!, we extend our apologies for the inconvenience this downside has been caused to the customer after we investigate the case ** [redacted] purchased round trip tickets from our website on 14th Aug and she contact us when the ticket was already issued with their first name and last name so while doing verification customer mention they both have middle name on their passport so we advise her that the name change is not permitted once the ticket is issued so we gave her an option either to cancel the reservation and make a new booking with the correct name or contact the airline and check if airline will permit them to travel with their first name and last name also we inform her that once the ticket is cancel we cannot guarantee the fare as the deal that she purchase is a discounted fares we never tried to extort any money from her we are third party travel agency and all the ticket rules are control by the airline and we have to follow as per their guidelines,she mention that she spoke with United and they inform her that it is ok to make the changes however when we check their was no request place by the airline that we can go ahead and reissue the ticket with the correct name so the only option to solve the issue we inform her to cancel the ticket and rebook it again from the website and we also clearly mention to her that the refund process take 6-working days to credit it back to her account and we have already check the refund has already credited on her account if she has any problem with the refund she can email to our refund team at [email protected] you!Justairticket!

Dear [redacted] ***,This is regarding the complaint made by the client because of the misconstruction of her flights on her tripWe get our fares and tickets issued from our supplierAnd all the refund requests are forwarded to the consolidatorsUntil and unless the consolidator gets the permission from the airline to process the refund they will not process any refund.Like we advised we had sent many follow ups on this to our consolidator and will have to wait until they process the refund which we already told the passengerWe are sorry for the inconvenience caused but since the money is paid to the airlines we need to wait for the airline's positive response.Reminder again sent to our consolidator and will update the client for the same
