I am rejecting this response because:This is not truth and based on many complaints on Revdex.com and also on many travel websites that I was unfortunate to read after I got into this bad experience your company is not providing any kind of disclosures about any additional charges, also for not providing any or none of the customer services to help clients ( paid for your ticket, because you are very carful by having clients call you and verify CC) to have seats assigned per reservation. h have used [redacted] and other companies and never experiences anything like that, it is non-acceptable service for the public anywhere. Some complaints are coming from different countries, see T[redacted]r.com complaints. It is unheard hat after we pay for tickets advertised like very legitimate buy, we have to call all the [redacted]lines and not only arrange the seat assignments, but pay additional fees. If I would of known that, I would never have anything to do with you or with this scam! I called many times your phone numbers you provided and it sounds that customer service is very poor, hard to understand, I heard some noises on the background, hang ups on me 4 times and no help what so ever! I spoke with supposable supervisor [redacted], who "helped" me to have seats assign and assume the fees, but lucky enough  called [redacted] for confirmation yesterday, there are no seats assigned! I had to call today again almost crying and paid extra money just to have seats for me and my sick husband. It ended up cost us over $ 320 to have some security of having seats, which should be your job to do just like any other travel agencies.We are asking to credit y Credit card for that amount and nothing else, which you should pay for an type of damages. I will also file complaint with NJ Corporation of Comission just to make sure that you will not hurt the other people like you made this for us.

issued with their first name and last name so while doing verification customer mention they both have middle name on their passport so we advise her that the name change is not permitted  once the ticket is issued so we gave her an option either to cancel the reservation and make a new booking with the correct name or contact the airline and check if airline will permit them to travel with their first name and last name also we inform her that once the ticket is cancel we cannot guarantee the fare  as the deal that she purchase is a discounted fares we never tried to extort any money from her we are third party travel agency and all the ticket rules are control by the airline and we have to follow as per their guidelines,she mention that she spoke with United and they inform her that it is ok to make the changes however when we check  their was no request place by the airline that we can go ahead and reissue the ticket with the correct name so the only option to solve the issue we inform her to cancel the ticket and rebook it again from the website and we also clearly mention to her that the refund process take 6-7 working days to credit it back to her account and we have already check the refund has already credited on her account if she has any problem with the refund she can email to our refund team at [email protected]. Thank you!Justairticket!

becomes no-show the ticket is Non-refundable, still we went ahead and did our best to get the refund from both the passenger with the airline cancellation penalty of $300 per passenger and $456.24 was refunded per passenger on the credit card ending [redacted]We did not charge any extra amount on the customer card. Customer herself called us and she informed us that she had made the booking herself on our websites as the fare difference was coming too high to make the changes on the existing booking.
