I am rejecting this response because: This company, me and the airline company " [redacted] " had a conference call together after long tries that I wanted to talk to a supervisorIt is true that airline company has the rule to use it in a year but in this conference call they repeatedly told me and the supervisor of Justairticket.com that they have nothing to do with this ticket because the time I have extended the ticket with justticketair they cancelled with the airline company, therefore [redacted] also repeatedly mentioned that they do not have the money or the power to do anything for me in this matter and only party who can decide and do anything if possible is "JustairTicket" also [redacted] mentioned that even Justairticket choose not to help and do not refund they still have to pay back the taxes I have made on this ticket which is $They deliberately did not want to helpI have sent many emails and did not get any responseMy each calls extended to couple of hours wait on the phone transferring me to one person to other, then loosing me fro the lineIt is such an incredible to blame me not wanting to use the ticket I did but also I told them I won`t travel to Turkey while it is in the list of "Dangerous to Travel" in The United States and am Happy to use it somewhere else since they already cancelled the ticket with the airline company year agoThey choose not helping and pocketing the money I have paid them and now they are resisting to pay back my taxes which is so ugly This is an extra ordinary situation and they should honor the extreme situations that is happening right nowThere are lots of explosions and on top of it there is a State of Emergency in Turkey which is such a mess All the artists, journalists and many teachers are being arrested for political reasons therefore it was impossible for me as an artist to put my self in the fire line just because Justairticket was telling me that they will not help These are not regular situations and I believe they had to make exception just like the health reasons Lets say that they really could not help , it was not in their power -which I do not believe it is always possible to do - and they can not refund , still they have to pay back my taxes I have paid on this ticket which is $worth moneyAs I mentioned before this purchase is not an apple / orange purchase so I can say goodbye to easily It is a plane ticket costs hundreds of dollars I am an artist and I can not afford to just give it to these heartless people who wanted me to just travel to Turkey where explosions are on high level everyday I want my money back for the very legitimate reasonsI also told them that they can give me a open ticket to somewhere else which I still am ok with it but not just Turkey unfortunately I want them to take care of this and find a solution for thisIt is really obnoxious that they just want to use the regulations towards people who are feeding them everyday!!! These companies making millions of dollars on our shoulders They need to give back to the people sometimes when the very extreme situations occurs I can send you the emails with no response with this company when I tried to reach them in writing Now I see they can actually respond when they want to This is a robbery on this company`s part Hiding behind the policies and not helping people in anyway they can a avoid to [redacted] representative told me that they would help if my money was in their company`s hands but Justariticket has cancelled the ticket on their part and had the money in their pocket I want them to be human once in a life time! It is not I did not want to travel who does not want to have a vacation to Turkey and visit their family but I was not able to for the very dangerous reasons Aycil Yeltan

I am rejecting this response because:It's seems they skipped out all the parts of them trying to acquire my info! they are stating they gave me tickets but they didn't they would release tickets until I went through their dishonest authorization process! and no where on their website does it state you get charged $dollars if you cancel within hoursi booked the ticket around pm at night apriland by five pm the next day I was canceling hours later on April 24th for a flight book on May As I stated before I did agree to the rate increase but it was the authorization process they claim was standard that is corrupt and shady!Here is part of it! as you can see before you even pay there saying that you will not make any disputes with your Financial Institution etc etc!CHARGE AUTHORIZATION FORM FOR REFERENCE NUMBER ***Kindly review all the information that includes (name, date, complete flight details and the total charge amount) and abiding with all the legal terms and conditions, and that you will not make any disputes with your Financial Institution, Airlines or the Merchant thereafter for the charges, please reply to this email with your authorization stating that you authorize www.justairticket.com to charge the total amount of USD1,360.83 for non-refundable and non-transferable ticket(s) on your credit/debit card. Additionally, as Card Holder is making payment for Traveler other than himself/herself, we request the credit/debit card holder to :- Kindly sign the attached authorization form and send us back at [email protected] AND Send scan copy of:- aCredit/Debit card used for reservation. bFront page of the card holder's passport. I also read many reviews where they ask for people password for their account on three-way with the banki am not the only one you can read the reviews on yelpi have no doubt that this company is dishonest and have been scamming good people out of their hard earned moneyI'm glad I could get my money back but this company should not be allowed to practice these deceptive tactics

I didn't receive anything from the traveler agent, the only email I received was from *** ***Therefore, I didn't know any restriction "from" the traveler agentThe airline just notified me that the ticket has a restriction for months maximum stay, so when I first booked the flight from August to Decthe traveler agent didn't tell me that they just booked it and charge itThen I received e-ticket from United, without knowing that my return date is not allowed.I am pretty much messed up, first if I am going to use my return flight, I have to change it before Nov8th which I have to pay US$350, and if I stayed over Nov8th

I am rejecting this response because: They are not answering why the cheaper erroneous fare remained published on their website for over hours after they knew that they could not honor it I have purchased airline tickets on other websites and their systems have told me prior to closing the transaction that the price has changed and that this is the new price prior to me completing the sale online The way that the justairticket.com representative told me about the fare change after I completed the website transaction was really sleazy He told me that my fares went up by $per ticket but after I complained he lowered it by $per ticket That did not sound like a fare increase done by the airlines It just sounded like they were trying to get more money out of me This is two out of two times that I purchased airline tickets from this company and it left me feeling uneasy I will no longer use them for travel services

no longer available as the fare was revised by the airline and the next fare available was for $Please keep in mind that we are a third party travel agency who sales cheap air ticket all the fare rules are under the control of airline and we have to follow as per the airline guidelinesAccordingly we offer the next available discounted fare which higher and customer was not ok with the new fare.So accordingly we did not process the booking and the amount is already reverse back to card holder card and the case has been closed from our sideThank you !!!
