I've had the most awful experience ever with this moving companyThey are unprofessional, unreliable and most of the people that I spoke with had nasty attitudes and a few simply hung the phone up in my faceSTAY CLEAR FROM THE COMPANY, NOT WORTH THE HASSLEIf they had a 0- as a review I wouldn't even give them that Had a apptfor Sat to pick up didn't come, received a call on Sunday that they were mins, did not take 15% of my things, and then was told that they may not deliver until Monday after waiting since Sat morningTotally stressed and upset then to find out that the driver stated that he doesn't know now when I will get my items and that I had to call the office on Monday morning to find out, this is even after that took my items away and took my money

*** *** *** uses marketing by giving underestimates and then using bait & switch" practices to overcharge for poor moving servicesGood morningI scheduled an interstate move from ** to ** on May 5, After calling around for estimates, I selected *** *** *** after what I believed was due diligence on the company's part to provide a clear accurate estimate of costsAfter scheduling, *** reps called twice prior to pito ensure my inventory was accurate and "to avoid unexpected costs"I clearly stated that I was moving a cf storage unitHowever, the estimate was given for fewer cf under the guise that *** "packed efficiently" and would take less cfUpon pick-up, *** reps stated that my items would definitely exceed the contracted 760cfThus, I informed the crew that I would not ship any items above the cf to maintain budgeted costsThis agreed, we moved to the moving process: Filling out piand delivery info on multipl

Spartan Van Line Driver Named Cory showed up at my house to load our stuff (we packed everything ourselves).I had talked to Cory before he came & told him I needed a weight ticket when he got there and then after he loaded he said he's ex military and understands, no problem. He shows up with no weight ticket (I was working until 8pm so husband was at home)I get home and 1/the stuff on our inventory list STILL ISN'T on the truck and the driver wants an extra $cash right then to load the rest of my stuff because I was apparently "over my limit"Daniel C, sales rep told me I would be needing 3/of an wheeler truck for the amount of stuff we have. The driver only had 1/of the back end of the truck left for our stuff when he showed up.I was quoted pieces that needed to be picked up and per inventory list only were loaded. The china cabinet, gun safe, trampoline,Large tool chest, kayak,TV's,floor fan, ironing board, computer desk, bar stools, vaccum cleaner, garden tools

Moving company picked up my stuff for a cross country move nearly months ago 6/As of 7/my stuff is missing, unable to be found, and no one will return my callsNo Sales associate went over insurance options or followed company policy to list the items in storage and instead charged me a lump sum that doubled in price the day of pick up without explanationPrices and contract were filled out after I was forced to sign an empty document before movers were allowed to touch my stuff
Customer service agents at the moving company tell me that it is not their responsibility to know where my stuff is or finish the move because they used a 3rd party to pick up the shipmentThe 3rd party doesn't have any information or record of my move despite the fact I have a Bill of Lading from the 3rd party, *** *** ***
My sales rep hasn't returned my call for months, even though I send him regular emails and leave voicemailsCustomer service agents have yelled at me and

I hired *** *** *** to move my mother-in-law's house from *** ** up to **I live in ** and spoke with Christian M*** to reserve the move and at the time I had no idea how much stuff we would be moving verses discarding so I accepted that the quote would increase once we had the opportunity to inventory the items from *** A Quality Assurance representative (Todd J***)called me once I was in *** the day before the movers were to arrive and I meticulously went through every room of the house telling him sizes of items that were to be includedHe gave me a cubic foot range of 1,- 1,which I acceptedHe also said that it was a much bigger move than originally thought so he would send 3-guys between 10-on FridayTwo men arrived at 6PM on Friday and the quote he gave onsite was for cubic feetI accepted because at the time I had no other optionSince arriving home, I have looked up the van size of the truck that was used based on the license plate and the m

Christian M*** is the biggest liar/salesman His estimate for my move was $and it ended up costing me $ I didn't have a chance to deny the extra expenses because the movers already packed my belongings and held them hostage so I had to sign a contract
On delivery day, the movers made us pay them an additional $or they wouldn't unload my stuff They claimed the 3rd floor and "long carry" totaled $ However, $for the 3rd floor and $for the "long carry" equals $not $ But once again, my belongings were held hostage so I had to go to the bank and get cash
Speaking of belongings, stuff was missing and broken Nothing was unpacked or put together by the movers They wouldn't even take their trash or boxes (that we unpacked)
On a side note: days prior to my pickup, I was told (for the first time)cash only, no credit cards Even though I put a deposit down on my credit card, cash was only expected here on out
Another side note: Customer

My goods were picked up on 6/by movers from Miramar FL going to NJWhat they don't tell you is that the delivery date you select is really a 'WISH date'; I was told it can take up to daysIt's August 1st, I don't have my goods I receive email updates from a customer svc rep every couple of days that basically states they have no estimate for the delivery of my goodsAdditionally, Ana, the sales rep, did not inform me that there would be a bulk charge for the piano ***even after we told her we had a piano***, nor did the dispatcher who called to arrange the pitime; he only told us if we use more than our allotted space on the truck, that there would be an extra chargeWhen the movers arrived they told us there was a $uncharge for the pianoFurther I specifically asked Ana if the movers would have forklifts and other equipment to move our stuff given that we had a piano, and Ana stated yesOn moving day, only two movers, and a hand truck arrived resulting in my pa

my Items were picked up in *** *** *** On 3/14/and did not arrive until 5/4/Despite multiple attempts to contact them for an update, we were unable to secure a delivery date until 5/1/When they finally came to deliver our items we noticed immediately that they were missing our flat screen television and refused to look in the truck for itThey did however have the TV stand, but no TVI do not yet know what else we are missingWhen we went to compare our checklist of the items, conveniently the page that had the Tv listed was missing and the guy claimed it “blew away in the wind” and suggested that I was blaming him because he is blackFurthermore, they put a large hole in my wall moving things into our homeThey were rude, unprofessional, and unapologetic

This company has been extremely unprofessional and rude since we signed up for their servicesWe found this company somewhat of last minute which is my fault due to not realizing another company trailer would not fit in our drivewayWe had no issues with the initial sales person and were told we would get contacted by someone to confirm our inventory for the move 24-hrs prior to our scheduled moveThey called us the night before our move which was scheduled between 9am-12pm the next dayWe went over the inventory since there were some items I wanted to add that I forgotten aboutThe cost increased by over $so I told the person I was speaking to that I didn’t want to pay that and was going to check into getting a *** to take the extra items insteadHe told me to call him later that night once I figured out what I wanted to do but he never answered that nightThe next morning I was trying to get in touch with the company to let them know I had found a *** and wanted

Contracted *** Van Lines -- representative *** *** on 6/13/to move daughter's college apartment at end of July from Pittsburgh, PA to Orlando, FL Itemized all belongings Updated Juan on 7/with pictures of all finalized and packed belongings Agreed to $total, free steps (except outside), free long haul to FLA, up to days free storage, delivery date 8/10/ Pick up date 7/28(primary) 7/29(backup) call between 4-6pm EST day before with pickup window
No call 7/ Call 7/- be there at 11: Ok with us Call at 1:be there shortly Call at 3:be there shortly We call at 5:30, be there shortly They arrive at 7:30pm and rudely joke that they were on time Tell my college aged daughter that she has sq foot more and she has to sign a document She brings document home and it is a carbon copy where nothing is legible
A company called Moving Express calls on 8/and says we are delivering today I say no my contract is for 8/

I was quoted $on 5/for a move scheduled on 6/19/ They movers were scheduled to arrive at pm on the 19th, but showed up after 8pm They began loading my belongings and the mover then informed me that my move was now going to cost me over $
Since I had no choice to make any other moving arrangements, I was held captive to the move
After waiting almost days, I finally received my furnishings on July
According to my initial contract it was a full service move however the movers refused to put my furnishings in any room other than the front room of my home The movers were unprofessional and refused to put the furniture THEY disassembled back together
Of course my furniture arrived damaged/ missing hardware and pieces
On July I filed a claim with Spartan On 9/Spartan attempted to resolve my $claim by offering me $ In addition they required a “notarized letter” that stated I would not persue filing a complaint against their business

I hired *** *** *** to bring my furniture from *** *** to my home in *** *** They picked up my things on the 29th of May and I still have not received delivery I have called them many times and have not been given any reason for the delay In fact, they do not know exactly where my furniture is Voicemails are full, if I do talk to someone they just tell me to call another number or a certain person will call me back, which never happensLast I heard my furniture is in *** That was weeks ago

Hello everyone, I used Spartan Van lines for my move from West Palm Beach FL to Lawrenceville GA and they were beyond horrible! They lied about there prices, they had unprofessional people as movers, they took forever to deliver my items and once they got to G.Athe second set of movers were lazy, rude and didn't put none of my items together and left all of my boxes in my garage and told me that the company don't place boxes in the roomsNot to mention they left some my items God knows where and 75% of my stuff looked like someone purposely broke itI'm not going to let them get a way with thisThey totally breached their contact!!!!!!

My complaint is with Spartan Van Line (###-###-####) out of NJ, Florida and Doylestown, PAI currently have a small move of heirloom furniture from New England and have a contract for those items to be moved to another state, farther southThe sales team did a good job of assuring me they could handle the partial moveThe pick up team was polite and responsiveThat was August 27thToday, November 7, I still do not have my furniture despite two attempts at telling me the goods were coming, only they were actually notI have lost all faith in this company that they will actually deliver my furniture to me which is a shame as these are pieces of furniture that have been the family for over years
The company is very good at emailing me and telling me they are working on it, but in reality, I don't think I will get my furnitureI have called multiple times, emailed near daily and attempted to contact a manager of typesCustomer service does not transfer you to a manage

This company has been verbally lying to me since I first booked this job
They have provided me with inaccurate information and are not able to provide with updates on when I will receive my delivery or where my items areThey are holding my belongings ransom and I am extremely concerned
Since I filed a Revdex.com complaint, Susan in customer service refuses to speak to me and was completely rude to me when I tried, once again to find out information about my delivery
It's hard to tell a consumer you are doing everything you can when you are unable to provide answers on the customer's belongings after having them for over two weeksIt is inexcusable for a moving company to not know where a customer's belongings are at all times
The owner, Yehoshua Vaknin, either does not care about the lack in quality and customer service or does not exist because he would not respond to the emails I sentHe also does not have a personal email, which is just another shady component to this co

Spartan Van Lines falsely advertised and sold their ability to deliver my household goods from NC to CT in a timeley manner Their contract stated a move from 500-miles on average takes 5-days to complete Juan F* the sales rep verbalized their ability to meet my timeframe Pick up was performed on Sept as contracted, following a phone call from Todd the company QA agent up selling is more space for our load which was housed in a 15xand 1/of a 5xstorage unit The deposit was paid as directed by the contracting sales rep There was an attempt to upsell is mattress covers on site of pick up though this was part of the agreed original quote The specified balance was paid at pickup via certified check as required by Spartan
The day after pickup correspondence was received requesting add moneys to “facilitate the delivery process” which I sent via wire transfer I also received communication from a Miss DR***’s from Spartan’s accounting departme
