I scheduled a move, a small job, and it was arranged that I would not be present for pick up which I was told was fineThere was a lockbox which is easy to openBecause I could not be present I was asked to pay 2/3, $which is didThe day the movers came they said they could not open the lockbox and seemed frazzled, unable to listen to my instructionsI should mention that numerous people had used the code, the realtor had earlier in the day as had a neighborIn any event the movers left and would not return callsAttempts to speak with someone in the office lead me to voicemail or promises to have a supervisor call me backAt this stage I was only trying to establish when the movers would returnNow I have lost all faith
As an aside there was also a call the day before the scheduled pick up in which a quality assurance man called somewhat randomly to tell me that he would change the contract to reflect a discounted tariff if there were a few additional items to avoid e

My complaint is with Spartan Van Line (###-###-####) out of NJ, Florida and Doylestown, PAI currently have a small move of heirloom furniture from New England and have a contract for those items to be moved to another state, farther southThe sales team did a good job of assuring me they could handle the partial moveThe pick up team was polite and responsiveThat was August 27thToday, November 7, I still do not have my furniture despite two attempts at telling me the goods were coming, only they were actually notI have lost all faith in this company that they will actually deliver my furniture to me which is a shame as these are pieces of furniture that have been the family for over years
The company is very good at emailing me and telling me they are working on it, but in reality, I don't think I will get my furnitureI have called multiple times, emailed near daily and attempted to contact a manager of typesCustomer service does not transfer you to a manage

*** Van Lines Moving Company, has sold me their services under pretensesI planned for a cross country move from Orlando, FL to Las Vegas, NevadaWhen booking *** I was told multiple times by the sales representative that I would be able to choose my delivery date depending on when my belongings were picked upThe sales rep said that the company needed 2-weeks to get my things from Orlando to Vegas, so my belongings were picked up July 14th and agreed to be delivered August 3rd When I called July 31st to confirm this delivery I was told something differently, that my things would not be delivered on August 3rd and that my belongings hadn’t even been loaded onto a truck to begin delivery, as of July 31stI was told I would be getting an email with confirmation of the loading next day August 1, as well as a phone call, I received neither of thoseI called in August to *** no one answeredOn August the day before my original expected arrival d

Contracted with Spartan Van Lines to move seven items from Champaign, Illinois to Dallas, TexasMerchandise picked up 7/26/18, six items delivered 8/and the seventh item, a sofa table that I inherited from my mother and was giving to my daughter in Dallas, was not delivered at that time and to date (9/19) the company does not even know where the table isI have talked to the sales rep, dispatcher, warehouse manager, and customer service at various times since 8/and no one has been helpfulI have on multiple occasions been told they would contact me with an update and no one has ever calledNow when I call some of them seeing my number won't even answer the phoneVery frustrating

I was told it would be around thousand to pick up my furniture then I get a call from someone else in paWho hasn't even seen my furniture and he quotes me thousandThen I get an email from Ann asking for my bank info because I ave to pay thousand a 70% down payment!

I hired this company over a month ago to move my things from Indiana to FL I still don't have my things and it is the middle of April When you call the office, they answer the phone 40% of the time and that after trying to reach every department (just to get someone on the phone) The manager was snappy and rude with me on different occasions I had several revised contracts, but their system doesn't let you access them after you've signed one, so I have no proof of any changes that were madeThe price went up by $ I waited a couple of weeks for them to "figure out what's going on with" my stuff I've had to pay hundreds of dollars to get things for my new home that I already have sitting in a warehouse or truck somewhere in America The last I heard, someone was supposed to call me in 24-hours to schedule my delivery Well, that time frame has passed I need and want my things!

This moving company picked up our belongings at *** *** st., South Amboy, NJ on July 27th and is suppose to call or email me with a delivery date to ship to our florida address, to date 8/11/we have not received a phone call or email, we are sleeping on the floor We already paid them $6, We have called them numerous times , once we got hold of someone and was told they don't know when we will receive our belongings, then called again many times only to receive their voice mail box, with no returned calls when they picked up our belongs, they did not bring a truck big enough and we had to leave our washing machine, freezer, bakers rack, tools, and many other items we had listed to be moved

On May 15th * * *** hired a moving company by the name of *** *** ***They came and pick up my things at *** *** *** *** **to be delivered in **It was supposed to be a month free storage so I took that on my move back to *** On the 5th of June 2018I received a call from a gentleman telling me they will be coming to my place next day to bring my thingsI said I had no knowledge of this then he ask if I had the forms to receive my goods from the companyI said no did not get those formsThen he said ok someone will call me backA lady call by the name Susan Kshe was the manager and said she apologized she will send the form to me to received my goods just sign it with date to received, also the ok from the building that they can park on my streetI give the date 9th July for delivery, and I got the ok where to offload from the buildingThen I fax back the forms to herMy original balance was $I already paid $ As a down payment

I hired this company to move me from New York to North Carolina on May as of yet I have not received my property they are very rude and unprofessional hanging up on a customer and not being truthful with their business practices very deceptive

No ETA for delivery.Told to daysIt has been still no ETAUnable to speak to a representative for more detailsLeft voice mails no return callsAlready paid they are wanting an additional at delivery
