I keep getting charged for subscription boxes that I haven't ordered. I've only used this company once but they keep billing me.
Background:

I ordered my dad a Wod Box subscription last year for Father's Day. It was a one time purchase which sent my dad 3 boxes containing workout gear. That was great.

Last month I noticed a charge from this company (The Wod Box) and thought it was odd since I haven't interacted with them since my first purchase a year ago.

I called my credit card company, and looking through my statements, my cc company told me I had been getting billed quarterly since last June. I never received any receipts/emails about being charged, and I've reached out to the company 3 times asking to be contacted to sort out this issue. No reply. I'd like to resolve this through Revdex.com.

I'd like a refund to my credit card for the charges made over the last three quarters (no boxes were received) and I want my payment info removed from their system.

I have been charged for the last 5 mths and have yet to receive the product. I have tried to email repeatedly with no response. Extremely upset
March of 2019 I was billed for the wod box and did not receive it. The same followed suit for the next four months bringing us to this month of July 2019. They just keep taking money out without sending me anything. I have sent numerous emails and have gotten no responses. I want to pursue this in small claims court.

I demand my $100 refunded and to cancel my account since there is absolutely no way for me to do it on my end.

I have tried contacting multiple times and cannot to cancel my subscription. I cannot login to manage account.
Every 3 months my account is charged for this subscription. I have attempted on many occasions through phone, email, and Facebook to get in contact with them as well as sending a message from their direct website. I need to login in to cancel my subscription and it always tells me my credentials are invalid even though I still receive their emails to the same account.

COmpany does not respond to any sort of communication regarding my desire to cancel a subscription. They continue to charge without sending a box.
I have sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls to The Wod Box. For months, I have been reaching out to them to cancel my subscription. I have not received a box since April and have been attempting to cancel it with emails and phone calls. Every single call and email has been ignored. This company has been stealing money from me and owes me over $200 for the boxes they charged me for and never sent. Other customers have also filed similar complaints and I sincerely hope that someone could stop The Wod Box from taking advantage of its customers and stealing their money.

All I want is for my subscription to be canceled. I am short on cash and don't have money to just throw away. Yet this happens every month when my card is charged. This is a serious matter and I hope that this could be resolved in the very near future.

I fully expect the Wod Box to refund me for every box that I've been charged for in the last 10 months. I have not received any box. They have ignored all emails to cancel the subscription, and yet they continue to steal my money. I expect them to cooperate and finally answer my emails/calls and refund me for all that they have irresponsibly taken from my credit card.

Charged 3 times only received one box and no one has got back with me.
Charged 21.95 a month for 3 months now and only received the first box. Emailed called no one has gotten back with me yet.

They keep renewing my subscription every six month even though I keep asking the to cacel it.
I have asked the.mm to cancel my subscription. When I go to log into their website it states or does not recognize my email. This is impossible considering they send me an email every month to tell me the box shipped. I respond to that email to cancel and no one gets back to me.

Purchased a six month subscription in July to receiver one box per month. To date have only received one box. Have attempted to cancel subscription but system doesn't recognize my email, yet I get emails from them stating my credit card is about to expire. Have attempted to call and never get an answer. Requesting $94.95. Paid $113.94 for 6 boxes. $18.99 per box. Received one box, requesting to be refunded the price of 5 boxes for those I never received.

Paid for goods. Nothing has shown up. No one from company responds to emails.
Signed up for an account on Nov 3. Was immediately charged for the first month. Received sign-up confirmation. On Nov 6 I inquired as to whether or not my box had shipped. No response: Followed up with the same question again on Nov 6, Nov 9, Nov 12. Finally got a response from "Bryan C" saying box would ship early the following week. Following week came and went. Emailed to let company know I had not received shipping information. No response: Followed up with same inquiry again on Nov 23, Nov 25, Nov 26, Nov 28, Dec 3. I also reached out through their social media page on Nov 27. I also called the number on the page twice leaving a message each time. I have still not heard from company nor received box, but I am out the money I paid for this service.

Company improperly charges for product, cant contact customer service, cancelling issues
I purchased a 3 month subscription for $55.47 from this company in June 12 2018. I received a confirmation email with no order number. I received one box at the end of July and then never received my other two boxes. I tried to contact costumer service. They only give an email address for costumer service. I emailed the company several times to ask where my two missing boxes were and to cancel my subscription and never received a reply. I also messaged them via *** and never heard a response. Then in September 4 2018 I was charged for another 3 month subscription but had still never received the two missing boxes from my first subscription and still had yet to hear any answers from the company. On September 18 2018 I finally received an email stating my subscription had been cancelled but never received a refund or any boxes. This company has done this to so many people and continues to get away with it. I have posted complaints on their *** page (along with many others) and they always get deleted by the company.

I signed up for a 3 month-plan service in July. I did not receive anything for an entire month, tried (4 times) to contact the company, no response. My subscription couldn't be found on their website. Received merchandise nearly two months after signing up and then nothing else and now I've been charged for another 3 months. The company has no phone number and no one will return my requests through either the site or via email.

a three month plan is $61.47/ I've been charged that amount TWICE now for a total of $122.94. I was able to dispute (through my bank) the first charge of $61.47. Therefore, I would like to be refunded this new charge of $61.47 and would like someone at that company to CANCEL my account and destroy record of my on-file credit card ASAP.

They won't cancel my subscription
I have tried logging into website and it says I don't have a valid account. I started sending emails on 4-17-18 to cancel my account and can't get a response. They do not have a customer service number that I can call. I have not received one of my boxes and the latest one came with a notice that I owe $7.25 postage. I have called my bank to cancel my card and dispute these charges.

For the last two months I have been charged a monthly subscription fee for a fitness box and have not received my product.
I signed up for this monthly fitness box subscription through this company and had never had any problems except for the last 6 months or so. First problem I encountered was trying to cancel my subscription online only to find out that there is no record of me in the computer, yet my card gets charged every month. Second issue happened last month, 8/9, when my card was charged and I never received any shipping notification or product. Third problem has happened last month when my card was charged on 9/9 and I received an shipping notification on 9/19 that my packaged was shipped but still have not received anything. When I try to track my package it says that there is no record of this package. I have emailed and sent *** messages to this company trying to resolve the issue with no response. The tracking number for the package is *** and the email came from Bryan C that is with the company. I would like a refund for the past two months and my card to not be charged anymore. The monthly fee is $21.49.

In July or August 2017 I logged into my account online and canceled my subscription. I got a confirmation that the subscription was canceled. I continued to get charged on my checking account and they continue to send the product. I tried to login again to attempt to cancel my account and it says I no longer have an account associated with that email. Even though they continue to send me emails to that account confirming when the box is shipped. I have emailed the company many many times to request the subscription be canceled. I've only received one reply that I needed to confirm through the email that I did want to cancel my subscription. I replied and confirmed I want to cancel my subscription and heard nothing else from them. They continue to charge my account and send me the product. I have even gone to my bank to see what I could do to keep them from charging me. The bank says they are not able to stop a debit card charge . I have searched for phone numbers for this company and have been unable to find any. I continue to email them with no response. This has gone on almost a year and I have been charged the entire time . I don't know what else I can do besides hire a lawyer.

Charged twice for monthly subscription & never received any product.
I signed up and was charged on 8/4/2018 and never received my monthly subscription box. I was charged again on 9/4/18 and reached out to the email address provided for customer service. I heard no response, so I attempted to log in amd cancel my subscription but was unable to log in. I, again, emailed the company about the problem and was provided no explanation or personal response--just an auto generated email to reset my account. Prior to that, their website said I didn't have an account (even though they had no apparent problem charging my card twice). Once I was able to log-in, I cancelled my subscription and it told me it cannot cancel until after the next billing cycle. And yet I have still received no product.

This company is a scam.

I signed up through the website for a subscription box service. The business charged my account but never delivered the products.
I signed up for this service on 9/5/18 and have been charged the amount of $15.49, but have never received anything in the mail, when I have contacted the company 3 times, I have not heard back. I have emailed and called. I go to cancel the subscription, and it says that it cannot be cancelled UNTIL after the next autodraft date occurs, which is 10/5/2018. The website will not allow for me to delete my payment information. They've provided no name or number for me to call to dispute these things, the number online goes straight to an answering service and you cannot reach out on social media. The payment method was ***, they do not provide you with an order number or account number. The purchase date was 9/5/18 with a reoccurring transaction set for 10/5, 11/5 etc, they claim to have "easy cancellation" but when you cancel it, it will not go through until AFTER they charge you the next month.
The below link is what was sent to me AFTER signing up for the subscription. Once you go to this you are agreeing to the payment, but this happens long before you know that it is a scam.

Total refund of the amount already charged and any future drafts from my account due to non-closure of the account that I have tried to cancel. $15.49 so far, but it could be that the next months amount, $21-$22 could be charged prior to the resolution of this dispute.
