I was charged at the beginning of February 2018 for my February WOD Box, but have not received it. Ive emailed the company multiple times, called, and reached out to them on face book, but have not yet received any response. I still have not received my February box, and just yesterday was charged for my March box. Ive tried to login to my account online, but it says I do not have an account.

I subscribed to monthly wod box. Received the first box. I was charged on January 26th for a second box that I still have not received. I tried to login to cancel my subscription but it states that my information is incorrect. I followed the instructions to email them and request cancellation. I received a return email stating my account was cancelled. They tried to charge me again in February and I emailed them again. No return email this time. Now I have received another charge today 3/6/18 but I have yet to receive my January box. I just want them to stop charging me ANF I want a refund for January and march

When I use the provided information to log on to my account I receive an account not found message. So I used the link for information on how to cancel and I followed the steps. I am still being billed! I also have been charged and not received all of the boxes. I have sent multiple emails because that is how you cancel if u cannot access your account. I have even used Facebook. All I want is for my card to stop being charged.why do they not provide a customer service number? To me that's definitely piper customer service

I have been trying to cancel this subscription for months via email, website, ***, switching credit card numbers, and calling the company. They have not emailed back or contacted me back at all. I even called the credit card company to have the vendor blocked and they still charged me. This is extremely frustrating as I haven't wanted these boxes for months and am wasting my hard earned money on this. I tried loggingin and following their cancel instruction but it is not recognizing my email.

I do not accept this response. I am well aware that you have instructions to cancel on your website. However how am I supposed to follow these instructions if the website is stating does not recognize email address? I see from the Revdex.com that I am not the only person who has this issue. Your website is messed up. You are forcing people to buy your product in which they don't want. This goes against the values of the CF community and you should be ashamed. At least reply to the emails, the DM, the phone call and help people cancel your service. I am disputing your charges with my credit card company as well. You should be ashamed of your business ethics.

Have tried for 3 months to contact company to cancel 2 different phone numbers email *** message no response.

This is their standard response. There is no way to log into the account, which they have been advised numerous times. They never respond to emails or phone calls or *** or *** messages or posts. Just a scam business.

I originally signed up for this in 2016 and received the product for about a year, then moved and notified them of my new address, I received 2 pkgs at my new address which I had to pay postage due on because they were forwarded and then never received anymore. I then decided to cancel my account since I wasn't receiving the product anyway and have been trying to cancel for months and Wodbox keeps charging my credit card for $110.94. I have called, emailed and still they have charged me. I haven't received the product and want this service/product cancelled ASAP. I have contacted them many times by phone (Always get a recording & never hear back) plus by email. The one time they did email me back they said they had updated my mailing address, but still I never received anything. I contacted my credit card and filed a dispute, it was settled in my favor and I received a credit back, only to get charged AGAIN on December 29, 2017 for $110.94 for another 6 months of something I haven't gotten nor do I want. Please cancel this charge ASAP and issue a credit to my credit card account and delete my credit card and account from all of your billings and anything else you have on file.

They have not sent my package for this month and refuse to return my emails and will not give me a refund. I ordered a 6 month subscription.
I ordered a 6 month subscription of $108 on 10/26/17. I received my package on time for November. My package was suppose to ship by 1/22/18 for this month and it has not. I have contacted the company multiple times. Wednesday, 1/24/18 I emailed asking if my package was going to be sent this month and if not asking for a refund, and *** replied saying it should be shipped within the week and he could not give me a refund because I already started recieveing my boxes (I only recieved one). On 1/28/18 I still did not get an email saying my box shipped so I emailed *** again asking why my box has not shipped and what he would do to make this right since I would not get a box this month and he will not reply. I have paid $108 for a 6 month subscription for a Christmas present for my boyfriend and I have only recieved one month and no one is helping me or trying to fix this.

I would like my full refund on $108. I am EXTREMELY unhappy with this business.

My card was charged a month ago and I have yet to get the box in the mail. No tracking has been provided. I have called and email many many times and no one calls or emails me back. I have left comments on their *** page and they delete the comments. Very Shady. They have time to delete comments but not call back a customer. Seems like they charge your card and then never send or reply. I have went on and cancelled my membership since they don't reply and it says pending. From reading other complaints seems like that's what they do and continue to charge you. Horrible business.

Yes I know and I saved that email. That is where I went to cancel from, as I stated it did not cancel. it just said pending cancellation for a month. I have since cancelled my card. My emails about where my box was and why it was not sent remain underanswered. Numerous emails and calls and not one reply.

My husband ordered the Wod Box for me in October 2017 for my birthday. We paid, and it arrived a month later. They then charged me in November, and the box shipped out a month and two weeks later. Every time we tried to call, they ignored us. No one ever answered the phone, nor called us back even though we left voicemails. Only after multiple attempts did someone cryptically respond via email. Upon them taking money out again in December, and we still hadn't received the prior month order, we asked them to cancel our order. We didn't even get it until two months later. It is now January 25, 2018. We still haven't received the third Wod Box that was paid for, and now they have taken money out as of today for the fourth time. We have emails where we have asked them to cancel and refund the money. Neither of those things have happened. We haven't received what we even paid for and now they're taking more money. When I went in just now to look at the account, it told me the password/username wasn't right. I tried every email that would have been associated with this account and it tells me there is no account associated with the Wod Box. They have removed our account, yet they're fraudulently taking our money without consent. This is a scam. We want our money refunded- NOW FOR TWO MONTHS: DECEMBER AND JANUARY. We just found an old email that has a link on it. It takes you to the account - totally separate from their normal page. On that page, it allows you to cancel your membership, which we already did via email with *** on 12/28/2017. On this page you can see our account still active. I clicked CANCEL- again, and it states pending. It states it MAY take place around 2/23/2018. THIS MUST NOT HAPPEN.

When I wanted to cancel my subscription they made it very difficult. Even now it says "pending cancellation," which makes me fear I will be charged.
When I wanted to cancel my account with WOD Box, at first I couldn't find my account at all. I had to email them multiple times to get my login information. I finally thought I had cancelled this subscription when I got an email today saying they had sent me something else. I emailed them to say once again that I did not want the boxes, and they told me to log into my account again to cancel. Frustrated, I looked and saw that it says "pending cancellation" on my account, filled by the date 12/23/17. I am worried that somehow they'll decide to charge me again and keep sending these boxes that I don't want. Their customer service is very unsympathetic. They don't seem to care at all.

None. I assume my 6-month subscription has lapses and they will not renew it. If they do renew for some reason I will submit another complaint.

Sending expired products. Sending products late after collecting money.
I have had two separate times that I have been charged money for the WOD box monthly subscription and the box did not ship within 2 weeks of shipping. I have only subscribed to this box for 6 months and 1/3 of the shipments have been delayed. The other issue is, this last month, I had to contact the company 2 times in order to get a response, they shipped out the box, with a product that was already expired.

I am cancelling my subscription as soon as possible. It has been an awful experience.

I would like this company to stop taking money and giving bad products out. I've learned my lesson, hope others don't have to.

This business did not address the fact that they were charging people but not sending products on time, they also did not respond to the fact that they were sending expired products to customers.

Took money from bank account, never sent product and won't return calls or emails after weeks of trying. Had to cancel card.
I signed up in November and never received my product even though the money was taken out and I've tried calling. Emailing and contacting them on social media and no one is returning my calls after weeks of contact attempts. It also is saying "you no longer have an account with us" when I try to log in online to cancel my account so they don't charge me monthly. I had to cancel my card and dispute the charge on my bank.

The problem was not canceling the problem was no communication at all! I ask a few times about when I should expect shipping and arrival thru email and calling and no one would ever get back to me, this is over a 2 weeks. I then canceled the product. live and learn I guess.

I opened an account with Wodbox a year ago. I cancelled my account a few months ago, but I cannot get anyone from the company to return my contact attempts, despite a multitude of phone calls that only result in voicemails, *** messages, emails, and posts to their public *** wall. I just got an email today about re-activation if my subscription which is absurd! I can't even log onto their website with the username and password I used, because when I try, their website tells me they have no record of my email address, and yet I am continuing to receive emails about account activation? Not ok! Based on the fact that I can't log onto their website, makes it seem as though my account has been deleted, which is great, but then don't send me emails telling me that about account activation. No one will call me back. And it's been months of trying to contact someone.

I do not agree because I never received my product. They took my 21 dollars and never sent me my product. I will not order from this company again.

I am trying to cancel my subscription and cannot get anyone to contact me back.
I signed up for a monthly subscription to The WOD Box. I signed up using my email address and receive monthly emails from them when they send my receipt. I decided to cancel about 3 months ago. Per the instruction on the website, I went to login to my account, and it says that it does not recognize my email address. However, I keep receiving my monthly receipts to this email address. I have attempted to contact customer service twice but have not received any response. The website does not list a phone contact number, and email is the only option provided.

I know how cancel, but when I try to log on, it says that it DOESN'T RECOGNIZE my email address even though it's the same email address I used when I signed up AND I get emails from the company regarding a box has been shipped or my account has been charged! I have attempted multiple times to contact them regarding this situation, and they WILL NOT respond! No amount of following directions is going to work when clearly there is something going wrong in their system. I was very specific about this in my complaint, and this leads me to believe they didn't even read my complaint at all! And their response does not address the fact that they will not respond to any customer service requests, which are sent in by email per their website. They do not give any number to contact them by phone!! This has been an extremely frustrating situation!

I was charged for a 6 month subscription that I didnt sign up for on 9/14/17. I sent countless emails askong them to cancel my subscription because I was no longer able to login with my info to cancel it myself. I was ignored unitl 10/24/17 when I sent them another email saying I was going to complain to the Revdex.com for their service. The account was cancelled. No refund was mentioned in the email so I immediatly wrote back & asked about the refund. I have been ignored again & theres nothing on my bank statement regarding the refund. This company has great potential but is extreamtly frustrating to deal with. I had signed up for a 6 month subscription before, thats how they had my info, then just charged me again.

I followed the instructions but mt account said the username no longer exsisted & therefore I wasnt able to cancel my "subscription". Either way, I did not re-new my 6 month subscription, tried to cancel it, with very late/minimal response & no refund at all.

I have been unsuccessful to cancel my subscription and have not been emailed or called back once to cancel. I have just been charged again.
I subscribed to the wod box almost two years ago now. I have emailed multiple times trying to change my address so I can receive the boxes but I was never emailed back. I later emailed to to cancel my subscription with no response back. I was just charged again for a service in which I have not received in months now. The website doesn't have a number listed to get in contact with someone. There is basically NO customer service.

ontacted via many avenues to cancel subscription, does not cancel or respond. Email that signed up for account will not work to cancel.
*ontacted the wod box about five months ago to cancel subscription. I tried first via email. When logging into my account it does not show that I have any subscriptions, therefor I am unable to cancel via their "recommended" or "stated" way. I contacted them via *** messaging , I emailed them three times, I called and left a message on the telephone number they provided. I sent another message via email stating I would report them to Revdex.com if they did not respond. I contacted my bank to see about blocking their automatic payment but this cannot be done. They have been charging my account for the last five months when I requested it to be cancelled. I provided them with all the information they needed to cancel the account. I even included a phone number for them to contact me. They have refused to respond. The directions they provide to cancel do not work if the account they have does not show that there are subscriptions. Although they are providing a service it is fraudulent to not be able to cancel a charge to a credit card that they continue to charge. My next action was to be a certified letter to *** the listed name of the return address of the WOD BOX. They charge over 20$ a month for this product.

Regardless of the "generic response" the wodbox has provided, they still neglect to answer emails, or phone calls regarding cancelling this subscription. They clearly are a fraudulent company, especially with their generic response to every question regarding this same manner with other customers. We have not heard from the wodbox and still are being charged for merchandise that we do not want. This is Fraud! Their directions state to call or go under your previous email... the email used to sign up with the account information states I do not have any subscriptions. Clearly if the Revdex.com cannot get this company to respond and neither can their customers, something must be done. They are using my credit card without permission, yet no one is stopping them. I will not accept their response as it is automated and the same response everyone has received. Something needs to be done!
