I subscribed to Wodbox on 4/3/17 for a 6 month plan. I tried several times to access my account online to cancel prior to the renew date but was unable to do so. According to their website my email was not found. This is the same email they use to send messages concerning shipments. On 9/25/17 I sent the company an email not to renew my plan. On 10/3/17 I received an email that my plan had been renewed and that my card had been charged 113.94. I immediately responded that I did not wish to renew and wanted a refund since I had cancelled prior to the renew date. I have not received any response from the company.

The only email I received was a receipt for the 6 month plan. I have tried repeatedly to log in and cancel my plan and received the response that my email was not found. This is the same email where I have received my receipts. I am again requesting a refund and cancellation of the plan. I did try to cancel prior to the renewal but found it impossible to do so by email or through the company website. I have seen numerous complaints citing the same problems when trying to cancel.

I started a subscription with wodbox only to be rather disappointed after my first box was received. I returned stead box and requested a refund they ignored my request the next following two months I received two additional boxes to additional charges I return the boxes and try to get a credit back from the company to no avail disputed the transaction the fourth month I was duplicated on charges plus received two boxes I can return the boxes and disputed the charge again. Intern I cancelled my debit card by the advice of the bank hoping that they would not charge me and today yet again they charged me very frustrating no customer service 800 number they won't reply to emails I'm just done with this company they need to be closed.

As everyone else is frustrated with the subscription service, I too cannot stop the subscriptions. I have emailed them to cancel and they have responded that they will update their records. I have had to dispute their charges on my card and still they continue to send me subscriptions in which I video the package return to sender at the Post Office.

They sent me another package!!! Having to file yet another claim!!!

I tried to cancel my subscription back in May. I couldn't log into my account so I emailed at *** on 05/15/17. They responded on 05/17/17 and said they would cancel my subscription and wished me luck. I then noticed my bank account was charged $20.49 on 06/05/17 for the June box. The same day I was charged I also received an email confirming my cancellation to my personal email ***....3 weeks after they stated they would cancel it. I emailed on 07/10/17 letting them know what happened "I wanted to write to you guys in regards to the attached email conversation where I cancelled my subscription. I received confirmation of the cancellation on 06/05/2017 to my personal email *** the same day my bank was charged @20.49 for a June box. This wouldn't necessarily be an issue except I notified you guys early enough to completely cancel the June box and the charge all together AND I never even received a box in June that I was charged for. So, I would either like the box I was charged for or for my account to be credited back the $20.49 I was charged. Thank you, xxxxx " to which they replied "Hey xxxxx, we will get this fixed asap - We are very sorry for the inconvenience" on 07/10/17. On July 28th I emailed again "Hi there, Could you please tell me how and when this will be fixed? I have not yet seen a credit to my bank account or have I been shipped the box I was charged for! Thanks!" and they replied to me "Hey xxxxx,xxxxx, The WOD Box owner has been notified of the situation and he will be refunding the most recent renewal charge for you." on July 31st, 2017. I then emailed 08/16, 08/30 and 09/12 requesting a response back and no one has replied since. I have sent 3 xxxxx messages on 08/30, 09/02 and 09/12 to which nobody has responded. I submitted a "contact me" request through their website AND posted on their xxxxx wall...which they deleted :( If refunding me the $20.49 is too much of a hassle or they can't afford it, I've offered for them to send me the box I paid for...which is rightfully mine. I have been more than patient and understanding through this. Enough is enough, they need to handle their mistakes!

Their response does not even address the fact that they charged me AFTER my account cancelled and never sent me the box OR issued me the refund they promised me in several emails. All they did was clearly state their cancellation policy. The problem was the money I was charged after the fact and the product I ever received. I have an email stating the owner would refund ne my money which he never did. The solution is NOT a reiteration of the cancellation policy BUT either a refund of my money or send me the box I rightfully paid for.

Will not cancel my subscription.
I have tried for several months to cancel my subscription. I have been told multiple times that I would be refunded the most recent charge and they would cancel it but its still isnt canceled.
I received an email on 8/29/17 telling me the next one has shipped..
In January, I tried logging on to their website to cancel but it kept telling my my credentials were wrong. but they still send me emails to that email address.When I contacted them, they told me they were going through some system changes.

When I signed up it said you can cancel at any time. They do not respond to email, calls or xxxxx messages to cancel my subscription.
I have been trying for over a year to contact the company. I send emails to the customer support email listed as well as an advertised xxxxx email. My issue is that their website does not let me log in, it states they do not have my email address on file even though receive my bill to this email. That builds upon the issue that I have not received any contact from the after multiple attempts at contacting them through their website, Facebook and phone.

I had a monthly subscription to WodBox for a year as of Jan 20, 2016, was charged by auto-debit payments 20.49 every month, no issues until December 2016-never received the box, tracking could not be found when the link was clicked, emailed them repeatedly for a refund, replacement, and address change previously. I never received any responses back, emailed again to change my address to my newest address weeks ahead of time, and no response, my box was delivered to my old address back on the east coast to someone else, but I was still charged again, and never received my package, or a refund, as it also happened in December. So that's 40.98 I had taken out of my bank account, and nothing to show for it, and no response, as the only contact information for that is an email. xxxxx I since then have shut off my debit card that was attached to that, and am now receiving emails that the payment didn't go through, and my subscription will be cancelled, which is fine, because I wanted it cancelled months ago. I just want a refund for the money i'm owed, or the replacement 2 boxes at no charge, then to cancel the subscription, as all my emails have stated to them.

Thank you for all your assistance, I tried numerous times to follow those "directions" the only option under my subscription was to "change your card information" or "update card information" when I selected "cancel". I have emailed them countless times to cancel my account, change my address, and about the 2 boxes I never received. Not once did I receive a response, except the first month I signed up to change my address the first time. Over that year span, I have not received any responses about issues since then.

I am glad you were able to get in touch with them, as I still have not heard anything.

I've been trying to change my address with wodbox for about 3 months now. I've left multiple messages, emailed, emailed through their website, messaged on xxxxx and xxxxx to no avail. This company appears to not be monitored by a real person. I love getting the box every month but because I've been unable to change my address, I had to pay the post office an additional $7 in shipping to get my box last month. This month the post office wouldn't deliver so the box got returned to wodbox. This is completely and utterly unacceptable customer service I have seen multiple other complaints by other consumers on their xxxxx page. The wodbox now owes me money and I better not see another charge from wodbox on my account until this is resolved or the charge will be disputed with my bank, as will the charge for the previous 6 months.

Yes but by simply misplacing that email, it caused me a lot of trouble. I tried to recover my password on the website, however it said my email did not have an account. Which is wrong, because I was getting emails to this same address saying that they charged me every month. Their page is buggy or flawed in that manner. I had to cancel my card to get them to stop charging my account. Also, it took WODBOX how many months to respond to the Revdex.com? This has been an issue since May.

I originally bought a 6 month subscription of this product as a Christmas gift in 2015. When the box continued to be delivered after the 6 months were up, I attempted to contact the business several times to cancel my subscription, with no response. I couldn't even log into my account on their website. I moved to a new address in April of 2017 and again attempted to contact this business to change my address, with no reply. I'm assuming that the boxes are still being delivered to my previous address. I recently saw a charge on my credit card for a subscription renewal. As you can guess, I tried yet again to contact the company to either change my address or cancel the subscription and have still received no response.

I appreciate the work that the Revdex.com has been doing on this case. I reviewed the business's response and, although I disagree with what was said, I was planning on letting it go. However, today I received an email that this month's WODbox was again shipped to my old address.

In response to what the company said about how easy it is to cancel a plan, I believe that my experience proves otherwise. While they do provide a link to the cancellation procedure, they never responded to my repeated requests to help me access my account so that I could in fact cancel my subscription.

My wife ordered a 6 month subscription for our daughter for Christmas. She really enjoyed most of the boxes. Sometime they were a little light but she mostly enjoyed them. When it came time to cancel as we only were looking for 6 months, "The Wod Box" failed to respond to more then 20 emails and several phones call messages left. I even attempted xxxxx and xxxxx as final attempts to contact them.They made an un-authorized change on my wife's credit card for another 6 month subscription. I finally called my bank, filed a stop payment and canceled my wife's credit card. It was the only way I could ensure further charges. They keep sending emails as if a box is coming. But even the tracking number they sent says it's invalid.This is completely unacceptable and from all the reviews I see online, this is common practice for this "so called company"They need to be shut down. Putting that information on your site doesn't mean anything when a customer repeatedly request cancellation and you don't respond. The bottom line is you make it impossible to properly cancel because you don't respond. How is that legal?

Complaint taken over telephone Revdex.com staff CH. About mid Nov. 2016 consumer ordered a box included work out items for a total cost 61.47 for a 3 month subscription. Consumer contacted the company April 3 2017 because she was charged for more boxes 61.47 deducted from her bank account. Consumer went on business website to cancel because she only agreed for a 3 month subscription. However she canceled the subscription and business continues to debit her account. Consumer returned all boxes and was informed buy xxxxx tracking item arrived at post office April. May June located Post Office in ***. Consumer has been calling the company email business an no reply.

The response to my complaint to the Revdex.com from The WOD Box is generic and is not applicable to my account. I followed the specific instructions provided by the company on several times with no response! I visited the website after each attempt and through out trying to contact the company and the website to this ate says my "email doesn't exist, yet if you go to thru the initial email The WODBox sends, it shows cancelled or effective date of cancel. This company has received all boxes for 6 months as returned unopened or the *** has been unable to return as the address doesn't exist for The WOD. If this happens, the USPS has been destroying the boxes after several attempts to get ahold of WOD. I desire a full refund and this company hopefully will be shut down soon.
