I got a monthly subscription to this company in April. After a the first shipment I decided I did not need the subscription and I went online to cancel it. Their website has a tab called "Manage Subscription" which asks for your email so you can log into the account. The website said it did not reckognize that email address, but the next week I was sent an email to the same email address saying my account had been charged for the following months subscription. It has now been 4 months that I have attempting to get in contact with their company, they do not respond to direct emails sent to the email address that they state they have charged my card with, nor do they respond on their websites "contact us" tab. This company is stealing peoples money and not allowing customers to tell them to stop. I had to get a new debit card to prevent them from stealing my money.

My account was charged two months in a row $21.49 and I still have not received anything from them. My account magically disappeared and they will not answer not answer emails, phone calls, messages or anything. I have tried many ways to cancel and nothing can be done.

Received only 3 of 6 original monthly boxes. Requested cancellation, no response. Charged again for next six months. emailed, no response.
Original order placed on March 4th. Ordered a six month subsciption for monthly delivery of product. Received product delivery for March, April, May, June. July not delivered. Emailed, no response. Emailed again requesting cancellation. No response
August not delivered. Charged a new six months subscription in September. Emailed again this morning, complaining about lack of responses, decided to file this complaint. We will also protest the charges through our bank.

I've tried to cancel my subscription in writing multiple times and the company keeps billing me and has not responded to my cancellation requests.
I've tried to cancel my subscription with this company multiple times, but they refuse to respond to my requests and continue to bill me. I tried to follow the cancellation instructions on their website, but the website says "invalid login" when I attempt to log in with the user name and password I chose when I set up the account. Since that didn't work, I've emailed the company at least 4 times over the past three months, and I've filled out the "contact us" box on the website at least twice requesting the company to cancel my subscription immediately. I've searched, but can't find, any additional contact information for the company. There's no phone number listed anywhere that I can tell. I've never received a response from them.

I want my subscription cancelled and I want to be reimbursed for the last 2 months ($21.49 per month, so $42.98 for the past 2 months) since the company continued to bill my card after I sent in a written cancellation to every point of contact the company has listed on their website.

I initially signed up for a 6-month membership of which they sent the wrong sizes of t-shirts. I sent them back for replacement sizes (according to their website) and then never had items returned.
I emailed them to complain and cancel and never heard back despite several emails. They provided no phone number on their website.
They then charged me an additional 6-month membership and only sent some of the boxes for those 6 months.
I now have 5 more t-shirts of the wrong size and they no longer have an address listed on their website for returns, not that I would get anything back since they never returned or reimbursed me for the others (or the 6-month membership they unlawfully charged me).
This is a horrible company!!!

I want the 7 t-shirts I paid for in the appropriate size. Two t-shirts I already returned and they never corrected this. I have five more t-shirts I don't know where to send for replacement. Or I will take a complete refund of both 6-month memberships.

I subscribed to WOD box on a monthly basis. I was charged twice for the first month Then charged for the second month and only ever recieved one box.
I subscribed to the WOD box on a monthly subscription. I was double charged for the first month but received two confirmation emails aomi thought I'd just get two boxes, nothing. I was then charged for the next month and received the box. After numerous attempts to contact customer service to be refunded for the two boxes I never received I have never received a response or a refund. I was able to cancel my subscription but I'd still like a refund for the boxes I didn't receive.

Over the course of approximately 7 months, I have only received 3 of 7 monthly subscription boxes. I have reached out to the company numerous times, first to inquire about missing boxes and then in a repeated attempt to cancel my subscription. There has been no response, I am getting charged monthly and have not received a product in months. I purchased a 3 month subscription and only received 1month. I made several attempts to get a hold of them with no response from them.
I made a purchase on June 4, 2018 for a 3 month subscription of the WOD box and only received 1 month when I was suppose the receive a WOD box every month for 3 months as I paid for. I have made several attempts including: sending emails and calling and leaving voicemails trying to fix this issue but have had no response from anyone from the WOD box. This company only operates through email. However they do not respond to ANY emails. I have asked on numerous occasions to cancel my account but hey say my info is not on file when I get numerous emails and get charged regularly.

I've been getting the mail order WOD box for approximately 1-year. I moved in September and have yet been able to update my address, however I keep getting billed and my box continues to ship to the old address. I've contacted the owner (Bryan C) who responded once and has yet to respond. He indicated that he would update my address but has yet to do so. The Company advertises cancellation at any time, however it is next to impossible to get to your online account information to either cancel or update your address.

We have contacted My Wod Nox at least 4 times to resolve this issue. I am writing in regards to an account set-up with my daughter, who was 16 when she subscribed. (***). .Unfortunately, she was also using my personal credit card without my permission. After discovering the situation, watched her email Wod Box in November 2016 to request payments & shipments be stopped, as well as cancel her account per the guidelines on thier website. She received no confirmation email and they have continued to bill my credit card. She has followed up with additional emails and I have also sent two emails to them personally as well.I have demanded they close the account immediately and refund the payments from Dec, Jan, & Feb. I intentionally created a business where they control all of the communication with no accountability. My daughter is not old enough to enter into a contract and the WOD Box did not verify my credit card information.My Wod Box has no contact telephone number listed, no mailing address listed on their website, and their email address is not attached to their domain address. This is all rather convenient in order to continue to scam their customers.

I signed up for a monthly subscription in the middle of October wanting to compare this product to several others available on the market. I did this knowing that you can typically cancel the subscription/put the subscription on hold at any time. After signing up, I was charged almost immediately but never advised when I would receive the first months subscription box. I tried to check on their website but when I went to look, the site stated I didn't have an account. I tried to make one using the same information as I used when I subscribed hoping that would resolve the issue but it did not. I then tried emailing the company and submitting on their website contact forum to get answers. I never heard back after multiple attempts. I did receive the first months box in mid December. I want to cancel the subscription but still no one is answering my attempts via email, their *** page, or their website contact. I was charged again for the next month already and don't know what else to do but to submit my complaint here.

It is impossible to ever get a response or speak to a real person at this business. I've been trying to cancel my subscription for months!!! My girlfriend no longer wants to receive these terrible products.I've tried contacting the Wod Box through their email address, *** page, phone number and have NEVER received a response. I am unable to "log in" to my account to cancel because the website says I don't have an account, even though the box i'm receiving clearly has my email address printed on it. It's impossible to cancel this subscription.I've read other reviews on their *** page with many customers experiencing the same issues. It appears the owners continuously ignore and delete and negative feedback.
