I saw the advertisement for WOD box, so I thought I would try it out. Well I purchased the product. Then I had a few questions about why my product came out to 60 dollars instead of $20 or at a discounted price like advertised. I tried contacting the business, but not response. Apparently, the only way of contacting this business is through email. There is no phone number listed. I felt like this was a scam of a business, so I cancelled my order. I received an email of conformation of my order and an email of cancelling my order, no response email to my questions. No one ever responded back and I tried 4 different times . I also noticed I didn't receive my funds back so I waited till the delivery date to see if the package would be sent. A few weeks later no package no funds and no response back! I want my money back! If that is not possible I want the product I should have received. This business is a scam and should be shut down!

I have been trying to contact this company for many months to cancel my subscription but there is no phone number listed and no one has answered the multiple contact forms that I have filled out. When I try to log in and manage the subscription it says that I don't have an account. Last month I received an email stating that my credit card on file was going to expire so I intentionally did not update the information thinking that would take care of it. I woke up this morning and the rev was a charge for the subscription on my account which should not have gone through due to the fact that my card was expired. There is a number next to their name on the bank charge, it is unclear whether this is the office number but I did attempt to call it, just an answering machine. I have had this subscription since August of 2014, I just want to cancel it.

I have a monthly delivery subscription with this company and their customer service is non existence. I moved in December and emailed the company to have my address change and never received a response. I also cannot access my account and emailed them to get access to it so I can update my address with no response. So I have paid for thee months with of product and it's been going to my old address. I had to cancel my credit card so I wouldn't get charged for products I wasn't receiving from a company that won't respond to my emails.

I placed an order with the WOD box on February. 23rd, 2017, they charged my account $41.02 which included priority shipping and I never got a tracking number or received my order. I only got a confirmation email. I have emailed and messaged them multiple times, posted on their *** multiple times, and left multiple voicemails with NO response. I would like a full refund of the $41.02 that they charged me.

I placed an order with The WOD Box on June 15, 2016 and shortly after received an email letting me know that my order was placed (my account was charged) and that I would receive a follow up email when my order shipped. Weeks went by and I did not hear anything, so I tried reaching out the the company time after time after time in every means possible (*** message, comments, and posts on their page, email, the 'contact us' form through their website, and calling and leaving many messages to see why I have not received my order, and what I needed to do to get a refund. I exhausted all of these means before filing this complaint. On their *** page, they replied to other posts from other customers, but continuously ignored mine every single time.

It was a gift that I was unable to grant due to the poor communication and horrible customer service from this company. I have given up hopes of receiving my product, so if that is not a possibility I would like a full refund.

The subscription renewed after I've been trying to contact them, over $100 has been charged to my credit card that should have not taken place.

The business has ignored multiple attempts made to find out the status of a box that should have been shipped weeks prior.
The business charged me on 7/1/2018 for a second month of the box subscription and has not responded to any inquiries regarding where the box is or if it had been shipped out. The website does not allow you to actually log in through it so I had an issue even finding my account information.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund for the box I did not receive but was charged for three weeks ago and I do not wish to be charged for the next month as I have canceled the account as of July 18, 2018.

I have a monthly subscription with the company. I created an account like they said to. I moved and changed my address immediately but it did not change the address of where they are shipping boxes. I have repeatedly contacted them and followed the steps to cancelling my subscription due to their lack of response but they don't respond. When I log into my account, it does not have my subscription linked. If you are going to have a business, you should respond to the customers. I want a refund of the last 3 months. Since they could not update the shipping address despite me updating my address and they could not respond despite many attempts to use their link they provide for contacting their customer support.

Similar to all complaints on this thread: we subscribed to receive products for three months, at a promotional price, from December 2017-February 2018. In that time frame, we had to contact them as we did not receive our boxes as expected. We were then charged full price for two more cycles of 3-month subscriptions, and have yet to receive a product. We have emailed customer support and attempted to cancel via their subscription manager, chargify - without response. We are looking for a refund for the last 6 months worth of charges and to ensure we have canceled our subscription.

I have attempted to cancel this service for a month. I have called, left voice messages, sent *** messages, and emailed multiple times with zero response. When I attempt to login to the webpage, it says there is no account with my email, yet I receive email "alerts" from this company when they charge me for my box. WOD Box scam will not deliver you anything or respond to service emails/let you cancel account.
In April 2018 I placed my first order with WOD box for a monthly delivery and EFT charges. Nothing ever arrived and my login info says "not found". WOD Box customer service email has not responded to 10 emails over a month period and only responded to a xxxxx message when I pretended to be a person interested in their service. When I then said I was actually a current customer and needed help with my delivery and login they stopped responding. I was again charged the next month for products I have not received. I will be cancelling my card just to stop them from charging it.

I have been asking the company to cancel my subscription since April 2017 VIA email. Everytime I tried to cancel by following their steps online in regards to managing account, each time I put my email address in they say the email cannot be found. HOWEVER, its the VERY SAME email address they send invoices to each time they charge my card and send out a shipment notification. I would LOVE to get my $279.37 back that has been wasted from them not taking action!

No option to cancel service and constant charges despite my efforts to notify them of unauthorized billing.
This company has been charging month after month without regularly delivering the boxes I have paid for. I have tried numerous times to get in contact to no avail. The method of cancellation provided on the website is a joke. They claim they do not have your email address registered to an account, yet use that email address to send billing confirmation.

I am owed for 2 boxes that have not been delivered. I would also like my account to be cancelled and billing information to be deleted.

I subscribed to their service and I was not happy at all with my first box I received. I have tried to cancel with no success. They continue to send me and charge me for a box. There is not a phone on the site and when I email customer service and ask for a live person they do not respond. When I try to go through their email cancellation process they tell me that my email is invalid. So I cannot even request for a new password. This is the same email they use to send me messages that my box is shipped. I believe that this is a scam. Because when you enter your email they tell you its invalid and you cannot go any further in their system and they will not respond when you ask for help and to let them know you do not want this subscription at all they just ignore you. I'm also going to check with my CCard company to see if they can refuse any further charges.

Hello, I really hate to have to do this, but I would like to file a complaint against the wodbox. I recently was trying to cancel my membership and struggled to do so via my mobile phone. Upon realizing that my keyboard style was the issue, I managed to access my account and cancel my membership on 2/21/18. I was charged for a monthly box on 2/15/18. So naturally I was expecting to receive this last box as I was charged prior to cancelling. After the typical delivery date for the box I became wary of the situation so I accessed my bank account and they had not refunded my money for the last box. I emailed them Friday 3/9/18 and asked why I was not sent a box for my last charge. I have been sadly sadly upset that they have not responded to my emails. If there is anything you can do to help, I'd either like to receive my last box or have my money refunded. I have tried reaching out to them over the phone many times and have left 2 voicemails and still no answer.

The issue is not regarding how to cancel my subscription. I acknowledged in my initial complaint that it was my problem why I was unable to cancel. The problem at hand is that I was charged for a product prior to my cancelling of the membership and did not receive said product.

I have a monthly subscription to the WOD box. I am trying to reset my password *** I can cancel my subscription. However, their system says my e-mail does not exist. I have been receiving e-mails regarding the shipping updates on the box. I have been trying for 2 months to get in contact with them via e-mail and phone calls and I still haven't heard from the company.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for weeks now. I have emailed them, sent them messages on Facebook, no response. There is no phone number. When I try to login to my account on their website to manage my subscription, it tells me that I do not have an account. I have seen numerous remarks in the comments on Facebook citing the same issue. This company continues to bill customers and provides no way of cancelling the service.
