Let me start off by saying the I was worried about the reviews but when I meet the team they where very protective over my furniture and work really hard to complete the job in the time frame. I was very happy with the care of my items from start to finish.

We completed the move at 3 hours of services with a extra extend time...

of 30 minutes.We are sorry that you received services prompted you to contact us with a claim, and we regret any inconvenience or frustration that our experience has caused. To ensure that our staff conducts itself in a manner that reflects the high regard that we have for our customers, we have notified the proper department which is our Quality Control Department to attend to this matter. We have reviewed the notes and statements from the client and the employees. At this time we have concluded that the $95hr Credit we gave to the client was sufficient we had a worker that fell down due to ice outside the property. He was injured and could not continue to perform the work. We assigned another team member to come to replace him that night. We complete the job. We move Mrs. [redacted] before with no issues with the same truck size according to records. We where happy to return to get the other items, but she refused and took the discount that night. She stated she will move it herself.At this time we have concluded that she was satisfy with the prior decision base on our record conversation with her about the $95 credit. We will also extend a hand of good faith of $95 off any future service request for any moving related services. Our commitment to our customers is to achieve customer satisfaction. This decision was derived from both Quality Control along with Upper Management to provide you with a settlement that both satisfies the customer and SpeedyMen Services. Revdex.com:The response from these people is absolutely preposterous, you would have to have a magnifying glass to find any flaws on this furniture BEFORE this company got hold of it.  I made no less than 4 calls to [redacted], the head person with 15 different numbers.  He now blocks me from reaching him, as he said I take too much of his time up.  This furniture is not merely scratched, it's badly damaged.  Two very qualified work workers said they have never in their lives seen such damage.  I'm going to attach just a few pictures of just one piece that was damaged by the neglect and incompetence of their crew, one was brand new and was not strong enough to pick up the furniture, and one was just profane.  This is really and truly one of those situations you would have to see to believe anyone could be so negligent, it defies the imagination.  Speedymen movers have complaints all over the Internet, terrible reviews.  My one piece, the Chest of drawers would cost $2,600.00 to replace, my furniture man found me a piece that would be comparable, but I don't want them to buy me more furniture, I just want mine repaired, and they have a quote from a person I picked at $2,765.00 to repair everything.  The person they thought would be cheaper, that they told me to use came back at a minimum of $3,500.00 and could go over $5,000.00, again, this is not some small damage, this is major damage.  I spoke to [redacted], the only person I can reach, with all of the many numbers they have, and he is making some low ball offer based on the weight of the furniture, something I never signed off on, which won't cover even 1/2 of the cost shown about and is completely unacceptable to me.  He was truly laughing at me when I told him the only thing that is left for me is to go to court, and he let me know but fast that he would hold this thing up in court forever, and I could waste all the time I wanted to waste.Just look at some of these pictures, I will load what I can, and you be the judge, I have about 60 pictures of all the damage, this is just a small sampling, and this is the $2,600.00 Stanley 30th anniv edition piece shown, destroyed. [redacted] Hoshall

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have your proposal or offer to pay $1,562.00 for the damage on all my furniture, you offered I think it was $120.00 on the chest of drawers alone, a piece that was almost completely destroyed.  As you know, the repair on the chest of drawers alone is almost $1,300.00.  When I spoke to [redacted], he personally instructed me to call a repairman here in Nashville.  I explained to Jay I have found a needle in a haystack repair person that had been doing this for over 21 years for one of Nashville premier furniture stores, a true professional and he was going to charge less that the man that Jay instructed me to call, which you probably know, his quote was anywhere from $3,500 to $5,000.00 or more, he would not give me a ceiling.  My man was much less than this, and I had complete faint in him!  He also called Jay personally and told him WHY the repairs would be what they are.  I was surprised he could fix the furniture for what he quoted!I have not been able to move the furniture and am paying $145.00 per month to keep it stored in it's damaged condition.  Obviously, I could not even look at that chest of drawers and the dining room table with that level of damage. Your weight rates are off, as the dining room table and the china cabinet is extremely heavy, but a weight quote does not help me anyway, pennies on the dollar are not helpful to me at all, especially when your boss, Jay, told me who to contact to repair the furniture, which I did, and I am giving you a quote that is less than the man Jay instructed me to contact.  I will be more than happy to write a detailed follow up to ripoff report and both Revdex.com branches, and let them know you are dealing with this extreme damage in good faith, if you will be reasonable and use the man I found and let him repair this furniture.  Before I reach out to someone to help me with this situation, I thought I would respectfully again ask for your help in repairing these pieces.  I am not asking for any replacement of anything, just to have them fixed, and you know how badly these pieces are damaged.  I was very lucky to find someone who would repair them, as I was turned down by several people saying they could never replicate the gloss mirror finish on the table that has scrapes and places all over the sides and top.  The chest of drawers was determined to be a total loss by several furniture people and my guy said he could fix that as well, so, before I seek outside assistance, I am once again requesting your serious help on getting these pieces fixed, $1,560.00 simply will not fix these items, it's that simple.Thanks, Bob [email protected](615) 916-1950

Service was horrible did not take much left a lot behind and pack the truck like crap was not worth the money spent $300 and I deserve at least 100 or something of it back because they did not do a full job

we schedule someone to come out I guess timing didn't work so gave her a credit $85 for the inconvenience.We scheduled a wood smith to come out there and/a leather repair company to resolve her issues. sectional sofa was also purchased at the same time for $995.95 and my amour is 3 years old and cost $598.00. The amount that you are offering will not even allow me to have my items repaired or replaced.  The representative that you sent to my house confirmed that my couch couldn't be repaired because of where the rip is. He also stated that my refrigerator would have to be replaced because of all of the damages. And my amour would have to be picked up and refinished.  I do not accept this agreement.  I have reached out to the Revdex.com regarding this issue and I will start proceedings in small claims court next week.

contract time and with the truck size for his move. Unfortunately, the Mr. [redacted] had alot more types under alot of other goods that took up alot of space in the truck. We told Mr. [redacted] it will be a problem and along with his brother he left there to supervise the team. We explain to the brother and he told us at the last minute that when they move before they did not get everything into that truck size. So, we proceed to finish the job and completed it. The $129.95 credit was offer to Mr. [redacted] as a inconvenience fee for not being able to finish the job. We offer him a 1 hour credit for loading up a truck at his conveniences for free only. Not to mention we gave Mr. [redacted] 22% percent off the bill to provide him just to earn his business. Our company did right by Mr. [redacted] in the front and try to make it work in his favor. But, we as a company fill we are being bullied by him and his family with slandering, threats and along  with his family posting negative reviews before our team even arrived  to the offload site. We explained to him allow us to issue you a credit for the 1hr for free for $129.95 and provide him with some credit time for what was left. 
But, at this time with this constant verbal, social, threats, slandering, our team mental abuse and discouragement. Our team don't feel safe and comfortable in moving forward with any credit time at all.
At, this time we are offering a $200.00 refunding to the credit card number you place the order with, which has already been refunded to Mr. [redacted] on 2/19/2016.

The company is not reputable by any means....I am sorry to say that I will be utilizing their services ever again. From a customer service perspective, they are not in the business for that. If they screw something up, overcharge you, misquote you, give you wrong information, it is your fault, not theirs. If they damage property in your home, oh well it is not their house, you have to wait and see what happens. This is poor business and if something goes wrong, they will tell you they didn't do it. They keep you on hold, don't answer calls, and they are overall a horrible business, I hope they go out of business. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES unless you want to be stressed out. If you are looking for customer service of quality, don't call them. Totally in business to make money, that's all.

DO NOT USE THEM - Absolutely Terrible Service!
Damaged bedroom set and other items. Very inexperienced, unprofessional movers! They piled our stuff in the truck and it was damaged. No wrapping, padding or protection. They dropped our dresser while trying to move with a "cheap" cart. They banged delicate items off doorways.
