been provide services that was offer to him by our moving company on 8/14/2015.
We completed the move at 4 hours of services. Mr. [redacted]...

stated we completed the job within 4 hours of services and
we had some damages on wood furniture, scratch on a pool table and on the mattress
a small splinter from his wood furniture poked a small hole in side of mattress material(woodsmith agreed to
fix but they refused).We sent a wood smith fix goods back on 9/22/2015 paid vendor
$543 to repair goods and then client sent a email later about mattress and pool table
scratch need to be settled at $800.00. Our response is our contract state we will offer .60 cent
per pound.  At this time we will are
willing to settle on this claim for the amount of $54.00 for the mattress
(90pds) and $90.00 for the small pool table (150pds). Final Settlement is $144.00. Any questions please call us at 1-800-590-9636. we also listen to the recorded call of the Relocation Consultant Mr. [redacted] and
Mrs. [redacted]. Her thoughts was that the team will complete the job in 1 hour in a half.  He stated in the call that the job will
take at least 3hrs. But, If she think so we will start the plan off at a 1 hour
plan, but if it goes over it is $57.50 every 30 minutes for next day services. She
agree to the prices. But when the team call the office they stated this will be
a 3-4hr job based on the amount of items she had in her home. Mr. [redacted] offer her a
price of $299.95 for 3hrs and it took at least 3.50 to complete the job. At
this time we apologize it went back to the suggested plan Mr. [redacted] offered.
Our goal is to inform our customers of any possibilities of the move taking
longer.At this time, we are offering a
credit back to Mrs. [redacted] of $75hr for any inconveniences this may have caused.

Dear Revdex.com,   Thank you for notifying us in regards to this matter. Mrs. Kim has been provide services that was offer to her by our moving company on 1/30/16. We completed the move.  Mrs. Kim stated we damaged personal property of a (dining room table corner scratched), 2 chest scratched and...

a dresser scratched). We received a call from her Husband about only one item and then a week later the other followed items followed by email. We only usually go off the first conversation with the customer and already back on 2/3/2016 sent the request to our WoodSmith WV FURNITURE for damage on one item only. So, he was schedule to come out to the home back last week to fix item. But, unfortunately he needed permission from our company to fix the other items that where presented. So we approved all damaged to be fix by WV FURNITURE.   Our company has already fixed the items that was damaged. This case has been closed and both parties are satisfied.   This claims is completed and all parties are satisfied please remove this claim from Revdex.com records and Online per customer request. issue. We where under the impression that not charging extra for a extra mover and giving a discount for overage would have resolved the problem. Base on the information we see here and that he shared he was still not happy, for that we are sorry workers have human experiences and they do get sick. Unfortunately, we did our very best to complete the job in a timely manner. I did a move from Wisconsin to Illinois at the last minute. I spoke with [redacted] to set everything up, the movers ([redacted] and [redacted]) arrived the very next day on time. They were friendly, courteous and took very good care of my furniture. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely use Speedmen Movers again. Thank you for a stress free move.

Our family had a BIG move on our hands and not alot of time to do it. We were fortunate enough to come across Speedymen Moving, who not only live up to their namesake, but were extremely courteous and professional. To top it all off, the pricing couldn't be beat! If you're moving, you HAVE to go with Speedymen!

I got speedymen to move last month. My furniture ended up damaged cos they didn't have enough bubble wrap. They said they ran out at their last job. They were not willing to pay me as I have signed the document that they have provided.
I will never use them again.

The movers where number one for me. They move me and they did a great job. The guys where really funny and polite. They handle all of my items with care.
