I am rejecting this response because:$137.88/52 was= $2.65/wk. 3/19 Thur 6/18 = 14 wks = $37.12. $137.88 - $37.12 = $100.76, not $87.67.

I am now getting my subscriptions, however they are not on a regular schedule. I have also not received any credits to my account as they promised to do.

A refund in the amount of 56.00 was processed today 12/18/15. He should see it on this statement within 72 business hours.

We have alerted our Distribution company about this customers missed delivery and non-redelivery of the paper.

I talked to customer today and have she has received the paper the last 2 days. Distributor also called and talked to her as well

We have talked to the distribution company about the paper starting back up.  We will follow up.

We know that the route he lives on does not have a regular carrier and their have been multiple people delivering.  That is no excuse the customer should receive the paper daily. We have given the customer of month of credit for the poor service to their home.

She called and stopped the paper on 9/9/15.
She will received a refund check in the amount of $211.06 with 3 weeks of the 9/9/15....

The customer has stopped their subscription with us on 5/22/16.  We will ask the distributor to call them.

We apologize for the inconsistent delivery.  We are working with the carrier to resolve these issues.  A credit for an additional week of delivery has been applied to the subscribers account in addition of any other already applied credits for any inconvenience that was experienced. ...

Please advise if additional information is needed.

We notified the distributor and we have not heard from this customer about any miss deliveries since 6/16/16.

They have been a subscriber since March 2016. Customers need to call and cancel to stop receiving the paper. Since the customer has not received the paper in the past 7 months we will refund him the amount of $69.80 which is what was charged. His account has been stopped.

They are already on a very low rate of $3.99 a week. I have given them a credit for 2 weeks of delivery for their delivery issues.

She has stopped her account and her last payment was refunded to her

A refund of 30.58 was sent on 12.9 and another check for 21.29 was sent on 12/20 to  [redacted]

This company has not delivered our paper for 22 days. I called and was told they would extend our delivery an additional 22 days. What good does extending the subscription do when you don't get the paper. We want our paper delivery as promised when we subscribed.

There was an error on their account when the payment was made in 2016.  We have corrected that and have restarted your account.  Your new expiration date is 4.14.17.
