Our company procedure is to extend the customers expiration date when they miss a copy.  I have escalated this to the distribution manager and distributors how have contact with the carrier to resume delivery every weekend.  We have also given a month of delivery to her...

account.  This customer is on automatic monthly payments and  will not be charge for delivery in Feb or March.  Thenext charge she should see on her statement will be in April.
