We have addresses their delivery with the Distributer and have given them credit for the days they called in and an additional one week credit

When we issue a credit, we are extending your subscription for that amount not refunding the money to the customerI apologize for that misinformation. They did put on your subscription $31.94. Our records show that you have paid since November $which was credited to
your subscription. Would you like the remaining balance of refunded to you or added to your daughters subscription. We have also contacted the deiivery service about your daughter not getting a paper

Supplementing my letter of 7/22/17. I had asked them to take the $off of my bill because I do not have access to digital. They took it off bill and they put it on again the next bill.I hope this acctgets straightened out so I know what I truly owe.Thanks

This customers has had multiple complaints entered onto their account with us. We have contacted the Distributor to make sure the carrier has this customers address on their route bookWe have also given the customer weeks of credit fro their missed papers

We apologize, the refund should have been automatically done by the person he talked to. I have started the process and you should receive a refund totaling $within the next weeks

The last time we heard from this customer was on 5/10/16. We assume that the delivery issue has been taken care of, if not the customer can contact me at 314-340-There was a weeks worth of papers added to their account for the missed deliveries
