Ms. [redacted] has been given a total  $6.86 in credit on the days she called in.  In addition to that I have extended her subscription for another 2 weeks of delivery which is  a credit of $8.98.  We have notified the distributor to talk to the carrier about her delivery problems.

than the $3.40 a week he is currently on. I can change him to that rate if he wants.

We have stopped and processed the refund. It will be in the amount of  $412.68.  You have overpaid. You paid every month instead of every 8 weeks.

I have adjusted their account and restarted delivery

We are sending 2 vouchers for him to pick what gift card he wants to receive.  He then needs to mail them in and they will send the gift card he chooses backt o him.

When your subscription is extended money is put on your account so if you stopped  tomorrow all the money put on your account would be included in the refund.

I am rejecting this response because:
Thank you for your assistance in this matter. I, however, am still confused as there...

seems to be no admittance of an error on their part in changing the "term of contract". When I received their billing for period 02/12/17 through 04/08/17 and paid same, that constitutes a contract. For them to then send a later billing for  period 04/03/17 through 05/28/17, they have double billed for six (6) days (04/03/17 through 04/08/17) which were previously paid by me. So, If they now give an explanation that they had a "price increase which caused my billing to be higher", they misread my complaint which is abouttheir billing period, not the price. Is there a problem with this firm admitting fault?I am awaiting a corrected statement for the billing period starting 04/09/17 til ? as they say they have changed my rate without advising me of same and the amount due. Please see if you can get this firm to conduct business as a professional organization.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Mr [redacted] received bills and  did not pay the amount due.11/1/15 thru 1/30/16 the bill totaled 61.40  we received 53.461/16/16 thru 4/15/16 the bill totaled 60.31  we received 53.464/3/16 thru 7/2/16 the bill totaled 63.81 we received 53.46 He did not pay what the bill totaled and...

that has resulted in him thinking we have charged him overlapping days.

We do apologize for the delivery issues they have had. But since 11/14/15 we have not heard of any delivery issues, We assume that delivery has been corrected. We will mail her the 11/9 and 11/13 issues that she missed

Rebuttal /* (3000, 9, 2015/12/09) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I'm sorry, but, it has been several weeks since I requested the newspapers I paid for and have still not received. So excuse me if I don't accept their "apology". I have heard nothing from them directly and the paper that has NOT been delivered are worthless at this point. Also the credits that I was told would be given when I did talk to a live person a month ago have not happened just like the first time I missed newspapers a few months prior. Since we have been customers about 6-7 months this does not bode well for a long relationship.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 11, 2015/12/18) */
We have added a weeks worth of delivery onto her account with us for the delivery issues that she has experienced.

Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2016/01/19) */
Since Thursday 1/14 the paper has been delivered each day. I believe they have a new delivery person(different vehicle).

We have contacted the carrier and distributor and delivery will resume on 6/4/17.  We have given the customer enough money on their account to give them 6 months of delivery on us.

We have notified the delivery company of this delivery issue.  The customer will also be placed on our Hot list and will be checked every day.

As part of the roll out for the new Full Digital Access service, Full Digital Access was made available to all Post-Dispatch...

subscribers on April 28, 2014. After that date, a charge for Full Digital Access appeared on invoices upon renewal. While this charge is separate for tax requirements it is not a separate charge for the Full Digital Access but merely part of the total ongoing subscription cost which includes the hard copy of the newspaper and delivery. In response to concerns from subscribers who do not wish to access the newspaper digitally, the Post-Dispatch has taken steps to make changes to their systems to now allow the Post-Dispatch to provide a "print only" subscription.

We have had issues with this route for a week and a new carrier is supposed to start today.  We will make sure their address is on the carriers list...

The print only subscription is at $6.60 a week, he is at a deeply discounted rate of $4.01 a week that includes digital.

Our records show that he contacted us on June 6th about getting a new card.  On 6/26/16. We took him off of automatic payment and our system did not send him a bill, but he did say he would call with a new credit card.  We did not hear back from him until the 24th of July , he did not...

update his credit card  and the system automatically stopped his paper due to the balance owed. All of our records are noted as he was going to call us with the new credit card number when he received it.  He can call our Customer Service at [redacted] to make a payment and get reinstated.
