We have put the money paid for the non - delivery back on her account.  We did not hear from her this weekend.  We assume she had delivery.

We have put a refund of 40.83 back on her card on 8/4/17.

The distributor was notified and customer received Tv Weeky this weekend.

I have asked that the customers phone number be removed from all calling files and put on our do not call list.

We escalated this to the delivery service and they will be going by this address to check to make sure paper is stopped.

Refund has been processed for 22.16, customer should receive within 2-3 weeks.

We contacted the Carrier and they state that they have been delivering to the wrong house. It should be corrected as of today, June 19,2016.

I am rejecting this response because:  we have been paying for the Post-Dispatch newspaper delivery but...

have not received it but one or two times in the past 2 months.  I have called numerous times and they said they would report the problem to the carrier but we still have not received the paper.  We always had it delivered to the driveway a normal and never once mentioned having it delivered to the porch we do not know what they are talking about. We paid for the paper up to late April but only had it delivered twice in the past 2 months.  Know one has ever contacted me about the problem or explained what is going on.

We apologize for any confusion that may have been experienced.  When a credit is applied to an account it does not add days of service, it extends when the subscriber was due to expire.  We will address this miscommunication with our team. We are applying a 4 week credit to the subscribers...

I am rejecting this response because:
There is some problem with the Customer Service department with the Post Dispatch. First of all, 2 weeks' credits were never issued by the Post. Please have the Post provide proof that this is so. Second, their Customer Service reps flat out refused to offer any type of resolution. Third, I still have not received any replacement newspapers, and the Post continues to bill me for papers which have not been delivered.

It sometime takes 3-4 days to receive an order and get it entered into our system. Then it can take up to 4 weeks for a refund check...

to be issued. When the customers sign up at a Kiosk location they also receive some kind of a promotional gift- it could be a gift card or an item of their choosing. It is valued at $10.00 to $20.00. Her refund will be 11.38. 21.38-10.00 gift.

A week or so after my second complaint was made the refund check arrived in the mail. I am satisfied now that I got my money back but it was a hassle. I do not believe mediation is necessary.

Yes, I am happy right now. But just because I have received the paper one weekend (three days) that I was suppose to does not mean it will not happen again. I hope this does not happen again, especially going on for so long.

me.   I did receive a newspaper on Saturday but I then did not receive a newspaper on Monday, 10/30.  I will give the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and its carrier service another chance to make my home delivery correct.
