I don’t believe this is a fair resolution for me to have to pay another company to come out and run a diagnostics test in my television when the technician said they would more than likely replace my tv due to the circumstances Also I contacted *** the manufacturer the day of the incident and the said what I described was something probably caused by the technician The technician was in my home when this call was placed and heard the whole call
The Zoomtown internet service is up to 5MBThe speed is not guaranteedWe have credited the early termination fees for Zoomtown as a courtesy

Regards,
*** *** My view is if Cincinnati Bell is this greedy to keep a full payment for 3-days of service compared to other service providers then all they confirmed for me is I should left them long time ago. I am happy I cancelled my service with Cincinnati Bell for over plus years of being a loyal, pay on time customer. What a horrible way to treat someone retired on a budget. If I had not paid them the total amount and tried to wait to see if they would charge me fairly, they would have put a bad mark on my credit record which I value. I find it strange that this is not what "Sue" said to me in a email she sent to me or what was told to me by one of their employees at their store when I returned their equipment. What made it even more shady is they have a representative sending out correspondence with no last name. Cincinnati Bell is certainly not the quality company they were in the past
Problem: Cincinnati Bell charged me $in a "late fee" for an $balanceThat's an 82% penalty and my payment was not even lateI paid the bill when due, there was no $charge at that time, it occurred and appeared after the factIn addition, the day after making a payment I was sent a bill reminder for the entire amount I had just paid.Desired Outcome: Remove the $late fee and shove it up your backside

I will pay the adjusted balance with ***, since Cinti Bell states they cannot take the payment***, you just said they would The information given throughout this process by the company has never been consistent, which is HORRIBLE COMPANY COMMUNICATION/TRAINING I AM STILL NOT HAPPY WITH THE TIMING AND UN PROFESSIONALISM BY CINCINNATI BELL agents/ supervisorI AM STILL REQUESTING THE Revdex.com TO INVESTIGATE INTERNAL RECORDS WHERE SIMILAR SITUATIONS HAVE OCCURRED WITH OTHER CLIENTS with CINCINNATI BELL

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. Cincinnati Bell has suggested that there was a onetime overcharge
of $and that it was immediately correctedAbsolutely false. Cincinnati Bell overcharged each month, but
for different amounts. It ranged from
$to $Therefore, it clearly wasn’t for the “Super Saver Bundle” as
suggested, but rather for different alleged “services” for a different price
each month. Fortunately I looked at the
bill each month.
I am very glad Cincinnati Bell explained its customer relations
with US Servicemembers. As she
explained, Cincinnati Bell will send a monthly bill to Servicemembers deployed
even though they (or no one else) is using their service*** doesn’t even
do that!!
The charges are invalid, and I am owed my last month’s charges
returned
The customer considers this active and unresolved, but also
recognizes that Cincinnati Bell will never put a customer first and will unlikely
acknowledge responsibility.

On the call the representative stated your May 4, balance of $had already been paid and at that time no other balance was owedThis information was correct but instead of advising you there was no balance owed for the month of June she should have checked your bill print date and advised your new bill wasn’t available for viewing yetI have already forwarded this incident to the representative’s supervisor for coaching and training
Your bill dated 6/4/was mailed to you at *** *** *** *** ** *** in the amount of $This bill was due on 6/25/The next bill dated 7/4/printed in the amount of $This total included the $past due from June and current charges of $for July
Per our records on 7/6/you made an arrangement to pay the $past due balance by 7/25/A payment of $was received on 7/15/and a 2nd $payment was received on 7/26/

As a courtesy for the confusing information you received on 6/6/I have issued a credit for the two late fees you were charged on your July and August statementsWith this adjustment your account has a credit balance of -$

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. In order to resolve this issue we need a credit with Cincinnati Bell for the full amount plus we were wrongly charged our monthly charges was $they jumped it to $we need an adjustment on that too I would like to see those credits on the account I contacted Cincinnati Bell they were telling me there's only five dollar credit on the account so I'm not sure what kind of game they're trying to pull here to settle this matter, we need a check send to us because we are no longer cincinnati bell customers .

RE: ***
Cincinnati Bell is responding to the complaint you filed with the Revdex.com of Ohio
In reviewing your bill, I found that you were billed $plus tax for unreturned equipment
Once
the equipment is returned, your remaining balance will be approximately $
Per notes on your account from 07-14-16, you were using your own personal modem that is not supported by Cincinnati BellAll was working fine when the technician leftI also could only find one call to our technical support department reporting problems
A courtesy credit has already been applied in the amount of $for your inconvenience
I will forward this on to a technical support manager to see if any additional credits are warranted
It is never Cincinnati Bell’s intention to upset or frustrate our customers in any wayOn behalf of Cincinnati Bell, I apologize if you feel we have done so in this matter

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint The information regarding the long distance service as outlined in the response by Cincinnati Bell is completely inaccuate and untruthful The long distance service was canceled in 2015, not The continuing incompetence of this company is unbelievable I have documentation supporting this but so does Cincinnati Bell and the numerous representations I have talked to since June of The attempt to deflect attention from the true problem by bringing up an internet account that has absolutely nothing to do with the long distance account is pathetic at best It's paid in full so please fix the actual problem! The amount of time (over months) I've spent trying to get this resolved to only get a reply filled with lies to make Cincinnati Bell look better is extremely unacceptable.

RE: ###-###-####,***
Cincinnati Bell is responding to your Revdex.com complaint regarding charges for Long Distance calls
I have reviewed your account and the call from 3/16/with the customer
service representative that offered to adjust the long distance charges and block long distance callsI apologize, the representative only adjusted a partial amount of the long distance charges and she did not place a long distance call block on your accountI have already forwarded this incident to the representative’s supervisor for coaching and training
I attempted to reach you by phone on 5/and today 5/I left a voicemail each time I calledI have adjusted the long distances charges on the last months billing statements for your accountI also had your line tested to make sure it wasn’t crossed with another customers’
There was no trouble found on your line but as I advised on the voicemail, the line test is simply a snapshot of the line at the time the test is doneThere could be an intermittent issue that is causing these charges the repair department may not have been able to see during the line test
If you experience any kind of static or interference on the line contact the Repair Department right away so a line test can be ran while the issue is occurringYou can reach Residential Repair at ###-###-####
Regarding the long distance call block, this can be added but the block is $per month and it would change your bundle causing a bill increaseIf you would like to talk about this in more detail please reach out to me directly at ###-###-####
