We did speak with this customerThe issue is that we installed sliding screens instead of full screensWe will be out there by next Friday to install the new screens by the end of next week

I am rejecting this response because:Firstly, I was told in the first business response that the business would contact me to settle things No contact has been madeNo phone call from them Then another message comes thru the Revdex.com painting the picture that I am asking them to fix damaged siding and alluding to me being "unreasonable" At no time have I been unreasonable I chose not to pay the $fee because I was told nothing of the sort....I was told it would cost over $to have someone fix this and that did NOT include materials I was even told the $fee wouldn't apply to me because they had moved out of the Southern California area and it would cost me much more to have one of their contractors come to my home Secondly, I am not asking K Designers to fix the damaged siding I am asking them to fix the siding that has deteriorated and is the result of poor workmanship Of the multiple pictures I sent to them showing the deterioration, they chose to highlight the one where a hole has been punched in the siding Of course this is clearly the fault of our gardener and I wouldn't expect them to fix The reason for sending that particular photo was to show the swelling in the siding where the plants have grown up inbetween the concrete planter and the siding causing the siding to release from the screws and break apartThere are many other issues with the siding in the other photos that K Designers is not addressing in this complaint.Referring to me being reasonable......if you re-read the original complaint, you will notice that I DID offer to pay a portion of the repair up to $ This is completely reasonable considering it's nearly 20% of the expected labor on this repair.This matter needs to be resolved and K Designers needs to have a manager call me back and discuss the issues and figure out a solution instead of the back and forth on this Revdex.com site

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution isnot satisfactory to me I still feel I have been over charged.The replacement should be less than $12,I have no choice but to reluctancely acept their offer

We took care of Ms [redacted] yesterdayWe replaced the hardware, and did several tests on the lock mechanism, and everything is working fine

WE SPOKE WITH THE CUSTOMER ON 9/TO SEE WHAT THE ISSUES WEREWE TOLD HIM THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO LOCATE HIS FILE SO WE COULD ORDER NEW GLASS AS WE ALREADY HAD THE MEASUREMENTS IN HIS FILEON 9/OUR PRODUCTION MANAGER LEFT THE CUSTOMER A MESSAGE STATING THAT SINCE THE JOB WAS OVER YEARS AGO WE COULD NOT LOCATE HIS FILEHE SAID WE NEED TO SCHEDULE A TIME TO COME OUT AND MEASURE AND CHECK THE WINDOWS AND SCREENS TO SEE WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONETHIS CUSTOMER HAD A YEAR LABOR WARRANTY, SO WHEN HE ORIGINALLY CALLED WE DID QUOTE HIM A FEE FOR THE LABOR, HOWEVER, WE ARE NOT CHARGING A FEE TO THIS CUSTOMEROUR PRODUCTION MANAGER IS GOING TO GIVE HIM A CALL AGAIN TODAY TO TRY TO GET THIS SCHEDULED SO WE CAN FIX HIS WINDOWS AND SCREENS, AND REPLACE THEM IF NECESSARYONCE WE HAVE A DATE AND TIME SCHEDULED WE WILL ADVISE

We should have this completed by the end of next weekThe rebate check and copies of the contract were sent to the customerWe will advise once the work is completed

We received the new glass units, we are calling the customer to schedule the installation of those glass units

This customer said that her uncle would need to approve the contract, which he did notShe said she could no longer do the work, so we cancelled the contract outWe have not done any work, but will contact the customer to write a new contract if she is interested, and if her uncle who helps her make decisions will also sign the contract

After we measured the window, we were waiting for the glass to come in from the manufacturerThe glass came in and we just finished the instal todayAccording to our Production Manager the customer is satisfied

I received your letter dated Oct on the 19thDue to illness I was unable to get to town to fax a reply and parcel post will not get it to you from here in calendar days.Today I get your letter dated Oct 19.I am not willing to settle this complaint for $We are having some testing done on our own and I am going to contact my attorney for advice before settling for this small of an amount [redacted]

This is the first we are hearing from this customer after the completion of the projectHe may have contacted the installer directly but the installer did not relay the informationWe left the customer with a packet on who to contact if he needs customer service, we never tell a customer to contact the installer directlyWe just called and he told us to call back this eveningSo we will call back this evening and try to get this resolved as soon as possible

I am rejecting this response because: I was informed by [redacted] that they have every right to call my house and that it could take hours to remove me from the list She made no mention of a training issue with an employee The second time I spoke to [redacted] she said it was an IT issue and put their IT person on the phone with me He said it was an issue with their soft ware and that he had to remove the first digits of my zip code in order for my number t be removed So number one even without any issues with software, hours is far to long when the system was calling my house 5-times a day Secondly not taking their system down once a problem was noted is also an issue I believe their response to be a complete fabrication

We have ordered the replacement materials, and should arrive in 3-weeks, we will provide an update once they are received and installation is scheduled

We have returned to Ms [redacted] home numerous times to resolve this issueWe have gone so far as to remove the window completely and show her that the water is coming in above the window at the top of the wall and running behind the stucco exterior and plaster interior down to the top of the windowThis was on or about 11/08/2017, The workers were accompanied by our Branch Manager, [redacted] , at that time Ms [redacted] said she understood that it was not the window leaking but the wall above it The pictures that I am sending you clearly show the extent that the homeowner has gone to, to stop the leakPicture #shows the window before we replaced itYou can see the tar at the top of the wall and at the top of the window in an attempt at sealing the exteriorWe returned yesterday 2/21/to obtain more pictures and now as you can see in picture #the entire top of the wall is coated with tarThe biggest problem is that as you can see in picture #these are wooden gutters that the stucco runs up to the bottom of and the water is leaking behind the stuccoThe only way to properly fix this is to cut the wooden gutters out and install new gutters and re-stucco the damaged areas

The full refund was returned to [redacted] in early May. At this time our manager thought Mr. [redacted] was satisfied to cancel the agreement. They have not contacted us since receiving the full refund. We are now attempting to contact Mr. [redacted] to inform him that we will order the materials and complete... our contract with him as originally agreed. The job will be completed in about 3 weeks. We will respond to the BBB when completed to Mr. ***'s satisfaction.

We reversed the financing charges, and once that hits the account the customer will need to cancel the account and we can reapply in the manner that they wantWe also reduced the contract price to nearly half and added additional work that was not in the original contractThe additional work should be completed by the end of next week, as well as the financing changes should be cleared up by thenOnce we have a final resolution we will inform the Revdex.com

We have been to this customer's home several times to flush her lines and the problem keeps coming backSince this is a very unusual situation, we took a sample of the black stuff to a lab to get testedThe results came back that the black stuff is acutally feces with traces of roundwormsWe have had the manufacturer call her as well, but she refuses the fact that it is feces and says it is our problemWe are trying to schedule a local plumber to look at the bath and the lines, to get a 3rd party opinion/recommendationOnce we have the plumbers findings, we will contact the Revdex.com with a plan of action to get this resolved

The phone number was most definitely put on the do not call list, and we have not called this customer since NovemberAt this point we do not know what else to doWe have appologized for the inconvienence and removed her number from our listThere is nothing else we can do for Ms ***We sincerely appologize for the inconvienence, and we will never call her again as promised

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and so far I am happy that this issue is moving along I will not close this complaint until all damages to the vinyl are replaced as it has taken way too long for this to be done I do appreciate the call yesterday from [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I only have one phone number but most definitely have received calls after the incidentThis is just another example of how nothing is documented correctly and this company is not well run!
