How has this issue been resolved? I have not been contacted and no solutions or options have been given regarding my complaintThis complaint should remain open until some type of resolution has been made, as of today 8/23/I have not heard from anyone at K-designersI don't feel it is fair to resolve and close a complaint when they haven't even contacted me

We sent this letter to the email address providedWe are also sending this letter in the mail to the customer in tomorrows mailOnce we come to a resolution we will notify the Revdex.com

We initially entered into a contract with this customer on 3/When the customer called and emailed trying to cancel, it was over the weekend and there was no one in the office to respond to her at the timeMonday 3/27/we spoke with them and let them know that we would cancel the contract as they requestedThey then called back to confirm that the job was cancelled, and we did re-confirm that we did in fact cancel the contractThere is no money owed to K-Designers or [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:We fully expect K Design to come on the 25th, but we also expect them to do ALL the work needed to repair our homeThe contract we have states wrapping all the fascia, not partially covering itThere is no and never was any mention of our needing to pay extra for gutter removal to make that happenWe want a finished home as we contracted for!

I am rejecting this response because: As of 10,03, they haven't done anythingExcept put us offNot one thing has been done to fix the problem

We spoke with Mr*** today, we offered him 50% off of the job, meaning we will come install the window for what they have already paidSo we will not be collecting any more money for this projectMr*** has agreed to this, we will inform the Revdex.com once the window has been installed and they
are 100% satisfied

I am rejecting this response because: Your claiming to be a charity makes no sense with regard to the call that I received. I was offered home improvement services in what seemed like a commercial business manner, and thus the call should have been prohibited under the Do Not Call registry rules

K-Designers has done everything we can doWe suggest the customer call the manufacturer to come look at the tubWe are willing to offer a $refund as a gesture of goodwill for customer satisfactionWe spoke with the manufacturer and they said this cannot be the cause of the purger or anything related to itIf the customer agrees to the $refund we will process the paperwork and get it sent to them

We are still working on coming up with a solution for this projectWe have been in contact with the customer via email, but they are both deployed, so it has been a little difficult comming to a quicker conclusionWe are working on getting their seat extended, and pricing it outWe would like to
get the information for the company who will instal the bookshelves as it will be best to coordinate with them on the seat extension

I received your message today with the reply from K DesignersYes, they have been to my home several times but they have never gotten the problem solvedThey have gotten it better that day but the tub was supposed to come with a purger and it did notWhen they came out and put it on they hooked it up wrong - The water jets and the whirlpool gets backwardsI had to go to the basement and shut off the circuit in the electrical box because it would not shut offIt was after they put the purger on and put it on wrong that the trouble startedThe contract says it is to be installed to my satisfaction and I am definitely not satisfied. I do not object to them having a qualified plumber as they told me, come out and be sure it is hooked up right but feel it should be there expense not mineThey told me they had qualified plumber and electrician to install the tub and unless this people did it the warranty would be no goodTherefore I maintain they should do it not meBut again I have no objections to them hiring a plumber to get a third opinionThey also maintain I have had a r*** on an animal in the tub who has left furThat is the cause of the troubleThere has been no one but my husband and myself that tub and we have not left *** in the tubThere have been no animals at all in thereSince the trouble did not start until they put the purger on the tub and hooked it up wrong I feel this has something to do with the problem

We have left messages for this customer since yesterdayWe will continue to try to reach him and inform you of the resolution we come to

I have an update for you on this fileWe went to Ms***'s house and fixed her doorMy production manager said that they filed the strike down, that it was too tightMs*** is now satisfied, and there is no new door needed. Hi, I talked with you on the phone two days ago. I attempted to email that day. It did not get to you and I got the auto return message yesterday. I am sorry. Sense I talked to you there has been movement on my complaint. K designs has agreed to pay the repair costs as far as the gutter part goes. They are supposed to start work today. I have a partial punch list of planned repairs. IF they follow up with a complete punch list and actually do the full repair, I will be satisfied. If that happens, I would then drop my complaint with you but I would still like a record of this year long debacle to be on their record. How do I do that? Please respond so I know that this went through this time. Thank you
