We made an appointment with this customer to as the door for tomorrowHer cruise certificate was mailed to her back in 2015, but we are sending the service technichian with a copy of her certificate tomorrowOur last contact with MsRoe was in 2015, at that time we serviced her door, but have heard nothing about her door until recentlyWe will advise the status of the service once it is completed

pictures to be sent and when we received the pictures they clearly showed that the siding had been damaged which is not covered in the warranty. I feel my door hardware should be replaced due to ongoing issues with the locking mechanismI don't feel K-Designers keeps their word and don't think you should wait business days for service when you can't lock your door securelyI just want other customers to be aware that they don't stand behind their products and don't care that their customers aren't satisfied with the products that you pay more for because you think your dealing with a well reputable company when your actually not

Mr and Mrs. [redacted] selected a lighter obscure glass when they purchased the door. Now that the door has been installed they would like the obscure glass to be thicker than the one they chose at the time of purchase. We installed exactly what they chose at the time of purchase so we requested them to...

pay a small fee for changing the glass to a darker, thicker obscurity. The new glass is on order and we should receive it within 10-15 days. We will notify the Revdex.com as soon as the new glass is installed and we have this resolved with Mr. and Mrs. [redacted]

THIS COMPLAINT WAS RESOLVED WITH THE CUSTOMER.

The phone number was most definitely put on the do not call list, and we have not called this customer since November. At this point we do not know what else to do. We have appologized for the inconvienence and removed her number from our list. There is nothing else we can do for Ms [redacted]. We sincerely appologize for the inconvienence, and we will never call her again as promised.

We sent this letter to the email address provided. We are also sending this letter in the mail to the customer in tomorrows mail. Once we come to a resolution we will notify the Revdex.com.

We reversed the financing charges, and once that hits the account the customer will need to...

cancel the account and we can reapply in the manner that they want. We also reduced the contract price to nearly half and added additional work that was not in the original contract. The additional work should be completed by the end of next week, as well as the financing changes should be cleared up by then. Once we have a final resolution we will inform the Revdex.com.

I am rejecting this response because:I only have one phone number but most definitely have received calls after the incident. This is just another example of how nothing is documented correctly and this company is not well run!

We initially entered into a contract with this customer on 3/24. When the customer called and emailed trying to cancel, it was over the weekend and there was no one in the office to respond to her at the time. Monday 3/27/17 we spoke with them and let them know that we would cancel the contract as...

they requested. They then called back to confirm that the job was cancelled, and we did re-confirm that we did in fact cancel the contract. There is no money owed to K-Designers or [redacted].
