I bought steelseries stratus xl controller from ***.
Connected it to windows 10 pc. Steelseries engine software doesnt recognize controller. CANNOT CONFIGURE

I opened a support ticket for this on steelseries website I HAVENT HEARD BACK FROM THEM.
Even worse I went to the internet to find info on how to fix the issues AND GUESS WHAT? EVERYONE ELSE HAS THE SAME ISSUES!

I bought their newest headset, *** Pro Wireless. There was a firmware update through the engine. The firmware errored out immediately and it bricked my headset. Now the headset wont work at all. $329 they got me and their own software update kill their product.

I would not recommend this company as they appear to not care about their customers. Seems they sell an item and could care less if it works or repeat business. This is evident in that they have no number to call if you have a problem with their product.
What is more while searching for a contact number I found that they sponsor an individual who finds it amusing to harass people. From what is written, the person they sponsor brought 100 guys to harass one girl in her chat room.

Bought a *** XL from *** and noticed an issue with the triggers after the return window closed for BB. Went all the way through the RMA process and received my replacement. The problem was one of the analog sticks moves up and down about an 1/8 of an inch on the replacement. I created another ticket and got only one reply. You would think they would want to resolve this issue quickly, but no. I've made multiple attempts to get someone to help but have had no luck. Now I'm $83 invested in a faulty controller and see no chance of this company ever providing the quality product that I paid now extra for.

I submitted an RMA request for a faulty product on April 18th 2017. The RMA was authorized and the product was sent back within the 30 day window required. After that I was told my RMA was closed, but the tracking number had shown delivered within the 30 day window. When I asked why the ticket was closed when the product had been received I was told, "Our screening has indicated that your ticket is suspected of fraudulent activity". I'm not sure how asking a question could have been fraudulent activity. Considering I did send in the product I paid for which was still under warranty for repair or replacement.

There must have been something that was caught on screening your *** receipt and I apologize if this is in error. Our warehouse never notified us of your product arriving and we didn't receive a tracking number from you as requested. I created a follow-up ticket for you so you may provide tracking #***

There was a message sent 15 days after approval with the following message:

---We wanted to shoot you a friendly reminder that your RMA warranty request has been open 15 days and we have not yet received your product. If you have not sent the product in, now is the time to do it to ensure that we receive it within the RMA authorization period (30 days from date of authorization),

This ticket will be marked as solved at the 30 days mark (15 more days from now) if we don't receive the defective unit at our warehouse.If your defective product is in the mail, then great! We should be notifying you shortly that it has arrived.Please note, if you do not hear back from us after shipping your product, please make sure to track to see whether or not it was received. If it was in fact received, please be proactive in notifying us so that we may confirm and ensure your RMA is processed in a timely manner!

I have received and email stating that I will receive a coupon code for the value of the product within 1-2 business days.
