I am rejecting this response because:I still want them to mail me a copy of their company-wide do not call policy. Also, I find it concerning that they claim to have no record of calls to the other numbers. Call Detail Records obtained from my telephone provider prove that the calls were placed to all three numbers.In the business's response, they claim that one of the calls was intended to be an appointment reminder. I would like to know on who's behalf that call was made.

While we regret Ms. [redacted] dissatisfaction, we believe we have acted in full accordance with the service agreement that was agreed to and signed by [redacted]. This agreement covered multiple service types (regulated medical waste, hazardous drug disposal and all-inclusive products) which...

included early termination fees if the customer terminated the agreement early. We have offered to work with Ms. [redacted] on potential resolutions to this matter, however they have insisted upon proceeding with the early termination of the agreement that is still within its’ initial term, therefore we feel the liquidated damages provision outlined in section 2c of the terms and conditions is valid. Should Ms. [redacted] wish to resume discussions around continuing services with Stericycle and finishing out the remainder of their agreement, we would be happy to continue that dialogue.
