I have used Sterling for several major issues that have come up in my home in the last yearI found their service five star! Dan C [redacted] was wonderful, the job was done right, he was on time, he was polite and honest! I would recommend this company and use them again!

I cannot say enough positive things about Spencer S [redacted] of Sterling Services We have had the good luck of having him as a service technician at our home on approximately three different occasions and on each of those visits he displayed exceptional courtesy, skill and expertise In the future, if we require any further services from Sterling, it will only be if Spencer is available

Dan C [redacted] came out today, fixed a leak on my water softener Great job, friendly gentleman Clean and professional They squeezed me in on short notice - yay - my water is back on!

The Plummer came out found the issue with the shower not having hot waterShowed me the bad partquoted me a price and installed all within about an hourHe was on time and courteous

We started using Sterling Services in due to some heating problems We have had them here a couple of more times Today Mike S [redacted] came to put a new motor on our condenserThe people that have came out are the most professional and courteous employees that we have had to do work for us When you call the business they are the same way

We have used Sterling Services since we purchased our home in Queen Creek AzThey come out twice a year to check on our heat and A/CThe cost for there service is reasonable and all there staff is professionalBill Milbourn just checked our heat and it was a pleasure to work with himWe highly recommend Sterling Services

On 1/3/17, technician Dan Cifelli came out after I called in the AM about a water softener drain line that I found after opening up the wallHe was courteous, knowledgeable and gave me plenty of helpful additional informationHis work was fine although there were some solder drips in this straight line patch...no big dealFix was tested by running water softener and no leaksI found this company to be a very good resource for any future needsAnastasia was pleasant and very helpful in getting the repair scheduled same day

In October our CPVC water pipes began to failThe folks at Sterling Services very quickly responded to helpThe plumbing tech, Dan was not only very experienced he was very thoroughFinding good, honest people that provide excellent customer service isn't always easy, but Dan's work ethic and genuine desire to do the job properly with reasonable cost is the reason I'll use and recommend Sterling Services again without hesitation

Dan C*** recently (April, 2017) installed a water heater and venting system and his services were very good--great attitude and personality, good work, on time and quickly but professionally doneWe are quite pleased with the whole experience with him and the installation

Sterling Services is Amazing! I called them in the morning for HVAC and Plumbing needsI had a full inspection report and they came the same day and did an amazing jobThey didn't try and sell me on things I didn't need and they were very respectful of my time and money! I usually never provide reviews, but my experience with Sterling Services (should be called Golden Services) is off the charts From the Ladies in office Kendra & Trista to my plumber Shane they provided the best customer service a company can provide Shane was a man to his word, called when he said, arrived to the job on time, completed everything within the timeframe he provided and cleaned up after the job was completed For future plumbing needs I highly recommend Sterling Services

Dan Cifelli was at my home on Saturday (12/17/16) evening to deal with a major leak through the disposal in my kitchen sink He arrived at 7:10pm, earlier than promised, and proceeded to get to work Replaced the defective unit and had everything squared away in minutes Great service

Shane with Sterling Services was friendly and knowledgableHe inspected our kitchen faucet which was leaking and noted a build up of mineral deposits This lead him to inspect the water softenerIt was not workingThanks to Shane we will replace it and avoid major plumbing problems
