Sterling sent Dan to my house to fix a leaking ice maker water line and a dripping shower faucet on a Saturday It was great that Sterling was open for business when I needed them Dan was courteous, professional and very neat He called before he arrived so I would know to expect him He thoroughly explained all the work to be done and the associated costs before beginning any work I would highly recommend Sterling and Dan to anyone needing plumbing services

I usually don’t take the time to write a review, but, I must get the word out about the exceptional experience I had a couple of days ago with Sterling Services It all began when our AC system went down due to a fan motor seizing up A friend gave me the name of a local AC repair company, I had a technician come out and he quoted me an outrageous price to repair the unit Even though I was desperate to get the AC working again, my gut told me this guy is ripping me off So, I told him I would pay his diagnostic fee and pass on the repair due to cost I then called another friend who told me about Sterling Services He told me they had very skilled technicians and were an ethical company who would not gouge me on price
I then called Sterling Services and I spoke with Kendra I explained my situation and she was super nice She told me her team had a full schedule for the day, but she would figure out a way to squeeze me in and would callback to confirm with an update Sure enough, she called later in the afternoon and let me know her technicians Bill and Marcos would be stopping by to fix our AC
When Bill and Marcos arrived they confirmed the obvious, the fan motor needed replacement Bill then determined what the cost would be, and I must say it was much more reasonable than the first company had quoted me So, I gave Bill the greenlight and he and Marcos went to work Not only were these two friendly, but it was evident they knew their stuff They changed the motor out, did some additional diagnostics to ensure the system was working properly, cleaned up their work area and reviewed their repairs with me one more time Bill inquired if I had any additional questions, presented the invoice for payment and “viola,” Bill and Marcos had just created another satisfied customer for Sterling Services

I enjoyed meeting Dan C*** who promptly arrived at the appointed time and he called me minutes before he arrived to give me the heads up He likes a good cup of coffee by the way He explained everything to my understanding before he did the work so we had an agreement about everything Dan didn't try to talk me into anything nor did he tried to talk me out of anything...just explained things so I could make the best decisions for my needs The work done was vice and neat I will have him back for more work!

In May of I contacted Sterling Services b/c my AC unit stopped workingIt was years oldI knew I needed a new one but had no way of purchasing oneSterling has an agreement with Wells Fargo bank where those in need can easily obtain financing to get a new unitI contacted WF and had a unit installed immediatelyThey also have an agreement with SRPIf you give Sterling your SRP account number to prove you are a customer you only pay $for a complete check of your unit! Dan C*** from Sterling Services assisted me today at two apartments MrC*** was on time, was very professional and very pleasant At both apartments he repaired toilet issues He had the materials on hand and I would estimate that the repairs took no more than half an hour I have used Sterling Services at several apartments for different things: two were water heater issus, one was revamping the entire plumbing system mandated by the HOA, and one was an a/c repair I have always been impressed with the technicians The office is totally responsive; I've never waited more than a day for service I highly recommend Sterling ServicesFor one apartment I purchased a service plan so they automatically schedule twice a year a/c/heating service and I get 20% off any equipment purchasesI don't believe they are the least expensive but I do believe you get what you pay for with Sterling and they are not the most expensive either

This is the 3rd visit this year to our place from SterlingOnce to add a vent to the back bedroom, second to do the AC checkup and this last time our air quit (it was the thermostat batteries!!) Dave was awesome each time - we would recommend Sterling to ANYONE!
