Sterling sent Dan to my house to fix a leaking ice maker water line and a dripping shower faucet on a Saturday. It was great that Sterling was open for business when I needed them. Dan was courteous, professional and very neat. He called before he arrived so I would know to expect him. He thoroughly explained all the work to be done and the associated costs before beginning any work. I would highly recommend Sterling and Dan to anyone needing plumbing services.

Dan Cifelli fixed a leak under my kitchen sink! He was very personable and professional and knew his job well ! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone he was a pleasure to work with !

I purchased their service plan back in May where a tech from heating/cooling come out seasonally as well as plumbing once a year. I am more than happy with my choice to do so. Dan C[redacted] came out and checked the plumbing in my home and provided me with his findings and recommendations. H spoke to me in a way that I understood and showed me what he found as well so that I knew he wasn't trying to "upsale" me. He did not pressure me into the repairs that day or make me think everything was going to fall apart if I didn't do it now. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and relatable. I also had Bill M[redacted] out that day to check the heating. Again he was knowledgeable and helpful! He diagnosed a few problems that could not have been known on the initial visit and when explaining the price/issue he extremely transparent. He brought out a binder and let me know prices of each item as he was working which allowed me to have my own estimate prior to him giving me the total. I've had 3 techs to my home so far and they have all been great!!! Highly recommend this company.

The technician arrived on time and completed the plumbing job. He was very clean and wore slippers and cleaned up after the job was completed. In addition he took the time to discuss or check the heat pumps and the hot water tank. I was interested in obtaining a hot water circulating system for my home in Canada. He suggested I email him photographs of the hot water tank and plumbing so that he could suggest the proper system and how I might get it installed.

He was very friendly, helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his company whether the job was large or small.

We had excellent service from Sterling Services (plumbing division). We called them in the morning and they were at our house in the early afternoon. Rick was great. He fixed our problem, was courteous and efficient. We will definitely call them again as their fee was fair and reasonable.

I was extremely lucky to find this company through a large review site online. Dave and Mike did a complete and professional analysis of my HVAC system. They were on time and, again extremely professional. I ended up signing a 4 year maintenance program with them, not do to a hard sell but do to their knowledge and price.

While the two technicians were there I asked them about reverse osmosis options. Two days later Mike showed up and installed a top of the line reverse osmosis system. The system was expertly installed at 1/3 the cost I was quoted two years previously by one of the big expensive plumbing/ac firms in town. While Mike was there I also showed him some other work that I might want done in the future in my master bathroom. He indicated with confidence that Sterling could also do this type of work.

Bottom line. I trusted these skilled, professional technicians in my home and in my condo complex.

This has been an excellent experience from beginning to end. What a find! Don't hesitate to hire this firm.

We have used Sterling three times now. After getting quotes from several companies for three very different problems. 1. hooking up a gas stove, 2. Installing an ice-maker, 3. Tune-up on our air-conditioning. We chose Sterling because of the drastic difference in their cost. We have NEVER had such good service. From my conversation on the phone to the service at the house. it has been amazing. They are down to earth, up front about what needs to be done and do not try to sell un-needed services. Have used Sterling Services on a previous house and found them to be honest and reliable. Technicians have all been knowledgeable and very friendly. I purchased a new older home recently and just had my air conditioner serviced. I found the technician Kevin to be very friendly and proved to be as knowledgeable as all the Sterling Service technicians have been in the past. I plan on using Sterling in the future and would recommend them to anyone with a heating or air conditioner need.

Sterling responded VERY quickly to a water heater blow out. They uninstalled the failed unit, returned it, picked up the replacement and installed the new unit. The work was done professionally, neatly, and priced fairly.

Last night my A/C unit started making noises in the middle of the night and I knew I would need someone to look at it right away being that we’re in Arizona and it’s summer time. I asked for some recommendations from the community on one of our local area Facebook pages and Sterling Services came up several times. I called first thing this morning and to my surprise, they said they could have someone come and look at it today! At this point I was already in awe of the great service, but there was even more to come. [redacted] from Sterling Services called to tell us he was in route, and arrived right on time. He diagnosed our A/C issue, explained our options, prepared the estimate and ordered our parts for the repair from the OEM. He even came back later this evening with parts in hand and fixed everything all in one day at a very fair and reasonable price! [redacted] was very professional, courteous, and answered all of our questions. He even took the time to talk with us about other ideas and questions we had and to then write up some additional estimates for that work while he was here in our home. I cannot say enough great things about our experience today, it’s great to know that there are still some businesses who will go above and beyond to offer great customer service and satisfaction! I will highly recommend Sterling Services to all of my family and friends or anyone who asks.

We called Sterling Services for emergency help for a leak beneath the foundation in our basement that was leaking in. Within an hour [redacted] was at our home and working on figuring out the easiest, least expensive solution to our problem. He determined that re-routing our plumbing would be much better than tearing up our foundation. [redacted] and [redacted] completed the work within a few hours, saved us thousands of dollars and weeks of renovation! They were very polite and friendly and left the area all cleaned up too! The only ways we know they were here is our plumbing is fixed and we have smiles on our faces!!
