I've been using Sterling Services for over a year for general maintenance and troubleshooting when I need that service and they have been nothing less than fantastic! Last month, Bill Minspected my air conditioner and conducted a heating tutooHe suggested and installed a device that will will automatically shut off my air conditioner to warn me of a problem He was SO friendly and knowledgeableThen just recently, Shane Hinstalled a new tub stopper in my guest bathroom and did it so quickly and professionally I would highly recommend Sterling Services to everyone!

Sterling Services completed a whole house plumbing job for meThey removed all the old Poly and installed new PEXThey were timely in responding to my RFQThey provided a fair quote for a job I knew was over $10KThey finished in a timely manner tooWould I have them do a whole house plumb for me again? I contacted this company for a plumbing inspectionHad the hour window per usual from 1000-I was contacted by Shane who was at my house I wasn't home at the time, told I would be there in and he waited for meShane carefully did the inspection and explained all in detail so I can understand itNot only was he knowledgeable but very professional and honestI would highly recommend this company

Dan Cifelli fixed a leak under my kitchen sink! He was very personable and professional and knew his job well ! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone he was a pleasure to work with !

I requested a quote for a water heater inspection with Sterling Services on Yelp I received a response within a couple of hours and they sent a rep out (Shane H) the next day Shane was great Our water heater was in bad shape, as it was old, leaking, and had alot of hard water buildup So we needed to replace it, which they were able to do the next day I was impressed with the thoroughness and quickness in addressing my needs Shane even went the extra mile in cleaning up the leaks from the old water heater I'm not an expert, but it appears that the prices they have are competitive too

I accidentally bumped into my bathtub spout and knocked it out of place so water was coming out of the pipe in the wall instead of the spout or the showerhead I was distraught, as I am moving from my place in about a week I called Sterling Services on a Saturday morning and they were able to send Shane out to fix the issue the same day (Saturday late afternoon) Shane was professional, helpful and explained the situation It was a simple fix and I then asked for help in replacing the old shower trim Shane was able to do this as well and took care in doing the job Overall, I am very impressed and would highly recommend the plumbing work done by Sterling Services

He diagnosed a few problems that could not have been known on the initial visit and when explaining the price/issue he extremely transparentHe brought out a binder and let me know prices of each item as he was working which allowed me to have my own estimate prior to him giving me the totalI've had techs to my home so far and they have all been great!!! My compliments to Shane Hwho did a fantastic job of replacing our kitchen sink with a new one This was a challenging install because the new sink I selected was slightly larger than the existing sink we replaced I really appreciate Shane's being able to get the new sink to fit and taking his time to do the job right We are very pleased with his service and the new sink looks great! I had the pleasure of having both Bill M*** & Dan C*** come out over the weekend to service my AC units & to run a full-home plumbing inspection Dan was an absolute pleasure to meet and I genuinely appreciated his honest approach with what I would have otherwise never known my water heater needed to extend its life Bill, is just an absolute gem and made it easy for me to see the value in the services I needed and the ones I could stand to wait on There is no question in my mind I would be an advocate for both these guys and Sterling as a whole! Grateful to know such service-oriented technicians who care about treating their customers right:)

We arrived from Canada late at night to a home with a broken a/c The inside temperature was degrees I called Sterling Air at am the next day and they were here by 11: Bill diagnosed our problem and had to travel hrs for parts and returned and our a/c was up and running by pm I would definitely recommend this company and we are inclined to purchase their maintenance plan since our a/c is over years old now
