I had a leak in my water softener and Sterling Services sent Rick Eastham out the same day He called to let me know when he would be arriving and he arrived on time He was professional and very courteous He was not only able to repair the leak in my water softener but also fixed a leaky faucet and replaced my outdoor water shut-off valve I highly recommend Sterling Services and would request Rick again in a heartbeat Thank you so much for everything!

I had Dan Cifelli with Sterling Services come out to repair a leak under my kitchen sink. He immediately found the problem and had it repaired in no time at all. He's very polite and professional and left the repair sight looking as it did prior to his arrival. I would definitely request to have Dan return for any of my plumbing needs and I also highly recommend him. I have been using Sterling Services for about 7 years and have always had a great experience with their service.

On 1/3/17, technician Dan Cifelli came out after I called in the AM about a water softener drain line that I found after opening up the wall. He was courteous, knowledgeable and gave me plenty of helpful additional information. His work was fine although there were some solder drips in this straight line patch...no big deal. Fix was tested by running water softener and no leaks. I found this company to be a very good resource for any future needs. Anastasia was pleasant and very helpful in getting the repair scheduled same day...

The Plummer came out found the issue with the shower not having hot water. Showed me the bad part. quoted me a price and installed all within about an hour. He was on time and courteous.

Dan C[redacted] from Sterling Services assisted me today at two apartments. Mr. C[redacted] was on time, was very professional and very pleasant. At both apartments he repaired toilet issues. He had the materials on hand and I would estimate that the repairs took no more than half an hour. I have used Sterling Services at several apartments for different things: two were water heater issus, one was revamping the entire plumbing system mandated by the HOA, and one was an a/c repair. I have always been impressed with the technicians. The office is totally responsive; I've never waited more than a day for service. I highly recommend Sterling Services. For one apartment I purchased a service plan so they automatically schedule twice a year a/c/heating service and I get 20% off any equipment purchases. I don't believe they are the least expensive but I do believe you get what you pay for with Sterling and they are not the most expensive either.

Dan Cifelli was at my home on Saturday (12/17/16) evening to deal with a major leak through the disposal in my kitchen sink. He arrived at 7:10pm, earlier than promised, and proceeded to get to work. Replaced the defective unit and had everything squared away in 40 minutes. Great service.

Dan was pleasant and professional. I would recommend Sterling and Dan anytime,

We have used Sterling Services since we purchased our home in Queen Creek Az. They come out twice a year to check on our heat and A/C. The cost for there service is reasonable and all there staff is professional. Bill Milbourn just checked our heat and it was a pleasure to work with him. We highly recommend Sterling Services

I have used Sterling Services several times for different issues: twice for water heater problems, one for air conditioning issues, one to update plumbing fixtures as mandated by the HOA. I also have a service agreement with Sterling whereby they perform routine a/c/heating maintenance twice a year and I receive a 20% discount on any materials needed. I highly recommend Sterling.

Good service. Dan C[redacted] is the real thing. I would certainly recommend them. Dan tried hard to please me, and he succeeded.

Maintaining 2 properties can be a double edged sword-one for the winters out of Kansas and another to watch Autumn take our breath away!

The coordination of services and help with setting up appointments by Kinda were very prompt and professional.

ON DECEMBER 2, 2016, DAN C[redacted] OF STERLING SERVICES INSTALLED A KITCHEN SINK FAUCENT AND A REVERSE OSMOSIS FAUCET FOR US. NOT ONLY DID HE DO THE REQUIRED INSTALLATION BUT HE ALSO FOUND AND RESOLVED PROBLEMS THAT HAD PREVENTED THE R/O SYSTEM FROM OPERATING PROPERLY. DAN WAS PUNCTUAL, COURTEOUS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. IT WAS A PLEASURE HAVING HIM IN OUR HOME. I HAVE HAD STERLING SERVICES HERE FOR PLUMBING AND AIR CONDITIONER SERVICE IN THE PAST AS WELL. THE LEVEL OF SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN WONDERFUL AND THE COSTS ARE REASONABLE.

Dave and Dan both did a great maintenance service on my HVAC and plumbing systems today! I'm very satisfied with their work!

We arrived from Canada late at night to a home with a broken a/c. The inside temperature was 90 degrees.. I called Sterling Air at 9 am the next day and they were here by 11:00. Bill diagnosed our problem and had to travel 2 hrs for parts and returned and our a/c was up and running by 4 pm. I would definitely recommend this company and we are inclined to purchase their maintenance plan since our a/c is over 10 years old now

Yesterday I had Dan here for my water heater and Dave for my furnace, both were professional and courteous, would recommend them to anyone. I have had Sterling here for a variety of things and I trust them.
