I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI placed an order on 12/15/but the agent would not take my $e-gift card (which unbeknownst to me had not been refunded when GNC cancelled my order in November) because she said GNC doesn't accept e-gift cards for phone ordersShe also said I couldn't use it online because the system wasn't workingI protested and began to reiterate my past experienceThe agent cut me off and offered me "a one-time $courtesy discount for your inconvenience" and told me that I could use my gift card when the system was fixedThe order totaled $After applying the discount, I paid $Last week GNC deposited $into my rewards account to resolve this matterAlthough GNC did not return $to an e-gift card, I appreciate the $as I can actually use it as opposed to an e-gift card which they apparently don't accept Therefore, I consider this matter resolved Regards,

An attempt was made to contact Mr*** on 01/18/via telephone call, and GNC’s Customer Service department left a voicemail explaining that Cash Management has processed the refund for the $back to his account, and they will be happy to provide him with verification that the adjustment was made An email was also sent to Mr*** with an attachment reflecting the adjustment on 01/13/ GNC has also stated in our email that we are sending him a $coupon for his inconvenienceLive Well GNC Legal Department

However, the coupon in use does not qualify for the BOGO 50% off offer and cannot be combined with other promotions The GNC website states that coupons cannot be stacked and “Other exclusions may apply” and coupons are used on “select products only.” GNC Customer Service has tried calling Mr*** on two occasions to mediate this issue with no answer on Mr***’s end.
