I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I would accept the refund, of course. But I don't like GNC's response because I didn't see any return money until Nov. 18--four days after I submitted the complain to Revdex.com. Anyway, thanks for your help.

A return credit was processed in the amount of $98.70 on 12/1. Shipping was credited on 12/4 in the amount of $4.99 Customer was credited manually in the amount of $14.56 on 12/14 which was the remaining balance. This order was credited in full.

I don't understand GNC offer to resolve this issue. GNC states that I was credited $35.00.  Where does this credit appear?  Is GNC proposing to send me a physical gift card with $35.00 on it?
