No one at your business has contacted me to install the windows

I would like the company to notify me when the check is ready and I will come to their office and pick it upI would like them to provide a date that my refund will by ready as I gave them the money in September

This response is the same response that Joyce Factory Direct has been giving me and there has been no
progressLike I said before this deck has be completed since the end of August or beginning of September and they have failed to pull permits when it was being built or even since the deck has been built

Our production manager has spoken with our client and will be calling back to schedule an exact date for a service call

Our craftsman has informed us that the issue here is not with our workmanship on the project, rather with existing loose/bad fascia boardsHe is going to help this client on his own in a gesture of goodwill

This was supposedly the plan in the first place and the clips sent were wrong per the installer.Also the business implies that there was nothing wrong with the first set of screensThe implication here is that our dissatisfaction is the problemThe screens bowed out and would not stay in placeThe installer thought they were unacceptable too. This response confirms my fears that Joyce would stall and make it out that it was our fault and that somehow we were being unreasonablePlease be advised we have filed a complaint to the Attorney General of Missouri and are going to submit supporting documentation including photos of the screens that are too large, bow out and will not stay in place without packing tape

more sterile looking plastic deck materialWe have an example of a huge pavilion purchased by the city of Clayton with the same natural seasoning that we will forward to your officeOur customer's project was visited by the president of the lumber company who supplies our materials, he concluded that there is nothing out of the ordinary regarding this project or the quality of material providedIt has been noted that this consumer has done nothing to treat or protect the wood since the installation date of November 7, even though cedar needs to be treated within the first three months
