The service repair was completed last week & we believe we have met our client's needs

This consumer initially received the door he ordered from usAfter installation, a manufacturing defect was noticed that was not aesthetically pleasing to our clientAlthough we had recently severed our relationship with the door provider, we contacted them on our customer’s behalf and
requested they honor their warrantyThey refusedThe client also attempted to submit a claim which they denied as wellIn good faith we ordered a new door from a different manufacturer at no cost to our customerAfter installation the client decided that he didn’t like this door either, even though it was comparable in every way and better in someThe owner of our firm went to see the projectHe noticed that we could have done a slightly better job with some capping and that the handle did not arrive in the color we orderedOther than that it is a fine looking doorWhen our owner told the client there was nothing wrong with the door he became agitated and ceased all attempts to resolve reasonablyWe will contact this consumer when the new handle is hereAt that time we will install it and shore up any capping that needs adjusting

They did come out and said they were going to work to resolve the issueNothing has been repaired at this point

This client concern has been addressed and agreed upon between both parties

The person who built this project is no longer employed by usWe have a specialist going back to this residence on Monday 2/to assess the repairs needed and will satisfy our client

I am rejecting this response because: They have been telling us this for a month that they will come
and finish and have not showed up before when they said they wouldAlso it was not last week when I talked to the owner, it was MondayAfter I have been calling the business and talking to the receptionist for weeks trying to get the job finished and was being told they would come and then never show when promisedThen when I talked to the owner, she was extremely unprofessional and yelled at meWe will not be happy until the job is completed as promised and for what we paid for/ continue to pay for..

While Joyce Factory Direct continues to tell me that they will resolve the issue of fixing the window screens they damaged in the
siding replacement, the bottom line is that JFD has failed to meet their repeated agreement to return my repaired screens It has been well over months now--all the while JFD has made and broken repeated promises to return my repaired window screens

Hopefully these pictures will show my reason for complaint and need for help in resolving the situation. Also to answer on *** *** remarkYes him and his wife came out, but after months and over calls to him, claims department,and the owner's daughter. As u see by the pictures this is what kind of job they didThey left a didn't leave a can of color changing paint, but a can of roughing paint to the ceilingThe rain came under the shingles because the roof was not completed. And it should not be a courtesy to fix something, when u fix something that ur poor workmanship createdAnd if u noticed there's a picture of a water stain that has not been painted, that's a new stain from an other leakThe company doesn't want to to spend the time or money to fix their poor workmanship

This was an internal error -- we have two different customers with the same name and communicated to the wrong oneThis has been cleared up as of this morning

Upon receipt of this complaint, our owner immediately met with this client to clarify a miscommunicationThe materials have been delivered to the property & the project will be starting soonWe are looking forward to completing their fence and having another
satisfied customer!

We have installed thousands of our custom made replacement windows without this screen issueOur client was not happy with the first group of screens that came with their project, so in good faith we reordered themWhen they arrived the replacement screens did
have an issueCurrently our factory is in the process of custom designing screen clips specifically for this client so they will be satisfied with the final outcomeWe are sure they will be thrilled with the results

We sent someone out here Saturday, and we sent all of this for freeHe thought we left a big mess in his attic and it ended up being his cats that clawed up the atticHe will be calling you all regarding this as well

The owner of our firm spoke with this client last weekPer that discussion, they should be expecting a meeting Monday, November 20th to address and rectify any concerns

It looks like we were misled by our contractor about the quality of the workI have spoken to both Mrand Mrs*** and we have already sent a contractor to assess the service that needs to be performed and make a plan of actionI am confident that this will be rectified very quicklyI have
personally addressed any misunderstanding about the quality of our service and company with Mrs*** to everyone's satisfactionWe are both looking forward to this being resolved!

An appointment to resolve any potential issues has been scheduled for Tuesday, October 17th
