We placed an order for the light sabers for my son as a Christmas gift on 12/2/17. We paid expedited shipping and have yet to receive the items! We have contacted them via email (the only option available) several times and all we get is the runaround. At this point -- we want a refund. We don't want the items. The holidays are over and on top of that, after seeing the reviews here and online (which we should have done before ordering), it seems that, by the few people who have received them, the product is extremely poor quality and NOTHING like what was advertised. We don't want them -- WE WANT A REFUND.

This product is SEVERELY mis-advertised The ad employs underhanded and misleading methods to sell it as a product it isn't I have an unboxing video and product inspection that show that they are NOT what was advertised I would like to arrange this process as properly as possible, but due to the apparent reputation of the company, I am not being gentle from the onset If this is not resolved through means, I will file for fraud against the company and chargeback the payment I have sufficient evidence on hand to indicate the products received were both of exceptionally low quality in comparison to the advertisement, that purposely misleading sales tactics were used, and that delivery of the product was far beyond the advertised time in an effort to discourage action taken against them

Do NOT buy from this sellerI purchased four "lightsabers" from themTwo days after I submitted the order (and BEFORE the order had shipped), I requested to cancel the order and was told I couldn't cancel after I'd already received the 'confirmation letter,' which gets automatically delivered as soon as you submit the orderWhich means there's really no chance to ever cancel an orderFine, whatever, not a huge deal, but then when the lightsabers arrived, they were already opened and nothing like the advertisement showedI immediately requested to return them and sent THREE follemails and never got a response back [redacted]

WARNING to others!! Do NOT buy from Storehouse ProductsI bought an excavator that was "all metal", not only was it all plastic but it did't work, and they sent me two and billed me for twoAnd the second one has parts missing! I received the lightsaber they both were defective they won't turn on and they were missing parts in addition to this I also the Droid robot the head will not stay on itThese products were advertised totally different the video is misleading the lightsabers in the video on much larger

I want a refund for a product that never shipped to me and now I'm being ignored by this sham company. All I want is my money back.

This business is a scam. They ignore people and do nothing but steal money from hard working people

Product they are selling is not what rhey advertise

On*** I ordered TOTAL *** from Storehouse Products because their advertising video showed a*** duel between two people who we are led to believe are using their product, and all the reviews on their website gave them perfect star reviewsWhat I received in the mail for my $( $per pair *** Sales Promotion Price ) was cheap *** still packaged together all in one toy retail packaging labeled for children ages and upNot even close to what was advertised in price or qualityAll attempts to contact Storehouse Products by e-mail about my order have failed, and I have filed a *** complaint against them thru my credit card companyMy e-mail inbox is continuously flooded with offers*** *** and other products they want to sell me, but they won't respond to my e-mails

This company advertised light sabers for a Christmas gift on Facebook They did not ship the product in time for it to be a Christmas gift And when the product arrived about a month after ordering, I found that it was not the product that they advertised
I have requested multiple times via email that I want to return the items sent, and that I want I full refund There is no customer service phone number for response

I ordered a product from their company in November, it didn't look like it went through, so did again I was charged for the product twice and only received one item I have sent numerous emails asking for reimbursement or the other product I was charged for I have gotten no resolution to this matter, at this point I want to be reimbursed the $to my checking account

I ordered the total fx light sabers for my child for Christmas on November 29th, After repeated emails back and forth with Storehouse Products (Chris W***) I was given a tracking number which was from China which indicated it never left ChinaFurthermore it was never disclosed on the website that products ship from China and could take several weeks to be deliveredIt's been at least weeks and the light sabers never arrived especially before Christmas even when ordered weeks in advancedHad I known this would be a cheap Chinese knock off, I would have not ordered theseBut now since the item I purchased never even arrived I am just disgusted these practices are allowed to even happen.***Also the company does not always respond in a reasonable amount of timeSometimes they will respond in 48-hrs and sometimes not at allI have requested a refund multiple times because of the shipping delays and my requests have gone unanswered

I ordered this product *** from the online website which it says expect 2-weeks delivery, it is almost *** and the company has not reached out , offered a refund or anything?
All I want is my money back!!!
